White lips, pale face Breathing in the snow flakes Burnt lungs, sour taste... The snow crunched under her boots, marking her path ans she walked. The wind blew harshly at her, stinging her cheeks and turning her nose red with cold. The girl stood out like a sore thumb. Her white caplet covered her top-half, black pants connecting to black boots over her legs. Her long blond hair flew out behind her in the wind, twisting and twirling. Her wolfen tail, usually seen wagging behind her was almost stiff, her body the same. The cold wasn't something new to Amaranth. After all, Nor was quite a bit colder than most planets. Add that to the fact that she had lived in a place where it always snowed for three years made her quite used to it. But just because she was used to it didn't mean anything about her liking it.
In fact, she hadn't even been looking to land on Kold. She had been headed straight for Vegeta to visit Boliko and get off Earth for a while. But something in her ship had decided to stop working, halting her here to hopefully get repairs. She was horrible with most technology, ships being at the top of that list. Normally she would have just gone to Nor, that being where the ship was made. But Kold was even farther from Nor than Earth was. It was a three week trip at least and that if her ship didn't stop working altogether.
So here she was. Her ship had landed on the outskirts of what her computer reported to be the Kingdom of Ica. She had no idea what to expect from this trip toward the city. She knew nothing of the Icer race that lived here. Amaranth had no idea what they looked like, how they acted, and their views on strangers. for all she knew, she could have just landed on a planet of monstrous, blood thirsty creatures. Or, they could be a race that were always happy and shit glitter and rainbows. She was going in completely blind, a fact that made her more than a bit nervous.
But her ship had to be repaired, no matter what. She needed to get to Vegeta, a place where she knew that she was at least more safe than here. She was expected and didn't want them to worry, nor did she want to call Boliko and have him fly days out here just to get her. No. Amaranth was a mature, responsible, and very capable woman. She wasn't going to trouble her friend, nor was she going to play the part of a damsel in distress. She would find a mechanic, fix her ship, and get out of here as soon as possible.

Outside one of the kingdoms most favored bars, a man was sent crashing clean through a window from the inside. Following him was Blaze, opening and closing his hand after the punch had connected. He wore his shining black armor and His cargo jeans, as usual. Clothing made him feel like he was blending in a bit better.
"Kay jackass, both the bartender and the bouncer told you to calm down, pay up, and get out. These people are here to have a good time, no need for you to be ruining their night. Blaze started chargeing up a ki blast. "Get ouda here before you get turned into a grease stain on the road."
The man scrambled to his feet and ran off. Blaze cancled the blast and turned to the bystanders and the bartender all looking out at him. "Sorry, the WTO will replace the window within the next few hours. He smiled and declined the bartender's offer of free drinks. He'd prefer to pay like everyone else.
Someone tossed him his black coat. They put some effort into it, as it was leather and long, made it heavy. Good to keep the chill off. He left, going for a walk. He always preferred to walk over flight, he got to admire the scenery more. Nobody was really out, the roads were bare. Nice to see them plowed, buildings looked good, many good things happened for Kold after Suki began to warm up a bit. Many gained respect for him, some even began to see him as a great leader.
Then there were others who still resented him for the things he had done in the past. People who couldn't let go. Blaze could be attacked at any moment by some crazy just because he's an Icarian or part of the WTO.

Amaranth lifted her head. A city full of light greeted her, a warm promise of a hot drink and possibly a mechanic. She breathed out a sigh of relief, her breath a white puff in front of her. She hesitated slightly before reaching up with her gloved hands and lifted the hood of her capelet. The hood was loose, allowing her hair to hang loosely over her shoulder, and cover her eyes completely if her head was bowed. And so, with half her face cast into shadow, she walked into the city.
The people were definitely strange. They almost looked reptilian in a way. Nothing like she really expected. Amaranth kept her face down, wary. Lost in though, she didn't even notice the man in the black coat coming toward her until she bumped into him.
"Sorry," she murmured, slipping around the white Icer before her. Her head lifted slightly, a place she could only guess was a bar before her. A window was shattered and a couple of Icers were working to put a sheet up to try and keep out the weather. With a sigh, she slipped inside, lifting her head and looking around. Well....no going back now.

