Somethign about getting married to Touketsuki Yakedo had woken up the kid in the Saiyan. Serori turned in circles, giggling, listening to the sound of her dress. Whoosh, whoosh, it had been many a year since she had worn anything so feminine just because she wanted to. She looked herself in the mirror, noticing the increased breast size she'd had since giving birth to Ritoru. The thought of the baby made her shudder, a wave of depression washing over her, but she held it back. What was in the past was not for today.
The dress she was wearing was a deep, rich purple. The cloth fabric she had found when getting it made had listed it as royal purple. She hadn't liked the title of it, being that she didn't like to be considered higher than everyone else, but the color she had thought was magnificent. It was complimented with a purple so dark it was nearly black, and a blue that just hinted at its existence. It was truly a marvelous dress, and one befitting a wonderous occassion.
As for the actual dress itself, it was a halter top, straps inlayed with an intricate pattern. The top was v-cut, a little more revealing than Serori had actually intended. A belt had been included, with the same pattern as the straps themselves, and the same color. It fitted high on Serori's waist, giving the impression that it is fitted at the waist. The dress going below the belt was gathered in small pleats. However, the pleats slowly increased in size the farther down the dress the eyes followed. It flowed behind her, delicately. Her tail was neatly hidden away, wrapped around her waist underneath the belt.
She spun around some more, enjoying the way the dress elevated slightly at the bottom. She felt so much younger; not that she was old, as she was 28 earlier this year. But she thought that this is what it would have felt like to have gone to prom in school. However, with her tail, she had been an outcast, and nobody had wanted to take her, nor did she have friends to go with. Again, she pushed this memory away, wanting only happy thoughts.
She smiled happily at her reflection, mind still on the ideas of a prom. What she wanted was a party, a dance, some place she could enjoy herself, and allow other people to enjoy themselves. A party where everybody could go...something like Suki's intergalactic space tournament. It certainly couldn't be held in the same gruesome place, she would need somewhere to hold it...and certainly not in the Kold palace...she wouldn't like for there to be a scuffle, blood-shed, the works. A night to enjoy...
Serori thought about Earth. Her friends Caius and Jorlaxl were still there, although she wasn't too sure about Caius. Rumor was that he had disappeared...and if Serori wanted to go see them, she would have to pay a tax. And after her union with Suki, she would probably be hated and or feared on the planet. Especially by Geurin...more hated than feared. She needed to gather all the leaders of the different factions, discuss things, find some way to meet in the middle...

The nightmares were happening again. Cold sweats, open thrashing.
Suki had chosen to sleep away from Serori over the last several months. This was not uncommon as the two were not sexually compatible, and for the most part their marriage was based on their attraction to the others character, and not genus. However his hiding away had nothing to do with their equal unnattractiveness. No Suki was hiding because of the nightmares. They were coming nearly every night, a side effect of his medication no doubt.
Regardless, as he trudged down the halls of his own home, making a right into the bed room he so seldom slept in he had arrived just in time to see Serori's childish antics.
Oh...brother...
He thought as she twirled in her dark purple dress. It was the best Suki could find, and he liked it considering the person inside of it. Admiting his attraction to Serori was a weakness he couldnt afford, and yet somehow, no matter how Cold Suki acted, Serori knew. Perhaps it was the band on her finger, or perhaps it was the ackwardness of his conversations, but it was obvious to her.
"Commander, any updates"
Of course he would start with business. He always did. Serori after all held two very important positions. She was the prime minister of Kold, as well as the Tore Squads leading commander.

Seeing Suki in the mirror out of the corner of her eyes, the Saiyan girl flipped a mental switch, all military mode now. She spun around with a snap, saluting smartly.
"Commander, any updates?" Serori had known this was coming; as she held high military positions, her work was always more important than anything.
"Nothing out of the ordinary, Lord Touketsuki," She told her Icer husband. "In fact, there has been next to no unatural news in the past week. Everything seems to be flying straight, sir." She dropped her hand, bringing it to a fist at her side, mirroring her left hand. "It actually has me rather worried. As many people are under our control, with no talk, you'd think someone was planning an uprising." That wasn't the only thing that had her worried. She knew that the reason she was sleeping by herself was because of Suki's frantic nightmares. They caused violent outbursts in the middle of the night, and he didn't want anything to happen to Serori. While he may hide this fact, it was plain to the Saiyan. Her years of study in Psychology had paid off.
Serori still wanted an update on his mental state, though. However, being that the question was any military or Prime Minister issues, she was unable to ask. Instead, she used a little shortcut.
Focusing her mind, she sent a message to Suki with the telepathy he had been teaching her. Nightmares? Her body and face did not change, still at attention. She hinted at nothing when she was in this mind set. Instead, she asked, "How are my soldiers? I trust that training and conditioning is going well with them?"
Inside her head, she thought to herself "Stay strong."

