You can only advance a '10x' per week - and you must start at 10x to begin with. This is to stop any ridiculous boosts in rapid succession.
You can only do two gravity trainings per week - again, this is to limit gains.
Gravity training can go up in 5x or 10x jumps if you wish to 'advance'.
