He had searched everywhere. Finally returning to central city the prime minister sulked into his office, sat down in the chair he had custom ordered from Ikea and threw his feet up onto the mahogony wood style desk....Mahogony.
It was all superficial. the lord of darkness, or rather the Prime Minister of Earth had neglected his training, and had instead been sucked into the buerocracy that was the politics that surrounded him. He had not anticipated being so in love with power, that he ignored the possibility of losing his position. But so long as that boy remained in the hands of Nam, Geurin could almost be guarunteed a one way ticket to the after life. The shiny crystel ball had told him everything, how Touketsuki Yakedo himself had dropped the infant off, and of course Geurin did his due research. He learned of the boys saiyan heritage, and of course that he was at an orphanage...How was he supposed to predict that the orphanage would kick him out. And more importantly after further investigation he found that the boy was removed for witch craft...
Bullshit
This child was a prodigy, at age four he already boasted above 10K, if he could do that in four years of his life without any formal training, than the possibilities were endless, and he needed to get his hands on the boy...
But wait...what was this...
The ball was revealing something...as if it knew something that Geurin did not...it formed, and contorted, the glass becoming foggy, but then...No...no it couldnt be...He had his answer...he knew what to do.
Buzzz
"Send Zach in"
The minister ordered on the speaker, waiting for the man to enter the office. Things had just gotten interesting.

Although he was technically twenty three, when Zach walked into Gurin's office, ushered along by a retinue of guards, the boy still had the exact physical build and maturity as he did when he was 18. His power had grown yes, but pyhsically he had not changed in the slightest. This was of course due to the magical spell the Genie he'd met had placed him under and although Zach still didn't understand presicely how it worked he did know that he was for all intents and purposes now immortal. No sickness or effects of aging would ever touch him and short of being pysically killed he would never die. In the five years since accidently making the wish Zach had come to realize that it had indeed been granted and was still from time to time astonished at his unchanging figure.
"You know I don't like to be outside of the school, it's dangerous." Zach started as he ented the office, refurring to his volitile temper as he waved the group of guards and assistants away and then closed the doors behind him. Turning his half clothed frame back to face the Namekian's desk, Zach approached but stop short of sitting, he had a feeling he wouldn't be here long enough to rest. "So whay am I here? And please don't let it be another of those damned tournaments. I think you get enough PR having me show up at hot spots, I don't need to preen myself in front of an audience."

Zach was not the only one who had kept up a youthful appearance. Geurin looked Identical to Gurin, his mystical purple sage clothing wrapping around him safely. He fancied the outfit that Gurin had chosen to fight Suki in, and had only hoped to make its appearance hold more purpose than it had those many years ago.
"Zach, no need for another Tournament. No this is rather important, you know I would not pull you away from the school if it wasnt."
Zach had taken over the victory school, a move that Geurin was rather fond of. This decision meant that one of the greatest martial arts academies was essentially under Gurin's complete control. Meanwhile Zach grew stronger. This would only go to solidify their presence at the head of the planet.
"I have spotted a...certain individual. Perhaps you will remember a saiyan by the name of Nam"
Geurin knew very well that Zach would never forget that name. A friend, a rival, a...er...lover...and a desperate enemy. Nam was the very definition of a conflict that still plagued the young adults mind, and so Geurin knew that anything he said after this would be taken very seriously.
"It appears he has begun training a young boy, this would not be such a big deal, if it was not for the fact that this boy was very special. Zach this child, much like the dragon balls, could hold an unfair advantage, and we need to make sure that he is secured"
Finding a child threatening was something that Zach would never be able to do, not on his own at least. And so Geurin would need to convince him that this was worth his time, and so he said...
"Meanwhile, while you get the child, I will be taking care of a few rebel forces I have to know of in the area. You getting the kid from Nam will be the perfect distraction for me, so be sure to make your reunion count."

As Zach stood an listened he couldn't beleive Gurin wouldn't expect him to remember Nam. The round about way of mentioning the other young man's name was of course inteded for dramatic effect only so as to get Zach's full attention and it worked, although after a moment Zach realized this. It didn't matter if Gurin was trying to be dramatic or not, Nam was involved and would have to be dealt with. It would only be fitting that the poster boy of the regime should go up againt it's most reviled enemy. Of course Zach didn't really care about the politics even though he did understand them, what he wanted was to proove himself best again Nam once more and force the other to leave. None of the problems Guring was continuing to describe would be a major issue if Zach had just followed through after defeating Nam in their last real battle. He wouldn't have been there to defile the tournament and now wouldn't be standing between Gurin and himself and another goal, this child the Namekian spoke of.
"So let me get this strait, you're pulling me from the school to go grab a kid away from Nam and in the process risking lord knows what happening?" Zach asked, decided incredulous as to how special this child could posibly be. Gurin was likely well aware as to why Zach had isolated himself at the school, his control over his own temper had been getting weaker. For a tme he though he'd had it managed but after the events in Central City it was clear he was dangerous. Zach paused only long enough to take another breath to keep speaking and then continued.
"Now I have no problem taking this kid from Nam if it will help keep Earth safe, but exactly how special can one child be? Surely he can't stand up to your or I? Or is it something else about him?" Zach asked as he rounded one of the comfortable looking arm chairs that flanked the front of Gurins desk and finally took a seat. "Someone not actually powerful like us but smart or magical?"

