The Hiruen Estate

Formerly owned by a corrupt businessman named Hunni, the renamed Hiruen Estate is now the home to one General Rensou Hiruen and his young son, Tsuken, obtained purely by force on the part of the father. The complex is located between the edges of the Saru slums and Saru's main market square, and is easily noticeable from either section of the city, as the four walls measure ten stories high. There is a single way in and out from ground level, a luxurious double gate which depicts two Saiyan warriors charging each other purely through master metalwork. Guarded by shifts of Saiyan warriors, entry by flight is discouraged and is considered trespassing, and will be punished with time spent in the Saiyan mines under the Scorched Plains.

The grounds are covered with fertile soil and lush grasses, a product of Niwa being a part of the Saiyan Solar Empire. To the immediate left of the center walkway past the gate is a medbay, a simple building housing multiple Rejuvenation chambers. To the right rests Rensou's launchpad, where his ship, The Gladiator, normally awaits launch. Rensou used to perform all of his gravity training within the pod, but he has started to use the Royal Training Grounds, where a sparring device and higher levels of gravity are available.

In the center sits the great mansion Rensou calls his own, three stories of modern living space. On the bottom floor, a spiral staircase ascends into the upper levels. The lower section of the home is a completely open plan, and the kitchen area is small in comparison to the gargantuan dining room and a table which can accomodate in the area of fifteen to twenty dinner guests. The rest of the lower section is devoted to hosting parties, a popular pasttime of Hunni, the former owner. . .Rensou has trimmed away at some of the excess, and the area is now simply a living area filled with chairs, couches, tables, and a tremendous holovision display.

The second story consists of Rensou's study, where he carries out some of his work for the Saiyan Solar Empire, primarily paperwork, and fifteen guest bedrooms with individual bathing and rest facilities. One guestroom is entirely devoted to Tsuken's playthings and gadgets, and the youngster can usually be found here, with the occassional play-date supervised by either Rensou himself or one of the houses three servants, bringing the total of workers inside the house to the small number of four, as any more than that would be excess, considering the artificial intelligence program Ayleen is capable of controlling nearly every facet of the house from the temperature and humidity of the air to the scores of robots in varying shapes and sizes.

The third floor is home to the master bedroom, where the Saiyan General sleeps in a tremendous bed, with the occassional companion. Tsuken's bedroom is also in the third story, and a grand bathroom separates the rooms of the father and son. The shower within the master bath has multiple spouts descending from the ceiling, and is twenty feet wide by twenty feet long, as Rensou considers a long, hot shower one of his most favorite things.

Behind the home is an expansive sparring ground, formerly a pit where Hunni's gladiators trained. The blood upon the formerly dirt walls has been covered with alloys, as Rensou and Tsuken often battle each other here and both warriors are capable of doing impressive damage without proper precautions. Between the home and the sparring ground is a pool, recently installed for Tsuken, whom has within him a deep love for swimming.