She knew.
It was humiliating to Suki to have his own wife know of his nightmares. As far as he knew, he was the strongest creature in the universe. He could destroy entire planets with the flick of his wrist, and not even transform. And yet these nightmares were...crippling.
But she distracted his thoughts with work, as she always did. That is why Suki loved this woman. He understood his mental need, and respected it. And so Suki would play along.
"When the time for battle comes, we will be ready....Speaking of that, are you ready to approach Marvok 4, The forces are anxiously awaiting to colonize"
This was another way to get Serori out of the castle. Suki had stopped going on these conquests entirely. He knew where his place was, and it was in fact here on planet Kold. Besides that Serori was incredible, and few were capable of defeating her to begin with.

"Yes, sir, everything is ship shape. The new pod and gravity chamber is awaiting my departure, and the Tore Squad is prepared to fight. Although, I'm going to have to ask that I do this by myself. I think I can take the planet, but," she stared straight into Suki's eyes. "As per your request, I will keep the Tore Squad in orbit, if anything should happen. As such, I would like to ask for 50 zeni to buy a scouter, so I can communicate to their ship just in case?" She left this question in the air; the monetary issue was one that she didn't normally like to bring up. Normally, she would make her own money to buy things she needed or wanted, but occassionally she would be too busy, and had to ask Suki. "Also, speaking of colonizing Marvok-4, I wanted to ask another thing." Serori let her arms drop into a more comfortable position, standing in her usual light stance. She twirled around once, showing off the effect of the dress. "Husband, I wanted to build a ballroom building on Marvok. There have been new laws on Earth, forbidding me to be able to visit the old recruits Caius and Jorlaxl. As such, I wanted a place where I could throw balls, and hold meetings of a diplomatic nature. A place to bang out some peace treaties, calm some stores, ebb some tides. Can I do this, please, Suki?" She said this in her sweetest voice, she hardly ever got to see anybody she used to know. "I'll make sure to keep the whole place guarded, with half our best guards, half our second best. It would make no sense to take all of one and none of the other, as we'd need them here as well." Stay strong.

Damn woman could play suki like an old worn guitar. Just as he was about to forbid her from going it alone, she reminded him that the Tore squad would still be in orbit, and had any other soldier even suggested such a thing Suki would have never allowed it...But...Serori...Switching gears she spoke as his wife, a ballroom for...
Jorlaxl....and Caius.
His eyes squinted at the mention of their name. Suki knew himself to be a fairly totalitarian dictator, but he also recognized when he was being used. And those two had done just that. Used the equipment, got trained by Suki, and then left as soon as they felt he could no longer support their needs. While he was not actively hunting them down -partly on behalf of how fond serori was of them- It did occur to him that they were still very much alive, and more importantly needed to know exactly how suki felt about such a thing.
"We will talk about it...after"
He said, not shutting down the idea entirely. Certainly it would be easier to bring them to marvok rather than going to Earth, or risking Ammy anywhere near the monster Geurin. Once C.haos had returned with the Intel he requested, he would know exactly how to proceed, but until then it would have been in poor taste to give her a direct okay for something that would no doubt be months in the future.
Thus assuming Marvok was captured.

"Of course, sir." Serori saluted once more. She always forgot about Suki's feelings towards Caius and Jorlaxl, how they didn't match her own. It wasn't that Serori was self-centered, and selfish; on the contrary, she tended to care more about how others felt than herself. But there were a few things that she wanted Suki to agree with, and forgiveness of her friends was one of them. He had made progress in his anger issues, and acting like an evil dictator, but there were still things Suki could not abide. People taking advantage of him and people deserting him were just two of these unforgivable things. Caius and Jorlaxl, in Suki's books, had done both. Remembering her garb, Serori felt a girl again, rather than a General and Prime Minister. She spun around once more, letting the bottom folds elevate slightly above her ankles. "Do you like my dress, Suki? I had it hand tailored, to fit me. I thought the colors matched well, and were magnificent." She stopped moving, suddenly embarassed. "But I wasn't sure how you would like it, so I told the tailor I might have to bring it back, if it didn't please your Grace." "Stay strong."