"Hm, I should really just speak candidly with you"
Geurin said, impressed by zach's understanding of the situation. Rather than leaping off the deep end, he had concluded that there was another side to the story, and this was not far fetched. Zach was right, the boy was in fact special.
"Among other things, I believe the boy has potential to be much, much stronger than he currently is. And I believe in your capable hands he can be trained for our cause, whereas in the hands of Nam, he will only be trained against us."
With that Geurin waved his small crystal ball out from under his desk, making it appear before the two of them. Shining brightly it showed the masked figure known as Nam appearing at the Lookout that they all new all to well. With him came the new fighter Toshiro, and the ever...er...famous...er...Dynammo.
"It appears it may be time for us to make our move Zach"
He said as the crystal preened over to the young boy Ritoru. Shirtless with a fairly toned core for his age, and bright blond hair (His tail hidden from view).
"If you are ready, I hope this will not take long, we can be in and out in a matter of minutes..."
He said with a dark smirk.

"Hmhm, that would save us a bit of time." Zach responded with a chuckle to Gurin's first statement and then settled down to let him continue to explain. As the Namekian continued, the picture became a bit more clear as it was explained that the child had a great potential and over the long term under the blonde's guidance he could become a great defender of Earth. This of course fed into the line Gurin had fed him years back that he was being groomed to be the next Kami and of course, given Zach's ego, the boy bought it. True he knew Gurin could do just as well a job of teaching the boy as he could, but this was likely to be another test to proove himself worthy of being the next Kami, and given the fact that Zach was the head master of a school he was well placed to provide for the child. This of course was ironic because the memory of the child he gave to to an orphanage suddenly popped into the blonde's head.
Next Gurin brought up his crystal ball and summoned up an image of the lookout. Nam was present and in an instant Zach's temper began to rise, Gurin could surely feel it and if it got any hotter the boy was likely to set the upholstery of his chair ablaze. However when the image of the child came up Zach's eyebrow rose with such ferocity that were this reality a cartoon it likely would have put a hole in the ceiling. At once he recognized the boy, it absolutely had to be the same one. "That's imposible." the blonde stammered.
"I've seen him before... I held him... four, maybe five years ago.... That has to be the same kid." Zach explained as he stood up and got closer to the ball to get more detail. "While I was rebuilding the school, a basket and a huge wad of cash arrived at my camp. He was in the basket... Wrapped up like a mummy but it has to be him. The hair's the same color, I think only mine is that shade of blonde... It's not the most common color so what are the odds of it being another kid, even the age is right... I can't beleive this."

"Indeed, whoever left him for you knew of your prowess. Its time to bring him back"
Gurin said, rising from his desk and holding out his hand to zach. The instant transmission was a helpful technique that Tenshu had picked up from Toshio a few days before Suki's arrival. It had come in handy during his fight with Suki, and now more than ever would be a deciding factor in the war against the KGSF.
Nam was a truly skilled warrior, and at the present possessed far more power than Zach, but that was only a minor technicality. Once Geurin was there the boy was as good as captured, Zach being there was only to make things easier. His rampant behavior would cause a large enough scene that Ritoru would in fact fall into Geurin's hands, without the Namek needing to face the Super Saiyan. Even if he was capable of defeating him, facing him in combat was not ideal.
"Grab on, and we will be there in mere seconds"
The demonic smirk on his face had only grown. To zach, or anyone who was fooled by Geurin's plow it would seem as though he were just excited to be in combat, but for Geurin, this was one step closer to victory, once that seer child was in their possession, he would know exactly how to proceed.

