"You asked, I answered."
"Well, it seems this may be the end, but what a glorious end this shall be. It's time to see what I'm truly worth as a warrior of the namekian people."
Cargo smiled as the area around them began to shake and tremble as Basna's power continued to rise. Cargo knew for a fact he stood no chance, but this was one fight he refused to let die. Thunder rumbled in the distance as the two men stared eye to eye. Lighting struck nearby trees in the wake of this immense display of power. Cargo and Basna could see far and wide in their new form. That is when Cargo could notice what seemed like an audience in a village not too far off from the battle grounds. Cargo smiled for he knew that it would not take long for this battle to travel around Namek. He looks back at Basna as lightning struck a nearby boulder. He grins once more as he is obviously given the first move.
Cargo runs towards Basna with the ground trembling on every foot step. He slides in toward Basna with his left elbow out aimed for the neck. This simple attack would be like play for Basna and that's exactly what he was hoping for. Even though Basna knew of Cargo's smarts in battle, Cargo was hoping Basna would fall for something like this one last time. Cargo was about to use the remainder of his power to either end this fight or be severely damaged.
After Basna would block the elbow like Cargo hoped he would, He would then come under his elbow with his right hand and try to land and open palm strike. If this would cause Basna to slide back just a few feet it would give Cargo just enough time to fire a single handed energy blast. This blast would hold most if not all of Cargo's power. Cargo didn't know how Basna would respond, but he was secretly hoping that they could wage war with their immense power. Besides, what better way to test your power than to have a beam struggle with the Master of the Warrior Caste?

With the roar of the thunder, Cargo lunged forward with an elbow strike. The ground shook beneath them, an earthquake with every step they took. His antennae twitched just before, when Basna countered the blow with his own elbow. As if in synch, they follow-thru, Cargo with an open palm upper cut and Basna with a clenched fist to the guts. But he readjusted it though to counter the upper cut and bring them to a dead lock. Energy crackled around their bodies as their feet were then dragged back against the ground by a mutual shockwave that split them to either end of the field.
Without further delay, the two namekians charged their energy and concentrated them into the palms of their hands. A yellow orb buzzed to life and emanated with light that illuminated his green and sweaty face. His three eyes took in the panorama of thunder clouds, the raging blue grass that danced with the powerful wind currents produced by their very own strength and heat energies. And finally, the opposing force standing at the other end of the imaginary ring, threatening to shoot his own energy wave.
If it were under different circumstances, anybody would have thought that they were fighting to the death. Who would’ve thought that this was a spar? But then again, that’s what a spar looked like when it dealt with two powerful warriors of their caliber, he thought. Basna grinned, knowing that this still didn’t compare to the battle he experienced on earth. The one which could have spelt the end of earth, but a single human stood between it all and saved them all.
“Let’s… END THIS!” he exclaimed with anticipation, promptly thrusting his charging hand forward with all the passion in the universe; the beam of yellow blistering energy raged across the plane, the very force pushing Basna’s feet back. He had to bend his legs and brace himself –otherwise, his very feet would lift off the ground and send him into oblivion. The two ends collided into a beautiful display of light and power. The young namekian felt his body tingle and he began to cackle and laugh under the overwhelming sound of their screaming beams which reverberated around all the parameters of their area.
His feet sunk into the land as it cracked and bustled under the extreme pressure. Certainly, Basna had never fought such a perfect battle, such a perfect spar with such a perfect partner. He may have been the Master of the Namekian Warrior Caste, but if he wasn’t careful, the title would turn tail and decorate Cargo’s ego. He smirked and scoffed at the idea. He was meant for greatness! Nobody was going to take it away from him, NOBODY!

