"Well, that's that." Reyn muttered as he took a cloth from his back pocket to removing the blood from his sword. It was another day, another dollar. Taking out his phone, he quickly sent a text to his 'employer' to confirm the kill. He sheathed the sword on his side, running his gloved hand though his dark hair. This work was getting too easy. Sent to kill humans by humans. Maybe it was about time he found other employers. Found work somewhere else. He couldn't stop working as a mercenary. After all, this was work that he had been doing sense he could wield a sword.
He headed out of the alleyway back into the city. He was still a ways away from the actual population, preferring to make his kills in the bad area's of town. It was easier for people not to notice what happened till it was too late.

"And his crime?"
The voice came from a small tree off in the distance. His presence had been entirely shielded and so when the kill had finally been made it was time to reveal himself. Geurin had watched the mercenary of weeks. Every kill with precision and poise. While his actual power was far to week to be considered rival to that of Geurin's soldiers such as Zach and Kazama, he did possess a quality that was...special.
Leaning off of the tree and taking a step forward the Namekian stood up straight, his tall muscular figure lending to the common intimidation that came with his appearance. However this boy would no doubt be unmoved. Killers for higher were not often so startled even by those much stronger than themselves. Suppressing his power to that of the average human made it easy to fool others, and talk to them candidly without fear of their repercussions.
"I can only imagine he did something rather heinous to deserve such an inglorious death"
Walking over to the victim of the attack, he had been slumped over after being struck. Geurin placed his foot on the side of the man and with a light push knocked him on his back, so that he was now sprawled out on the hot ground. Looking back over at the mercenary for a response Geurin was interested in how this was to play out.

Reyn stopped at the sound of a voice coming from behind him. Interesting. It had been a while sense someone had snuck up behind him. He must be getting careless. With wars going on on other planets, he let his guard down after his kills. Something that he needed to fix quickly.
His hand iched for his sword, but strayed it. There was no need to kill this person. Not unless if he attacked him first. That and he wasn't going to get paid for who ever's head it was. Slowly he turned, seeing the man for the first time. No, not a man, A Namekian. Interesting.
"I dont know what crime he committed." Reyn said with a shrug. "What I do know is that my client wanted him dead and put a nice prince on it as well. I'm not going to ask questions about it."

Geurin was equally as pleased with his answer as he had been his initial actions. The man stood tall, his sword gleaming sharply as the very hilt had been drawn. Not enough to be seen as open, but enough to show that this man saw Geurin as a potential threat. That would need to be defused immediately if they were going to get anywhere.
"So what was this, 10, 20 zeni? What is a man's life worth now a days?"
This was not only a way to gauge the price of the mercenary, but also to see just how highly he regarded human life. If he was too noble then Geurin would need to seek business elsewhere, however judging by the slump of dead human to his right, he doubted highly that this merc was any sort of noble.
Raising his hand up towards his now sweating face the Namek felt the heat of the day upon them, and surely the mercenary had felt it as well. This too spoke of the ethics he held, as any other man would wait until nightfall, yet here he stood, in the heat of broad daylight striking down a man, fearless of the consequences. Or perhaps he had never met a man capable of dealing any sizable discipline. Yet another thing to be considered in their dealing. Reyn didn't know it yet, but Geurin was very interested in what this man was, and what he could become.
Then again Geurin always took a special interest in humans, much like Zach, he liked to see the humans that were capable enough to handle their own.

Reyn arched an eyebrow at that. "You insult me Namekian." He said, irritation lacing his voice. "Try a couple thousand. And that's for low paying jobs. High risk ones go into the hundred thousands. And if you want me to take out an organization, then we're talking in the seven digits. I dont come cheep."
It had been a while sense he had taken a high risk job. And never once had he gotten rid of an organization. Not sense he was a stupid kid. His hand clenched to his side, remembering the pain that was inflicted on his skin. Skin that he hid for most of the time. Only once a month did his true form show. And that was a time when he dissapeared for the whole day. Changing one's form, looking like someone else, that didn't take much energy. But eventually it would dissipate. And when it did, he would have to spend a whole day in hiding. Because that was a form he refused to show anyone. It was his shame.
He mentally shook his head out of those thoughts and focused on the being before him. "So, are you looking for a hired hand, or are you here to waste my time?"