Kari entered into the office just in time to see the two figures flash away. After stirrings with his crystal ball, Geurin had tasked the martial artist with investigating a place he called 'the Lookout', a platform high above the lands of Korin that he assured her was there. She was returning to report, but it seemed the Minister was making his exit. She blinked, looking around quickly, calling out once, but they was gone.
It had been a little over a year now since the Martial artist had joined the GSF, distinguishing herself among the new recruits at the Victory school. At first it's new Master, Zach, had been congratulatory and welcoming, but his reception of her had grown less warm when the nature of her strength came to light, regarded as something 'non-human' despite the man knowing nothing of it's actual source.
Even so, she had proved useful, and under Geurin had maintained favour despite her 'ticks'. She couldn't stay within their presence for long thanks to the symptoms of her infection, the minister soon learning of her habit of infected fellow operatives if sent on a group tasks, both a good and bad thing in a way, as the infection and associated bio-resonance increased their strength greatly... Last she heard Geurin was still weighing up the merits and demerits of such an arrangement, but she did find her self sent out individually after the fourth such 'incident'.
Being smart enough to know when she's outmatched she never let her self-control falter in the presence of Geurin or Zach however, knowing that with their strength they would easily overwhelm her, but this did mean that on rare occasions when their meetings lingered, she had to make a hasty escape to calm herself and regain control, something she never overtly kept secret from them.
(Despite this, they were never informed of the infections source or other such details, the small details kari did know seeming prudent to keep to herself or simply leave unspoken, the strength-enhancing mutagen remaining instead as simply an enigma which somehow originated from the area subsequently destroyed in Nam and Suki's battle.)
This was not normally a problem, the instincts of her infection manageable for the short interactions which usually occurred. She looked around the now empty office, settling down n a seat. In her stealthy snooping around of the lookout, she had discovered the place well kept, and eventually come to sense none other than her old master, Toshio. She suspected that a martial artist of his calibre would be of interest to the minister, the fighter having slipped off the radar as it were. Of greater note however, was a gathering she had sensed during her retreat, and a yet deeper suspicion which he felt the strangest compulsion to keep unvoiced.
With no way of knowing where the minister had quite literally disappeared to however there was not much she could do. She waited in the office, ready to report these findings the moment he returned, not knowing that Geurin and Zach were already headed to that very place.
((edit: GSF =/= GFS))

"Mmmm, now I see why you are dressed like that and not in that nice suit." Zach responded after Guring instructed him to take hold of his hand. The Namekian had apparently planned to depart directly after his meeting with the boy and thus, as Zach had alluded to, changed out of his impecable suit into the type of clothing more parctical for combat. Of course there was nothing more practical then just a simple pair of pants and boots as far as Zach was concerned but he wasn't going to give the green man fashion advice, at least not whle they were about to transit into a potential battle. Reaching out his hand Zach took Gurin's hand and waited for the sensation of virtigo he associated with the Namekian's teleportation to wash over him. It was of course the only logical conclusion as they were unlikely to fly out one of the windows hand in hand, nor could standard flight get them to their destination in the 'mere second' Gurin had stated.
Zach wasn't smiling to himself like Gurin as he waited for the other to summon up his teleportation ability, quite the opposite in fact, his lips were parsed and concern was running through his mind. The last time Zach saw Gurin in action, he'd had his rear end handed to him and that logically put him beneith Nam in terms of fighting prowess. The years of political games and likely lack of training could only have served to make him softer. Likewise Zach was concerned about his own ability to perform, true he'd spent the past five years as actively as he could and even bested Nam on their second to last meeting, but that was only due to the Saiyan's depleted condition after battling Suki to a stand still, something neither Zach nor Kami had accomplished sepperatly. In spite of his truck sized ego, Zach knew how to size up opponents and even though he didn't like what he was coming up with, knew that for the moment, there was a good chance Nam greatly outclassed him. Heck, this was exactly what had started the rivalry between them in the first place, Kami's prefferential treatment had artificially lifted Nam beyond Zach's reach, although the blonde later proved that through his titanic willpower and fortitude that he could still keep up and best the Saiyan from time to time. It wasn't as hurtful to Zach's ego as one might think for him to admit that Nam was for the moment, better. But this was of course a temporary situation, for all he knew Nam could have been a slouch for the past four years after the tournament and would be a pushover when they got to the lookout. Even if this proved to be false Zach would not be deterred, he would do what he's always done, perform like a champion and eventually overtake his competition. He was after all the shining beacom of hope for the world, the boy who rebuilt the Victory school and the first to step up in the face of the dreaded monster Suki. A temporary ranking in second place would not stop hm from putting Nam's face into the dirt and taking back the child that had originally been put into his care. If anything, the only things that were concerning him was exactly how he'd do that if Nam proved to be stronger and how much of an idiot he felt like now that he knew he'd given up such a valuable prize.

1,100 has been added to Geurin's PL. 1,700 has been added to Zach's PL. 500 has been added to Kari's PL.
Also increased Kari's PL by 5,000 considering I don't recall the character having a time-skip.
