Shin was walking towards his chambers to look through his small pool of water. It allowed him to see what was going on in the universe. He walked casually over to the pool and waved his hand over it. It showed a planet with green seas and blue grass. It was shady at first but soon cleared.
He saw what looked like a makaioshin, but was unsure. She had a staff that she raised into the sky. It was quite amazing and terrible to see her raw power. However, she dipped into something else also. It was unreal to see someone consume a star as huge as the ones of Namek. The sky then went dark like it represented all that was evil.
"What amazing and horrid power. Even if I could intervene there would be nothing I could do. Darn it! If only the Kai Council would lift the rules of intervening. The council and I could easily used our combined might with the warriors who must stand against them. Then again, the power the comes from her is unlike anything I've ever felt or seen. I must locate one of these warriors and speak with them. Maybe they can inform me of what's really going on.
Shin waves his hand over the water and a crystal ball rises from it. It seemed as though it was searching the planet to find someone pure of heart or a fighter for justice. Suddenly a slew of faces was shown on the crystal ball. This excited Shin as he saw a chance for the planet to actually make it through the ordeal, but they would need to truly band together on all fronts to combat the threats they face.
"I see so many warriors! They are strong which is good, but none of them are strong enough to handle them alone. Which one has the most potential? Which one do I try and communicate with? I'll have to speak to one of them later. I need to increase my own power. Elias, prepare yourself for a spar.
Shin walks out of his domain out into the open clouds. Elias follows him and assumes his fighting stance. Shin prepares himself as well. After witnessing the type of threats that face everyday warriors, Shin was determined to become stronger.
Elias started the match by firing three ki blasts. One from the front, one from the right, and the last from the left. Shin deflects the first, cartwheels over the second, and he deflects the last one back at Elias. Elias sees the incoming ki blast and extends his hand grabbing it and tossing it down into the cloud. A small smoke cloud appeared and the two kai's looked at each other with a smile.
Shin charged in with a smooth elbow. Elias quickly ducks below it and throws a back hand fist to Shin's face. Shin sways left slapping the hand back as Elias comes in with a knee to Shin's face. Shin quickly drops a powerful elbow down upon the knee as a set up for his counter attack. The elbow forces the knee back down and knocks Elias off balance. Shin quickly launches his head right under the chin of Elias. Elias groans in pain as he is knocked a few steps back. Shin then performs a spinning back kick aimed at the temple of Elias. Elias uses his forearm to block the attack and as Shin turns around he is met by a fist to his chest. Shin slides back through the clouds on impact.
"Elias, you are very good at hand to hand combat."
Elias smiles as his pink aura comes off of his body. Shin responds by flaring his aura and increasing his power. His white translucent aura waves back and forth through the air. Shin and Elias barely started but they were having fun. Shin ran in towards Elias and flips over his head. Elias thinking quickly, simply side kicked Shin in the face. Shin is sent flying through the air but he quickly stops himself causing wind to fly about due to his sudden stop.
Shin cracks his neck and prepares to go after Elias one more time. Shin raises out his hand with a gesture telling Elias to bring it. Elias accepted and charged in with a right hook, a left hook, two mid kicks, and a back flip kick. Shin sway left then right to dodge the incoming hooks. He used his leg to block the two mid kicks. The back flip kick came and Shin gently placed his hands on the tip of Elias's feet. This allowed him to propel himself in the air very gracefully. Once Elias looked up, Shin came crashing down with a left open palm strike rapidly following it up with a chest range ki blast. The two attack hit perfectly and Elias is now soaring the the air. As Shin did before, Elias stopped himself causing wind to swarm.
Shin's servant then came out yelling Shin's name.
"My Kai! My Kai! I was dusting your bedroom and I saw two evil individuals threatening an entire village!"
Shin looks sternly at his servant before speaking and sighs.
"Elias? Let us finish this later friend. I need to see what is going on. The two said there goodbyes and Shin headed back to his crystal ball and enchanted pool.
He sees that one of the warriors of justice has walked towards evil. However, Shin could feel that it was more to this sudden change. There he would sit waiting patiently on these current events to unfold. No doubt the council had more pressing matters, but this deserved their attention just as much as anything else.
"I must speak to at least one of these warriors. I need to know, I need to help, I need to do something, but what?"
Shin sat there thinking on which warrior to contact or if he would contact any warrior at all. He was truly faced with an issue that no one could solve, not even the high and mighty council of the Kai's. Shin leaves his crystal ball and closes his eyes in order to think.

"Who is that Makaioshin? She seems as if she has been away for some time. And these other warriors who are no doubt in cahoots with her? They seem classy but have a sinister aura about them. Why are they attacking this planet? It doesn't make any sense at all. I am going to speak with them. I have to speak with them. There are two warriors I must speak with. I can sense that they are the strongest of the group. Them along with the elderly namekian. Yes that is it!"[/i]
