:Starting Planet: Vegeta
Like all Saiyajins, Tottepo doesn't have time to 'live' anywhere. He's constantly on away missions and completing tasks assigned to him on other planets.

:History: Tottepo was transported here from a parallel universe in which he is the King of Vegeta-sei. He is a Saiyajin warrior who fights as he is instructed to, but takes personal satisfaction in besting his foes in combat. When he's not fighting for the Saiyajin army, he fights for his own personal improvement and growth. He fights on the front lines like everyone else, opting out of preferential treatment.

Despite his high standing in his dimension, he has quietly accepted his role as an Elite in the Royal Army. His reasons for this are unknown, but he has served diligently since arriving here.

He's also a technological genius, as the Saiyans in his dimension are scientists and were only recently discovering their combat prowess.

Gimme some history! Where's he from...Saru, some other Vegetan city or some podunk village on Vegetasei? Does he have any family? Prominent folks, not worth mentioning, or deceased? The short version looks good so far, but gimme something that stands out! Also, add some technique descriptions, please. I have no idea what Chou no Ryoku is.

Alright, in WoD: Resurrection, Bardock became the new ruler of Vegeta. Both of his descendents, Maxxie and Blaze, are gone~ No one is exactly sure where they went (they quit, actually,) and when Boliko rose to power, the current Vegetan government was a weak one because there were no present heirs.

That means Tottepo can't be the descendent of the royal family, sorry. We typically try to stray away from mentioning canon stuff around here, this all takes place way after the events of the actual anime and manga.

After speaking with other moderators, we don't like the whole alternate dimension kingship and technological Saiyan aspect. Well written and thought out ideas, but it's just not what we're looking for.

I really want to accept you, as the foremost proponent of Vegetan based Saiyans with a Saiyan attitude. . .but I can't, yet. Give me something more typical but with some depth as to single Tottepo out from the masses.

You could maybe be a distant cousin to the previous royal family? Hence thinking you have a claim to the throne etc.
