The apple (Ritoru)

(On the way to vegeta)

With several hours remaining before their arrival on vegeta, there were two things that needed taken care of. The first was Ritoru. His power was to say the least, far to weak to handle himself on the planet Vegeta. So Geurin was going to help him as much as possible. While the child was still flightless, and only knew one form of Ki attack. His physical fighting ability was impeccable. Anyone who entered hand to hand combat with the child would find it difficult to hinder him. Geurin's goal was to make that a much stronger reality.

Zach had been sleeping for some time, and that was a good thing, he needed his rest, as his training came in a few hours. However Ritoru was wide awake, mostly in part to the apple he had eaten earlier. That apple had been stuffed with enough pep pills to keep the child awake for days, of course after this days training, he would perhaps no longer be able to stay awake.

The gravity was set to 20X its normal effect on Earth. This too was for Ritoru's benefit. Certainly he had trained in 10X gravity before, but for planet vegeta, that was normal. He needed to be above average if he could even hope to survive.

"VI, send the boy in"

Geurin waited, soon their training would begin.

His energy was everywhere. The boy could not sit still for even a moment without feeling the need to do something, ANYTHING. It was worse than any sugar rush he had ever been on. His heart was beating much faster than it should have, so much so that he thought it might very well explode out of his chest.

Being prompted into the training room was the best thing to happen to ritoru all night. As soon as the VI told him to head inside, he dashed towards the room, sparing no time to go around chairs or through doors. Much to his dismay however, the one teaching the lesson today was not his lovable sensei Zach, but instead the frightening green man who had forced them into space to begin with.

Gulp

The boy stepped forward, his mind focusing once again on the man in front of him, to intimidated to really say or do anything. Even with the energy he had pumping through his veins, he still found himself frozen in place. What did the green man want?

[Geurin]

"No need to be nervous"

Geurin said in his usual snake like tone. This would likely be no solace to the boy, but Geurin was not in the mood to humor him. The fact was that the child needed to be properly trained, or taking him to Vegeta would be a death sentence. He had learned flight from his father, and the Kamehameha (and subsequently decent Ki control) from Toshio, and now he would learn an invaluable technique from the only man he truly feared.

Geurin intended to unlock the boy's inner potential...unfortunately he did not have the ability to do that. Try as he might, the mystical powers of the Guru were beyond his ability, he did however develope something rather similar. Bringing out strength in a borrowed manner was more than possible, and Geurin had learned how to do it. He could nearly triple the boys power, if only for a short time. This would be his ace in the hole, and Geurin would lead him to it.

"Ritoru, you know you have a very important job on this mission right? You are defending the ship, because if we lose the ship, well then how will we ever get off of the planet?"

Reasonable logic given to the four year old would hopefully set aside at least a bit of his apprehension. Geurin really was rellying on Ritoru to defend the ship, even if he did have a vigilant eye on it at all times, as well as a safety clone there just as a precaution.

This was going to be dangerous. Ritoru had not the opportunity to dwell on such possibilities before now. It was obvious to him that without this fancy ship they couldn't leave wherever they were, and although his understanding of space and technology was limited, he knew that you needed a rocket ship to go from place to place.

He did have an important job.

"Yessir mister goey"

He said, trying to be as respectful as possible. Ritoru had never liked Geurin. He had never met the man personally, and being unable to read Ki he could not possibly know how strong he was. Ritoru however swore he had seen Geurin before, and everytime that his face came into view it only meant bad things.

[Geurin]

"Good"

He said coyly, walking around the young boy, scanning over his physical and spiritual ability. He was a four year old and yet he was finely toned, no doubt his genetics playing in his favor. The gravity was causing the boy to flex, giving a clear view of his muscled body.
For Geurin this was in no way impressive, his child came out of an egg and killed a woman in the most gruesome way possible. Ritoru however was gifted in ways that Geurin had not even yet discovered. It was time to see if he could be pushed passed his limits like his father, and what effect it would have on him.

"For starters...why don't we just...relax"

Holding out his two fingers, an electric spark shot out of them, aimed at the child's chest. It was his Dendou Bikkuri, the torture style. It would cause the muscles in the childs body to tense as if all of his limbs were stressed and cramped. The gravity would likely be to much for him to handle at that point, at which he would begin the process of bringing out the boy's inner power. Geurin was only using about 80k of power, so if Ritoru could even come close to that, he would be able to overcome the attack.

It hit him immediately. The evil Namek would torture the boy, even with one simple shock. His muscles tensed and his body collapsed under the weight of the room. His head hit the hard ground of the ship, his face slamming into the tiles, his nose immediately bursting with blood.

"Ehhh"

He cried out, his arms wanted to rise up and grab his face, and yet they could not. He arched his back, raising his chin above the hard metal, and using it to try and pull himself up, obviously to no avail. As his body writhed on the ground, the boy was brought to tears, groaning he spoke again.

"Stop it! Pease stop!"

The room was sound proof, so the cries would not be heard by Zach whom was sleeping soundly in the room nearby. Only Geurin would here the tears of the toddler whom he was most literally torturing.

[Geurin]

Geurin showed no remorse for his actions. Even amidst the tears of the small child he knew that this was necessary, and frankly even if it had not been, he still would enjoy the screams of children, especially one like Ritoru. Geurin was flush with memories from his son, Gurin, and his time spent with both Serori and Zach. Neither were particularly bright, but whoever fated them to fornicate was making the right decision. The saiyan blood coursed in his veins, as did Zach's incredible resilience. His body would force him to stand, and Geurin was waiting for it. Where was the anger, where was the power.

"Save yourself!? Less I open the air lock and waste you and your pathetic excuse for a father!"

What other buttons could he push to make this child react. He needed not only a rise, but a rise in power as well. Putting a little more energy into the boy, Geurin ran the risk of killing him, but it was necessary...all necessary...

"I....I....I"

I can't. Thats what he was trying to dictate as the Namekian continued his torture of the poor child. His hair drenched in the sweat that had congregated due to the pain. His body was tense, it was as though every muscle and limb was begging for release, and he was. He had already been begging. Perhaps a man with pride would grit the pain, but Ritoru was a child, and no matter how tough his genes were, he was not prepared to take such intense pain.

Open the airlocks...that meant...getting flushed into space? There was no air out there...he would die!

What did this evil being want? He was a mere child, there was no hidden power. Ritoru was already well above the ability of a man ten times his age, what more could he possibly want...

Father?

Ritoru had missed it, and yet subliminally he had heard every word. Ru had no clue that Zach was his genetic father, but when Geurin said it, he somehow knew exactly who he was talking about.

"N...n.....N...n...N...N....NO!"

He screamed, gritting his teeth and clenching both hands into a fist, pushing hard against them fighting against the pain.

If all he had to do was stand, then he would do it, with all of his power, with all of his might. And while he was at it he would kill Geurin, yeah, he would kill Geurin.

Wait what?

Ru was stuck, he had never wanted to kill a day in his life, but now he felt it, he succumb to it. His air rose upwards, floating with the power that he was exerting.

His eyes were white now in the rage that he was accepting. With a tiny roar his body rose upwards, fighting against the Dendou and breaking its hold on him. His small body was still tense, powered with a new energy. Geurin had been right, there was hidden energy, and here it was.

Rage

As quickly as it started it was over. Once the Dendou was over he powered back down, his mind wiped from the events, and his body again falling to the hard gravitated floor.

He had done it, Ritoru had awakened his true power, although it was only achievable through rage, it was better than nothing. He would let the boy sleep, he would need it for planetary conquest. Now onward to training Zach.