It wasn't often Blaze came face to face with a woman. There were some around, but they never really interested him. But this one did... He swore he had seen her face before. On a computer or a picture?
"Woops, sorry, I'm kinda... not paying attention. He said to her. He hadn't seen anyone quite like her before. He chuckled. "I was enjoying the scenery, didn't mean to bump you."
He seen her eying the bar and the mess out front. He shook his head. Next time he would execute a little more control. He didn't like wrecking peoples stuff, even if he can fix it. A van pulled up with a temporary window to put in place, a new glass one would arrive soon.
He looked back at the woman. "None of my business, but what brings you to Ica?"
((Icers are apparently rare, most inhabitance are likely other mixed races. Not sure, just quoting Suki on the "rare" thing. And he knows your face from very shallow WTO files on SSE operatives.))

She turned at the sound of his voice, raising her head to look him in the eye. She of course, had no idea if he knew of her, if this planet even knew of her or her planet. So it made no sense as to why she would bother to hide her face. Unless of course it was obvious that she needed to. She was quite a bit surprised though to be addressed by him.
"My ship is in need of repairs. I was hoping I could find a mechanic in town," Amaranth explained. She turned fully toward the Icer, blue and silver eyes briefly dancing over his appearance. He wore clothes, which was quite a nice change from most of the creatures around him. It was far less unsettling for her. She titled her head to the side, curious, arms crossed under her caplet. She was freezing, almost to the fact that she was shaking.
"Any chance you could point me in the direction of one? Or even better, are you one?" she asked with a small smile. She had calmed down immensely since leaving Earth. She had been stir crazy and stalking around the school and forest had done nothing better for her mood. But now, even though she was stranded on a planet she knew nothing about, she felt a million times better. A million times lighter.

Blaze noticed how she shivered. She clearly wasn't used to these low temperatures. Kind of like him, as he was born on nice warm Namek rather then cold Kold.
"A ship mechanic huh?" he looked off to the side and thought for a moment. "Well, most of the kingdom's mechanics work on regular vehicles. And most space transport tecnition are affiliated with the WTO. He really didn't wana go all the way to HQ. and he had a gut feeling that it wasn't a great idea anyway.
"Personally, I know a few things about a ship engine, just basic stuff really. He shrugged. And some troubleshooting. I might be able to help you out." Blaze said, looking her coat over.
She wasn't dressed for this. The coat was more for show then warmth. Least he could do is try to get the ship to throw heat. And it was getting dark as well. She definitely didn't need to be wandering around Ica at night. That was a recipe for bad times.
He walked up to her casually with his hands in his pockets now. "I'm Blaze. Probably one of the only good Icers your gonna find around here." he cracked his usual smile.

The W.T.O.?.....The World Trade Organization. Touketsuki Yakedo! Her eyes narrowed slightly at the though, her nails digging through her gloves into her arms. Amaranth closed her eyes briefly before opening them and taking a soft but deep breath to calm herself. She had known the tyrant was on Kold. But to meet up with a member of the organization by mere accident? What were the chances.
Suddenly, another thought hit her. I wonder if this man is a member of the W.T.O.? If so, that must mean he works with C.Haos and Souka. Which means....I might be able to find their hiding place. Amaranth smiled softly at him, betraying nothing. She nodded.
"Thank you, that would be very helpful," she said softly, "My name is Amaranth. Pleased to meet you, Blaze."
"My ship isn't far from here, if you don't mind taking a look at it now. I'd really like to by on my way as soon as possible," she said. Amaranth walked past him slightly, checking to make sure he was following her. It would truthfully be quicker if they flew, and she really did want to be on her way as soon as possible. Not only that, but she wanted to ask him some questions. About the W.T.O., C.Haos, and Serori. She hadn't seen her friend in years and hardly kept in touch. She had heard that the girl had married Touketsuki, so it would only make sense that she would be here as well. That was of course, assuming he knew anything at all. Even if he wasn't part of it, anything he would know would be valuable. Amaranth turned to him, rising slightly in the air.
"Can you fly? It would be much faster," she asked.

