Bio: Before the fall of the Cell at the hand of the Z-fighters, a curious scientist risked life and limb collecting data on the strange and unique android. Realizing that the creature's DNA was imperfect, the brave scientist set out to collect the rarest and most powerful samples of DNA available. Over the course of generations, The scientist and his followers, under the guise of an interstellar emergency aid corporation. Across the universe the scientist, known as Desmond Draculae, collected all the data he could find, dreaming of the day he could finish his master creation.
Through the use of science Desmond was able to extend his lifespan, prolonging his death in order to see the fruits of his lifelong labor. Finally, using his own DNA as the base, Desmond created what he believed to be the perfect being. Powerful, adaptable, and a perfect marriage of biology and technology, Desmond's creation was given life. Unfortunately, the multitude of genetic material used to create his "perfect being" left the creation's DNA unstable. It was necessary for the android to constantly rewrite it's genetic code by absorbing the genetic material of of other beings, usually through the blood. Desmond further reasoned that if his creation, dubbed Desmodus, was able to absorb enough DNA to complete it's unstable genetic code, it would truly become the perfect being it was meant to be.
With that final order as it's only objective, Desmodus was released upon the universe as a soulless creature in relentless pursuit of perfection. Until it's objective was met it would find and absorb all life in hopes that it would complete its genetic code. Constantly drawn toward more powerful beings, Desmodus will not, and physically cannot rest until it's creator's dream is finally fulfilled.