"Lets... END THIS!"
Basna with a warrior's yell that was full of emotion thrusts his hand forward. A beam of yellow energy came raging toward Cargo with a shining light that literally meant the end of this spar. Cargo knew that this was a battle he would not win, but that didn't mean he would try. He wanted to prove that he deserved to be among the strongest namekians to grace the universe. He wanted to prove that he deserved to spar THE master.
The two blasts met and created an amazing mass of radiating light. Cargo mimicked Basna and bent his knees a bit to better help him handle the blast. The two beams of energy swirled in a continuous motion lighting the entire sky that had fallen dim due to the spar. Sweat began to cascade down Cargo's face as he struggled to keep the beam battle equal.
"Darn it! I can't hold on much longer like this! To think that this is nothing more than a spar. HAAAAA! I WILL NOT FALTER!!!!!"
Cargo removes his left hand from around his right wrist and fires another that swirls around his previous blast. It would not help him as he is still weaker than Basna, but it would help him last a bit longer as his blast was now only a bit larger than Basna's.
"BASNA!" GIVE... ME... MORE!!!"
Cargo wanted more from Basna. He was calling for Basna's all. He no longer wanted to see a leveled playing field. He wanted to see the decimation that would happen once Basna truly let loose. He wanted this to be a spar to remember with a befitting ending. Secretly, Cargo never felt close to a person he didn't even know. Maybe it was just because of the battle, he cared not. All he wanted was to prove to himself that he was worthy.

Basna cringed under the pressure. Sweat dripped down his face as the beams raged on. The blasts buzzed and roared, filling the skies with their cries. He was losing. Suddenly, Cargo’s side had gotten bigger and slowly began to overwhelm what once was a dead lock. Basna face darkened, his heart began to race. NO! He thought. “I… can’t… lose…” he murmured under the raging waves that drowned his voice in their elegant dance. His yellow beam was slowly shortening and it wouldn’t have been long before he was completely immersed in the other’s attack.
His pride had blinded him. He wanted to prove he was better by fighting with a single hand, yet it was evident that he couldn’t. “HAH!” He roared, adding an extra push to the blast as it pulsated with power. For a moment, it seemed like it would pick up, but the glory was short lived as he was soon being overpowered by the other. “Kaineeee….” He growled in the native tongue of Nameksei. His teeth clenched tightly as his colossal feet began to slide back against the ground. Thunder roared.
Cargo began to demand for more. He wanted Basna to let loose and demonstrate his power. The truth was, their powers were almost completely equal and he didn’t want to accept it. His brows furrowed together over his narrow and frustrated gaze. “Tsk!”
Besides, as long as this battle stood by the title of ‘spar’ none of them would ever see the other’s full power. Even at this level, both were holding back –else, the other’s life was at stake. Only in the battlefield would one discover the other’s true power. The unrestricted, uncensored, raw power they both had lurking within. Power which had infinite potential to become much more than any other being in the Universe; but that power needed a push. It would go to waste on this lonely and stagnant world they called home. Basna knew this, and it was why he thrived.
“You want more?” He replied rhetorically. He clenched his free hand, swallowed his pride and excess ego, and thrust it forward with another energy wave being thrown into the fray to power up the original. “SEIRADA SOUNOI!” (Here’s more!)
His end of the power struggle suddenly burst forward with explosive power. His trousers fluttered wildly along with his antennae. His third and second eyes closed to protect itself from the potent light. His feet dragged even more, but he bent his knees to stay afoot. As the beam closed in to the center, it slowed down. Basna felt it; their powers were equal no matter how you looked at it. All he managed to do by extending his second hand was bring the deadlock back to an impasse. But he would keep on emptying his ki reserves until he overwhelms the man. He was the Master. Masters weren't supposed to lose.

"You want More?"
The passion Basna spoke with was evident. Basna was a master and a master can't lose in battle not even in a friendly spar. Sweat dripped from both their faces as the battle raged on. Cargo had gained the upper hand with the power he added. Basna spoke of more and Cargo could only anticipate what Basna would deliver.
The blasts raged on as pieces of rock and dirt rose and disintegrated due to the massive power of force of the beam battle. Even nearby boulders began to crumble at the base. Suddenly, Basna beam grew in size and was now pushing Cargo's back to create another dead lock struggle. Cargo eyes widened as he now knew that he and Basna were truly the same. They both wanted to be the best that Namek had to offer. Shortly after forcing another dead lock Basna yelled at Cargo.
"SEIRADA SOUNOI!"
Cargo was proud to hold his own against Basna and he would cherish this spar forever. Cargo was exhausted and his feet began to slide back scrapping up the blue grass. Cargo's power was constantly leaving him at a rapid rate. Cargo knew the end was near, but he wanted one last stand of defiance. He dug in hard into the ground and prepared to release the last he had. True that they weren't actually at full power but Cargo was simply exhausted. He just couldn't go anymore and he was going to go out with a bang.
"HAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!"
Cargo Fired what all he could and his side quickly raged forward upon Basna. The yellow once again illuminated the dark sky of Namek. The two warriors stood high above normal and it just added to the intensity of the spar. It looked like something from a legend only this wasn't some great battle. This "battle" was actually a spar between kindred spirits and what a spar it had become.