It didnt make sense. As two different races Suki shouldnt be attracted to her, and yet...she was in fact a beautiful creature. He dress was perfect. It matched her eyes in such a manner that he felt lost in them.
Stay Strong...
She had slipped that in, and Suki almost lost it, swallowing hard as the thoughts rushed in. This was the only creature in the world that would miss him if he were gone. She was the only person who cared for Suki legitimately. It was always a competition in his family, even his father, the famous king of peace was a cold hearted bastard. Nobody knew how truly abusive the man was. Nobody except for Suki. It was out of respect for his father that he did not tarnish his lineage, and so any time someone spoke of Suki being the bad seed he would remember back to that day...
Reality had set in, and it did so every time he looked at serori. She was a caring, and loving individual, and Suki knew it. Rarely did he actually physically touch her, but he felt inclined, much like he had on their wedding, and honeymoon. Stepping forward and floating upwards to meet her at eye level (Considering his otherwise short stature) Suki wrapped his arms around her neck, embracing her in a hug. His body and skin was rather cold due to his race, but perhaps his love would burn through that.
"If you die I will never forgive you...I am always just a call away, Fuck the treaty, if I have to get involved I will"
He had agreed with Geurin and Boliko that the three of them would not fight in this war unless it was specifically against the three of them, or if it were a home invasion. That said Suki was more than prepared to step in to protect Serori. He was not about to lose the only person who knew the true him. The universe would be in danger if Serori were to ever die.

Stay... Serori smiled as she embraced her husband. This was one of the few times in which he had initiated the touching; normally Serori would touch his knee, or shoulder, and get nothing in return. But she knew that his love for her was immense, as could be seen in his words. "If you die I will never forgive you...I am always just a call away, Fuck the treaty, if I have to get involved I will" ...Strong..... The Icer's body was cold to touch, the cold even pushing through her clothing. To most fleshed, hairless creatures this would be uncomfortable, and could cause pain depending on the temperature of their body compared to the Arcosians. But to Serori it brought comfort, joy, everything she could want. Touketsuki Yakedo was the perfect one for her, even with his mood swings and temper. These were things that were being dealt with. And yet, Serori felt, even through the warmness that Suki caused in her body, the weight of them on her shoulders. She knew that these things were not her fault, and yet she felt somehow responsible. But she would not add more burden onto her lord husband. "I promise you Suki, my husband...I will not die. The love that we share burns in my heart, it is my life blood. As long as you still love and care for me, then I will continue to have strength. And should you die, my sweet," Serori caressed the smooth bulb on top of his head, touching all the way to the tip of a horn. "Know that I will get my revenge. For your death will awaken my inner strength, and all will perish before my hands." That was the feather on the camel's back. With a wrenching sob, Serori buried her face into the shoulder of her husband, leaking salt water from her eyes. Her breaths came in gasps, as her mind thought of only the bad things that had happened, making her sadness worsen. Everything that she had been holding in was let out. It had been years since she'd openly cried. To make matters worse, she was showing her weakness in front of her husband. "F...forgive m-me, Suki." She cried through gasping sobs. She stood up from his shoulder, quickly wiping away tears, attempting to compose herself. "I will not be weak before you." But no matter how hard she tried, the tears continued to roll down her face.

The moment was perfect. Anyone who had known suki would have never guessed such vulnerability could be present in him. The two embraced and Suki listened to his sobbing wife. The entire situation was intense, especially for her. On one side of the war there were her two comrades, the ones who had brought her to the organization. On the other side was her race, for which she had pride for. And finally there was the side she had chosen, and it was because of Suki.
Perhaps it was the thought of the ones she loved killing each other, or perhaps the thought of every living being wanting her husband dead brought a fear to her heart, even knowing his strength. But regardless suki remained stoic. Serori would close her eyes, and by the time she had the ability to open then she would be holding a much more eye level suki. His body sleek and warmed by the Ki it produced. His fourth form was the most human like, and brought them the most comfort in loving one another.
"My love, no one is going to harm me, not when there is such a powerful woman watching over me"
With that Suki's tail pushed against the door closing it tightly. Unless Serori had anything to say about it, the two would consemmate once more. While the details were not important, both were highly satisfied by the end of a sexual ordeal. No one dare question it, not even the most curious biological scholors would dare ask suki how he made love with a saiyan. But they did.
That night suki had no nightmares, and slept in his own bed through the night, and would awake to Serori being long since departed to Marvok. His mind was finally rested, if only for the night. Serori made this entire effort possible. He could not be defeated with her standing behind him.

Cute thread guys, makes your relationship less transparent for sure. I know a couple of us were wondering how you would play this off, and it looks like you have done so successfully.
No mutant babies though!