After he mentioned the ship techs being mostly WTO, he noticed her tense up. He thought for a moment. Maybe the WTO did something to her in the past... this may be a bad situation for her.
She seemed in a hurry now, he didn't blame her if his theory was correct."Nice to meet you too, Amaranth." He said. He watched her take to the sky. She can fly... interesting. I wonder what other training she has. Healing? Maybe... mind reading? Hope not... he thought, springing himself up beside her.
"I can fly, yes. Well... as you can see...' Duh, he figured. He scratched the back of his head. Pointing out something you just did... smart Blaze. Genius. He chuckled and looked at her, a little stupefied.
He tried to change the subject. "So, witch way is it?" he asked her.

Amaranth couldn't help but laugh as he pointed out the obvious. It was a sweet laugh, soft and gentle. She rose up higher in the air.
"It's just this way," she said before taking off. Her hood flew off as she did, golden hair streaming out behind her. It was indeed much after to fly and now that she knew residents of this planet did, she wasn't afraid to. She flew in silence, her mind dancing over the W.O.T. as a whole. She slipped from wondering what Touketsuki was planning now that the peace treaty was over, and how Boliko would react to this. And from there she slipped into thinking of Serori, really the only girl friend she's ever had. The two had met up at the school again years ago and Amaranth was pleased to see that the girl hadn't changed too much. She had been worried, especially since the last time she saw her was the day before the battle with Touketsuki. Amaranth had been shocked to learn that she helped the tyrant escape. even more so when she learned they had wed.
She slowed her train of thoughts as they neared her ship, the dark purple, silver, and black ship standing out in the snow. She landed before it, looking over her shoulder to see if Blaze was still there. Pressing her hand to a spot outside the door, the ship came alive and the door slid open.
"Please, come in," she said. Amaranth walked through, removing her gloves as she did. The ship wasn't very big. It had a control room where they first entered, then a bedroom and bathroom off to the side, as well as a small kitchen. It was obviously built to inhabit one person comfortably for good amounts of time. Amaranth set her gloves down on the small table, unbuttoning her caplet and slipping that off as well. A loose purple t-shirt was underneath, proving that she truly wasn't prepared for Kold. The inside of the ship was warm, even more so as the door shut behind the two of them.
"The ship still has power, but I think something wrong with the engine. I'm not a hundred percent sure though, I'm not an engineer," she explained, turning back to the Icer.

Blaze landed with her, and followed her inside. He took a good look around and checked the area for other Powers. None. He walked inside and was hit by the heat. "Ahh. Reminds me of Namek." He said, more so to himself.
Blaze wiped the snow from his feet before he walked in, pulling the coat off as well. He hung it up, his armor reflecting the light. Similar to Saiyan armor, only more metalic with less lines. His was colored black and gray to match his black dome-like head. The only real color was his blue eyes.
Blaze looked around. He smiled. "I've gotta get me one of these. He spotted a fridge. "Wow, kitchen too? What kind of ship is this, exactly? Do you know?
Blaze walked over to the pilots computer and started hitting buttons. He brought up the troubleshooting program and hit run. A little bar appeared saying that there was so much per cent to go before scan completed. As that ran, Blaze tried to start the ship. It puttered and made noise, but nothing. \
He looked at the fuel gauge. "It's acting like it's out of fuel, but the guage..." he tapped the glass over the gauge "It's saying there's plenty there." He stood up streight and turned, leaning up against part of the ship. "May be a broken line or a blockage. We'll see what the computer says." Blaze said, looking at the screen. twelve per cent. He looked back at Amaranth. "So, Amaranth? That's a unique name." He smiled again. He was in a good mood, he never thought a stranger would just up and trust an Icer like this. She was lucky that Icer was Blaze. "Witch planet do you come from? Your not a Saiyan... Earth maybe?"

