Reyn swallowed hard as he stared up at the large dome. This was it. he took two days to really think about it, and on the second day, he packed up a couple of things and headed out.
With his sword strapped to his side, and his bag on his shoulder. This was it. This was the chance to change everything about himself. To make himself stronger and better. And if that Namekin was right, he could become immortal. The first of his clan to do so. And being the last member of his clan, this was important.
He took a deep breath before he continued on inside, looking around the dome. The place was huge! No wonder why it was called 'Super Dome'. Sure, it seemed big on the outside, but inside it was much bigger. Something he didn't really expect. Soon he found himself walking out into the stadium.
Reyn whistled under his breath as he shoved his hands in his pockets and looked around. "Hello?" He called out, his head turning one way to another. He looked a bit different from before. His hair was long and a deep brown, his eyes a light green. He chose his skin to look tan. Reyn wore a pair of worn jeans and a black tank top with a trench coat over it. "I'm here like you said to be!" He called out once more.

Yami was told by his father to go to the Super Dome; His father told him he was meeting a new recruit to their ranks. He had wished he would have asked his brother to take care of this matter. Yami was told to train this new person for the oncoming invasion. He eventually made his way to the super dome, taking a seat looking around waiting for this new person to arrive.
”This recruit better get here soon, of I am going to leave. I am not going to wait here all day for this person.”
Minutes pass by before Yami senses a power signature enter the Arena. Yami looked at the male human carrying a sword entered the arena looking around. The human looked amazed at the size of the Super dome, Yami just shook his head standing up.
“Hello?” The male said
”I still can’t believe that father wants me to train this person. This is going to be a waste of time, But if I don’t do this then I am going to have to deal with my father. Something that I will keep avoiding until it is necessary for me to talk to him.”[/i]
“I’m here like you said to be!” The male said
Yami began his descent down to the ground, no doubt the male figure would notice Yami approach ing him. Yami landed on the ground a few feet away from the new recruit. Cracking his neck Yami began to speak to the new recruit. He knew he had to act and talk in a responsible manner, this person needed to feel welcome. The thought of acting like a noble, sickened Yami, he didn’t like talking to anyone let alone new scrubs that his father found.
”You must be the person that my father was talking about, I was told to train a new recruit to our army. My name is Yami; I am the son of the Prime Minister, and General to the armies of Earth. I have been told by my father to train you, we need all of our soldiers to get stronger. An army is coming to Earth, and we have all been called to defend our planet. Before the training begins, mind telling me your name?”
The sickening words that just left his mouth, he never thought he would say these things. Yami could care less about this planet and the people inhabiting it. Yami looked at the male waiting for a response, he wanted to get this training over with as fast as he could. He could think of a much better use of his time.

Reyn watched the guy as he spoke to him. Interesting. Maybe it was just him, but it seemed like this person really wanted nothing to do with him. Almost like he was irritated with Reyn just being there. But, at least he was trying to be nice.
"Its Reyn." He said, though he didn't put his hand out to shake. Reyn had a feeling that this guy didn't like others to touch him. Being the son of the prime minister of earth probably meant that the guy didn't like dealing with people like Reyn. Though he had no idea. He didn't know the guy. Already he could guess that this Namekian was stronger then him. If he was anything like his father, then he had power that he could only dream of.
"i'm not going to lie," He said with a sigh, rubbing the back of his neck. "I'm a little shocked that your father wanted me to be in his army. I'm only a shifter after all."

Yami was still waiting for the male to speak, to answer his questions. It didn’t matter to him what this persons name was, but it felt like the right thing to say at the time. Yami could actually care less about this person. He wasn’t going to be much help against the invaders, more like cannon fodder. The thought of it amused him, but he had to put his attention back to the male.
“Its Reyn”
”Well it is good to meet you Reyn, shall we start the training.”
Yami turned around, walking a few steps away from Reyn creating a gap. Yami was going to get this training session done with as fast as he could. He had his own training to do before the invaders made their way to the planet. As Yami was about to start the training session Reyn began to speak again.
“I’m not going to lie,” he paused “I’m a little shocked that your father wanted me to be in his army. I’m only a shifter after all.” He said
”Right now we need every capable fighter on Earth to help us with the oncoming invasion. It doesn’t matter what you are, we need you to help defend Earth and its people. That is why you are now apart of the army, we need everyone. Now let’s get this started.”
Yami looked straight into the eyes of Reyn, giving him a smirk. His power signature began to rise, as his body began to grow a foot or so taller than he was. His eyes went completely white, his claws and teeth grew slightly, becoming razor sharp. Yami was entering into Ascendance. He knew that his heavy weights were going to slow him down in this little spar. That wasn’t going to stop him from teaching Reyn a lesson or two about fighting.
"Alright Reyn show me what you got."

Reyn swallowed hard. Oh he was screwed. Being good at his profession meant that he was good at stealth. He was quick, sure, but he knew that one on one fights were not his best area. He placed his bag down, drawing his sword. He was already recalling his uncle's teaching, feeling his energy shift.
"If you cant kill them, wear them out till you can, preserving your energy. If your going to fight a losing battle, then escape till you find that moment when you can. Strategize, do not fight with your emotions, but with your head."
Speed. He was fast. Years of training how to outmaneuver his enemies came to mind. He would not make the first move. No, he would have to wait for Yami to attack him. And when he did, dodge and slash, then move back. That would be how he could fight this one. Being training though, he had a feeling that the other would take it easy on him. If he had the energy level that his father did, then there was no way he could win this fight. But he would be damned if he just lay back and took it. No, he would fight to prove that he was more then just some shifter. But he would have to be careful. If he used up too much, then his appearance would change and his true self would show.
Standing up straight, his energy focused more on his movements, he gripped his sword as if it was an extension of himself. His deep jade eyes narrowed on his enemy, taking him in. "I'm ready when you are." He said, watching Yami carefully. Reyn would not make the first move. Wait, dodge, attack, and move. Hit and run.