Hundreds of thousands? He was obviously joking. The average purse of a citizen held at its best a thousand zeni, and no more than ten thousand for even the richest of sorts. Geurin scoffed, his arrogant light laughter subsiding with counter words.
"No boy, perhaps it is you who wastes my time"
Crouching down over the body of the freshly slain man, he found himself more and more understanding what this man was about. He was one of the few human's who possessed the gifts necessary for greatness, and upon learning his trait chose to seek out payment. A pity really, as a well trained human of his natural born talents would be most useful, but certainly not for the exorbitant fee of one hundred thousand zeni. His claw stricken right hand clenched the back of his victims head, turning it towards himself and with a violent twist sought it removed from body. The blood still spouting out of the neck like a fountain only to have the geyser of cells quenched in seconds. He had after all been dead for several minutes. Standing back up, and holding his now beautifully severed head up for his new mercenary playmate Geurin spoke once more.
"Do you think me a foolish business men looking for other competitors to meet their end? Or are you truly content with killing the likes of those who have no hope of fighting back?"
Geurin was not opposed to killing innocent people. He had done so on many occasion, even for sport. But there was nothing like a challenging kill, and certainly much like any prodigy, the man must have been getting ill fed by the constant tedious nature of simple murder. A human with a power level no higher than ten was no match for someone so elegantly trained.

Reyn watched him carefully. Interesting. This man was offering him a job. Or so he could tell. But what kind of job? Sure, he was tired of killing these small fry. The idea of someone more challenging sounded more fun. But at what extent? He didn't want to bite off more then he could chew. The scares that marred his skin was more then enough evidence of that.
"Who do you want me to kill?" He asked, crossing his arms. "Depending on who, or what, you want me to kill, will depend on the price of it."

"No"Geurin said, his tone finally dropping to a dull ascension of intent. Taking a few steps forward towards the man baring sword, still not showing off the power he so deeply possessed the prime minister made his case known. This was not a negotiation, but rather a stoic recruitment.
"I offer you training, a slight fee, and a chance to do something with yourself. I do not ask you to kill someone, I ask you to fight for something. I ask you to use the talents you possess over man kind and to release them on an enemy worthy of your blade and equally deserving of it. I do not wish to hire you, I wish to redirect your purpose, and value. So what say you, what is your dignity worth to you. one thousand? One hundred thousand? What is your honor worth in Zeni?"
It was then that his aura ignited around him, the burning green surrounded by a hidden black. The energy was fierce, nay impossibly strong. The scenery around Geurin blew away at the sudden eruption of power. Everything touching his aura burned away to nothing, causing Geurin to be forced into a float above the deterierating ground below him. Though not a physical attack against the man, if Reyn didn't move he would risk injury. He would have time to take a few steps back as Geurin raised one powerful arm up towards the sky, his muscles aching with anticipation, and his eyes white with energy.
"How much zeni is immortality worth"
He roared, his voice echoing with the power he exerted. His teeth sharper and more direct, his ears following similar pattern. Geurin had no intention of harming the man, but rather showing him the extent of his ability and offering what he was capable of.
"What price would you put, on unimaginable POWER!"
From his hand shot out a beam of bright light. The ground around the trembled. Had it not been for the long distance between Satan and the outskirts they sat, buildings would have no doubt crumbled to the ground. For now they were safe a long ways off from the two, the surrounding landscape was not as lucky. The beam made its way into the sky, exploding several hundred feet above them into what others would call a firework display. No doubt the power of an atomic bomb was possessed in that attack alone, uncharged and unnamed.
"What say you Reyn"
Cocking his head to face the mercenary, his pure white eyes meeting his glare.
"How much money would you pay to have what I possess. To have purpose, power, and above all else...dignity"

Reyn took a couple steps back, his eyes wide in shock. The power this Namekian was unimaginable. Yet this being, this powerful being that could easily level the city, was offering him not a job. but a chance. A chance to grow in power.
Reyn wasn't a fighter. He was a silent killer. He won his fights though cunning and stealth. Kill his eneimes before they could even know he was there. That was something his uncle had drilled into his head sense he was a child. A shifter wasn't someone who could fight head on head, but though the shadows and though deception. Yet what this man was offering was a chance to change that. To stop being a mercenary and killing smallfry. He was offering to give his life actual meaning.
He swallowed hard, his lips turning slightly in a small smirk. "I would pay anything to gain that." He finally said.

There it was, the necessary diction to pull the above average human from his mercenary ways, and give him a truer purpose, and more importantly one that would most benefit the Namekian. The power around him slowly began to fade, the tree's standing back into their statued position, and the air around them calming to a gentle breeze. Even Geurin's body seemed to return to its natural size.
"Then allow me to show you how. I am the Prime Minister of Earth, and I offer you a chance to join my special forces. With the right training you too could become something of unimaginable strength and fame. Find my super dome in the heart of Satan, there your training can begin."
His hand slowly rose up to his forehead, the tide had set upon the two of them, and Reyn would now work for the Namek and his cause. Yet another soldier fighting for the planet Earth and against the Saiyan Solar Empire. Their strength grew with every new member, and every small addition to the force. Reyn was no small addition however, his strength would serve mighty purpose.

Reyn ran his fingers though his hair, giving a small nod though he was now gone. He needed to go to the super dome? For once he had a reason to go on. He had given him a reason to grow stronger and fight for some cause. What it was, he wasn't sure yet. But what he did know was that he owed the Namekin an debt for giving him a chance to get stronger. With that thought in mind, he left the area, heading towards the dome.