She glanced over as he removed his coat, curious to find that his amour was similar to the kind that Boliko wore, though slightly less silly. He was incredibly monochrome though, his blue eyes being the only spot of actually color she could see on him. It was curious, actually.
"It's called a Moonsetter, one of the newer models back home," she said. It was a typical ship back home, nice for solo journeys. Though before now, Amaranth only traveled between three places. Nor, Writhos, and Earth. It seems though she might need an upgrade if she were to continue her trips to other planets. It seemed like it wasn't very good at handling them, or maybe she just got unlucky on this trip. Amaranth moved over to lean against the control panel beside him, watching the screen and his movements.
"Neither. I'm a hybrid form Nor and Writhos. Amaranth is short for Amaranthiana, a Noran name," she said with a shrug. It was a little silly, but it was the royal tradition. Ron's full name was Boldenron, Cole's Coliate. Though, the only time they were ever called such was when they're mother was particularly angry at them.
"what abut you? You mentioned Namek before, is that where you're from?" she asked with a curious tilt of her head. Yes, she truly was in a much better mood and though she did wish to find out if he was apart of the W.T.O., she wasn't in any rush to.

Blaze heard of those planets. Both under the SSE flag. Not good for her to be here, he hoped the scan would finish up. For her sake. "Amaranthiana... don't ask me to try spelling that one." he said, jokingly.
She asked about Namek. He hadn't even noticed he had said anything about it. "Well... I don't know exactly. Icarians come from here. But my father- er, adopted father you would call him; he raised me from childhood. I was twenty nine when I came here. Blaze walked around a little, kind of pacing. "Never knew my Icer parents. Or parent. Maybe I'm a clone. I don't know... But thats part of why I'm here, I'm going to find out somehow.
His eyes caught a mirror in the bedroom. "Wow, I changed alot since Namek." He turned back to Amaranth. "Transformed three times. Not fun... and we don't go back like other races usually do."
He was rambling now. "Sorry if I'm talking too much... Not to many others here who will listen."

Amaranth watched him as he got up and paced, rambling quite a bit. She stayed silent, letting him talk with only a small smile on her face. That was curious though, that Icers didn't return to they're normal appearance after a transformation. A little fact to add to her files. She gaze a small shrug.
"Don't worry about it," she said with a smile. He seemed quite restless and she had noticed that small look when she mentioned her home worlds. Perhaps he knew that they were under protection of the SSE? She wondered where he found that out. She didn't try to make it public knowledge, so he had to be getting information from somewhere. Of course, this was all speculation. Amaranth didn't even know if he was apart of the WTO.
"Have you made any progress in your search?" she asked him. Amaranth pushed herself off the control panel, walking past him and taking out two wine glasses and a bottle. The wine inside was a deep, dark red. It was something Norans called Blood Wine. It wasn't made with blood like so many thought, but rather the juice of grapes found only in a certain area of Nor. It was a favorite of her mother's and her's as well. Uncorking the bottle, she looked over her shoulder at him.
"Would you like any?" she asked.

Blaze felt kind of silly. He was nurvous. He had to sit down and relax or his PL may rise and scare her. He was doing well to keep it suppressed to 10%.
Amaranth asked about the scan. He walked over to check it out. "Nothing yet... almost done though." He turned around. She walked past him to a bottle. She poured some of its contents into a glass, asking if he wanted any.
"Umm, sure. I'll try some... what is it exactly?" He hadn't ever had wine before. Back at the bar he had a couple beer and some soda. But thats it. He stayed at the terminal, looking over the stats for issues.
