Prime Minister Geurin has announced the creation of the Super-Dome.
This powerful architectural legend will be based around the model of the Colosseum. It will be the championship arena for all different sporting events, but most importantly it will serve as the Earth's celebratory Tenkaichi brawl. The super dome will come with many special features including, but not limited to...
With this comes a new policy that the Earth will hold very seriously. It will be known as the Code of Martial arts (COMA)
The new COMA law states that all beings whose power registers above a one thousand will be randomly selected for battle. They must arrive at the dome for a one on one battle with another warrior at the ministers transgression. This battle will have a different set of rules, gravity, and scenery, and will go to show just how important the sport of Martial Arts is. Anyone who does not wish to fight in the dome may instead provide one thousand Zeni as tribute to locate a new fighter, and help pay for the super dome.
Entry into any fight is 100 Zeni (A STEAL when you consider just how awesome of an experience this truly is.) Unless you are the headmaster of the artist at work.
Prizes will be offered to all victors, volunteers, and group entries. If you want to fight, we will find you an opponent!
So be prepared, because coming soon (March 1st) The dome will be built, and the battles will begin!

- 150X normal gravity in the arena
- A simulator for both normal training, and different scenery for battles.
