When Hukusai was a boy, his mother, when she was not being beaten by his father, would speak of the SSE, or the Saiyan Solar Empire. She would speak of the great king Boliko Koregutsu, and even some of the great generals amongst the ranks, such as Rensou Hiruen. She would also speak of great evils around the galaxy, the forces that the SSE were trying to stop such as the great lord Touketsuki Yakedo. Ever since he was a boy, Hukusai wanted to join the SSE, he wanted to be a legendary general, lead armies into wars, always coming out victorious.
He was now going to take his destiny into his own hands, today, after fight club. He would be heading over to Saru city; this is where the enlisting agency was. He had no idea what to expect, but he knew one way or another, he was getting into the SSE. After fight club, he went and had a shower; he had been sweating a lot after all the hard work. He exited the building and flew over to the great capital of Vegeta, Saru city. This was Hukusai’s first time outside of his small town settlement; to be honest he was slightly afraid, but none the less determined.
After a quick flight over to the bustling metropolis, Hukusai was already lost. He figured that the place he was looking for was important, so it was most likely going to be bigger than the other buildings around or at least stand out more. There were Saiyans all through the street, which only made his job harder. He started pushing and shoving his way through people until he finally found the recruitment centre. He entered the doors of the building, expect it to be crowded, but there was in fact no one in there apart from a lady waiting for people to enter.
“Oh why hello there, I take it that you are here to enroll for the Saiyan Solar Empire?” The Lady’s voice sounded like she was bored out of her mind. “Uh yeah, how does it all work?” The lady looked at Hukusai looked he had mental issues. “You fill in this sheet of paper, giving us details of things we need to know, name, date of birth, etc., tell us about yourself, and then you wait until one of the guys upstairs takes a look at it and decides if you have what it takes to join. It’s much easier to get approval from Mr. Koregutsu or Mr. Hiruen but they don’t seem to be around right now.”
Hukusai took the sheet of paper from the lady and sat down at one of the nearby chairs. He skimmed over the paper, entering the information as he went along. It wasn't too difficult. After he had finished he handed back the paper. He almost walked out of the building, until she said something. “Now now, I suggest you stay here, part two of your test will be ready soon.” What do you mean part two?” “Well after your information is assessed, they get someone down here to test out your combat skills, which is where practically all of the recruitment takes place.” Hukusai sat back down and waited.
