Making the new thread for neatness sake.
FYI: phage = 'eater'/'devourer', it's a microbiology term.
Blaze, sorry I've been taking so long, with preparations for going back to uni on monday, [sorting out for the big group project and other administrative stuff like fees] and a bit of a hit to my muse recently, it's made writing up posts take a while.
Whenever i take a long time my posts also seem to end up inflating themselves in compensation, so it's a little bit long. Once the fight begins I'm hoping to get out smaller, quicker posts for you guys.

I see…
“I am not.” Was the only reply Virion voiced to all that Blaze had said. The young Icer may be able to read Virion’s feelings, however the bio-androids enigmatic methods already proved capable of misleading this technique in the past. Carnel had used it in his judgements of Virion, and it still remained for questioning just how far he had been misled. The insectoid had kept his word, destroying the demons, and having never returned to namek since…. And yet the elder had still been deceived during the ordeal, mislead by the truth, as paradoxical as it sounds.
Blaze would need to be careful to not fall into the same such trappings, yet maybe he could indeed find a way to use these emotional readings to his advantage.
“Defeating Rensou Hiruen is outside your realm of discourse. The saiyan will kill her soon” reading emotions was almost like watching the stirrings of dye or oil in water, wisping around, changing colour, thickness, shape and speed. It required interpretation, and some would say was more an art than a science.
-----------
Currently he would see a dark undertone, cold, sluggish stirring, yet below it, all but suppressed, was momentarily a brighter, reddish wisking. Like a candle flickering in the breeze before dying away again, seemingly in response to his assertion that serori would soon die. On the outside it was stated as simple, unwavering fact, the bio-android’s expression unreadable.
The mist of Virion’s emotion tightened and contorted, turning a deep blue as Gleacer interrupted, before it un-bunched and began to turn a more gentle, creamy white that relaxed in shape after the question was stated. Externally the faintest hints of a smile marked the edges of Virion’s features.
“A telepath I see, and quite adept one at that. You revealed your hand too soon, prototype” Virion’s mental barriers locked down tight, his own psychic proficiency rendering his mind as unreadable as the void. In truth it was more an instinctive counter, rather than a true concern. Virion always played his cards close to his chest.
Rather than answering his question, Virion brought up a different note of interest, for himself anyway, and before blazes eyes the tips of the emotional wisp would begin to darken once more, spreading down these tendrils as if tainting them slowly with some new darker sentiment.
“Well now I recognise you. I’ve seen you before, so very long ago on Namek, more specifically under the presence of Boliko Koregutsu.”
“Rather suspicious really” The red flicker came again, and just as before was quelled, the smoke visage of emotion dark and desaturated now.
“- both of you, specifically, with your questionable ties to the Solar Empire, finding excuse to be present at the scene where both the emperor and his likely successor face their imminent expiration, apparently unconcerned for your own safety despite the substantial threat these saiyans pose. One could almost postulate that atleast one if not both of you are infact working for the enemies of the World Trade, perhaps more specifically under the premise of orchestrating a coup d'état.” His eyes brushed over the two of them gaugingly. Perhaps they would question each other now, or state rebuttals, or brush it off.
“Rule for yourself… Abolishing the Planetary Conquest Erratum… There always were rebellious elements who stood against the institutionalised Darwinism which Touketsuki and so many others of the World Trade prescribed too, the exploitation of the weak by the strong... you’d certainly fit the type” they were certainly somewhat nobel sounding intentions when Virion put them that way, sounding less and less like betrayal and more and more like heroic intervention into an exploitative and unjust ideology.
The bio-android then picked up on a new line of conversation, more directly responding to Glaecer, emotional complexion once again changing to a cool, bluish colour.
“Given my situation I know many things, Ascension Prototype, and am entitled to know many things. Surely you are not so foolish as to think Koriza’s aspirations would end at the juncture of your failure." everything VIrion said was stated in a slow, brooding, measured pace
"It is somewhat fitting that It should be one of you that i encounter here; Two incomplete beings - Two untimely failures. Only difference being that you are a failing by structure, while I am a failing by circumstance, and perhaps most poetically of all, it shall be your structure that rectifies my circumstance”
the emotional mist was growing into a very dark, charged blue. Virion paused and allowed this all to sink in for a moment. His glaze slowly drew across back to Blaze, locking there to him once more.
-----------
The air suddenly filled with a new kind of tension, that moment when the storm had rolled in and the winds were finally beginning to howl. Virion’s energy flowed gently at first, higher, higher, it’s intimidation growing, perhaps as glaecer and blaze come forward with further replies and accusations. Suddenly the energy reached a threshold, and bio-resonance burst forward, the insectoid positively aglow with energies. Air was rushing forward, and the trembling had begun, rocks skitting and defying gravity to ascend into the air. The power was rising exponentially with every breath, in but moments he had surpassed Glaecer, then Blaze. In terms of raw strength, he was approaching the super saiyans themselves, all without undergoing a true transformation of his own yet. There was always the possibility the others would be too self-absorbed to register the anomaly that was this new energy source, but who knew, for it seemed he was not the only one whose power was roaring to new heights. Across the planet, Boliko had just lost control, the beast of legend awakening….
“I must apologise, Blaze of Namek” Comes the reverberant croak of Virion’s voice, distorting in the air from the mere presence of his own aura, harsh and disquieting
“- for I will not be allowing you to fruitlessly throw yourself before Rensou Hiruen, though if it is merely a death wish then I feel this alternative outcome will ultimately be to your satisfaction.” The bio-android adjusted into a combative stance, his energy doing something truly bizarre. Despite the insectoid standing in place, his energy signature seem to be... wandering, slowly displacing to the left, circling around like a hidden serpent.
“- and if not… then prepare your defences, brave warriors of Arcose..." Arcose - Planet Kold's original name... Serori and Rensou’s struggle would be all but washed out in white noise as surging ki and deep purple resonance enacted their disjointed chorus across Virion’s form.
"...For I am the Arcosiophage - and your end is at hand."

((but I'll let you reply to all this before we start battling, assuming you two want to get in a bit more exposition and pre-fight banter from your characters before combat begins of course.))
