Now, in the show, you may recall that weights soon began to lose effectiveness as a way of training. We have decided that we should also follow this course, making later transformations more challenging (and hence much more rewarding) to work towards.
Hence, the following guidelines -
From 75,000-150,000 PL, weights become 50% efficient.
150,000-300,000 PL, weights become 25% efficient.
300,000+ PL, weights become inefficient.
So if you had medium level weights and reached 75k, the gain icnrease would be reduced to 1.25. So on and so forth.