(Sorry for the short post xP Now feelin it today)
“HAAAAAA!” Basna roared in unison with his opponent as they instinctively thrust that last burst energy which would be the deciding factor in their sparring match. The beams buzzed together, moving back and forth from one end to the other as the warriors mutually overwhelmed each other and soon resembled some kind of nameless dance of the raging waves. Thunder struck down around them and sweat dripped down his green body. He had to close a single eye to protect it from the burning sensation of his sweat dropping into his eye. Such a small mistake could cost him the fight and that wouldn’t do good for his ego.
Basna’s brows furrowed together and his veins were popping out of frustration. His opponent was an obstacle he just couldn’t seem to budge, but he would soon and slowly break through that barrier and exploded with the intention of finally ending the match in his favor. With one finally scream of the warrior namekian, he would dominate the field and bask the land in his power.
“HYAAAAAAA~!”

(I feel like I've been short changing the entire time so its no problem ) Cargo's side raged forward but Basna was almost in sync with Cargo as his side raged forward as well. A thunderous cloud appeared above them and lighting struck down with the sound of thunder easily following. The two were truly making a statement without words. Veins began to appear as though they were on top of the skin of the warriors as they continued to push everything that they were allowed into this struggle. "HYAAAAAA!"Cargo's feet began to slide back through the grass once more as Basna let out a warrior's yell. His side was diminishing rapidly. Cargo was on empty and there was nothing he could do about what was coming. Cargo tried to lock eyes with Basna and cast a smirk his way. The end was here and there was no escape. "TROPOLI, NIUT! (Brother, thank you.) Basna's side had completely converged on Cargo. Cargo had nothing else left to fight with and as a smile crept across his face, he spread out his arms in acceptance as the blast engulfed him. A shining light came from the impact and the screams of Cargo drowned out the sound of the thunder. As the light disappeared, Cargo dropped down to both knees. A smile is still on his face as he falls face first into the turf. He was still conscious and happy of the end result. Now he lay there simply waiting on Basna's reaction to the battle that had just been finished in glorious fashion.

The sky cleared with the end of the battle and Basna stood victor at the other end of the field. His face was stern and proud, his body had reverted back to its original state. But the proud warrior soon dropped to his knees. He had managed to stay afoot long enough so Cargo wouldn’t see as the other was already face first in the ground. Basna gasped and irked. His brows furrowed together, slanted on the fallen warrior. He had won the spar, but not the battle. They were truly equals and he wasn’t sure about how he felt towards it.
Basna had finally found yet another namek in this planet who could stand up to him; a potential rival and training partner that could help him get stronger, instead of just training all alone all the time. But he wasn’t sure now. He won only because he lasted longer, but he couldn’t impose his will on the opponent. Suddenly, thoughts began to race through his head –‘you’re not special’ they said, ‘you’re just like any other pathetic namek on this green planet.’ The thought of those words stung. He wrenched it away and forced himself back to his feet.
“Ugh…” he moaned as he got up and continued to observe Cargo. “Good fight.” He said, promptly turning away and lamely walking out of sight. It doesn’t matter, he thought. The main character always needed competition; otherwise, the story is boring. That’s all Cargo would ever be to him –competition. He’d make sure it stayed that way and looked forward to the day where he stood above everyone in terms of power. He dreamed of being recognized by the entire universe and become a hero within history.
