Attacks: Instantaneous Movement: One of the sacred techniques of the Kaioshin, which allows the user to travel from planet to planet instantly, without the need of a space ship. It has no limit, aside from the all important restriction from stepping onto other planets except in emergencies.
Kaioken: The legendary technique taught by King Kai on his planet gives the user a quick and effective power boost. The common usage of this technique is in the form of "Kaio Ken Times (Blank)," wherein (Blank) is the number the user has mastered to. This technique can multiply the user's speed, strength and Ki ability by a factor equal to the number mastered to (the weakest is times two; the maximum King Kai can teach is times eight), but it comes at a cost. This technique is physically and mentally exhausting, and trying to push beyond your physical limits can cause your body to literally self-destruct.
Spirit Bomb: An extremely powerful technique, designed to completely obliterate evil wherever it may lurk. The user raises their hands to the sky, borrowing a portion of Ki energy from all the creatures, plants and people on the planet, and forms the combined energy into a ball that, depending on the energy transmitted, could be small enough to fit in one hand or as large as a small moon. This technique can only be handled by someone with a pure heart, a trait almost impossible to find in any race.
Rocket Thrusters: Galaxy Gear's answer to the Bukujutsu. With this, the robot is capable of flight by unleashing the pilot's Ki energy as thrust from the feet, elbows and shoulder blades.
The Nebula Sword: Galaxy Gear pulls out a sword, the blade of which is formed entirely out of Ki energy. It has an impressive cutting blade, and all wounds formed with this weapon instantly cauterize due to the heat of the weapon. It still doesn't help the pain, however...
Starting Planet: King Kai's Planet.
Bio: Lord Gier was born on the Supreme Kai's planet a long, long time ago. He lived a pretty normal existence aside the other Kaioshin, training and watching the universe for trouble. There was one major difference, however; Lord Gier was significantly smaller than the other Kaioshin. As in, unbelievably smaller. This put him at a disadvantage in physical activity, training, and general everyday existence.
However, he had a wonderful gift of invention and imagination. Also, he had watched Earth and seen one too many episodes of giant robot animes. He designed his own mobile suit of armor, which he dubbed "Galaxy Gear, the savior of the cosmos." Or, Galaxy Gear for short. Or GG, if you really feel like truncating things. Constructed of other-worldly materials and powered by his own Ki reserves, he created the ultimate fighting robot, as tall as a human being but many, many times larger than himself. In this way, he managed to fight on the level of his peers, as well as make himself feel really, really cool for coming up with it.
And so, he trained to master his invention, and kept his eyes on the universe like he always did. There was always the chance that the universe would be threatened once again by a giant evil. And when it was, he was ready to charge into space with Galaxy Gear to bring order to the cosmos.
