Orenji's shot hit true. Carnel's were on their mark as well. This however, should not have won them the fight. Yet something happened... the woman's power began to act strangely. More lightning rained down, a bold coming directly at Carnel. He caught sight of it and jumped back just in time.
Then, his clones slammed into him, knocking him over. Confused at first, but Carnel watched as a bolt obliterated it at the last second. It saved his life. Carnel jumped up and into a house for cover as the woman vanished along with the lightning.
She was gone. Orenji had come to ask him if he was alright... Carnel didn't answer. Most of the village was decimated in the attack, the Black Gi who had tried to fight had been killed off by the lightning and the confusion of the fog. Few were injured or had run off.
No, nothing was alright. But he didn't say that. He kept quiet instead, walking off past his fellow Namekian and into the center of town. Taking his staff in hand, he drifted upwards into the sky and flew off at full speed towards a direction that was nowhere near the villages, the city, or the fortress.
Caius was still fighting the Saiyan, but he wasn't moving to help... he could handle it. Carnel knew it. He was doing something else. Something he was hoping he wouldn't need to do...
It was time. They must be brought back...
