Five silver orbs floated around the android as she once again stood at the center of the arena. Each one of the spheres was roughly basketball size, their metallic surfaces reflecting the light from above as they continued to slowly revolve around her. Each one emitted a small power signature simply so that they could be traced by her sensors as if each one were an individual opponent. Mechanical in nature the balls had been designed to be capable of producing multiple types of Ki based blasts at will, their Ki supply endless just like Eva's.
One last time her sensors pinpoint the location of each orb in respect to her own form before one word passes her lips. "Begin." As soon as the simple phrase is uttered the spheres bust into motion. The two in front of her shoot up several yards higher as the remaining three form the points of an invisible triangle around her. Even as they begin to move blasts of Ki shoot from each one, the objects programmed to only fire one blast at a time, but with no set intervals.
Just like the orbs Eva too bursts into action, a slight bend in her legs all she needs in order to throw herself back and up through the air, her bukujutsu aiding her jump. The initial blasts from the five balls all miss as they slam into the ground where she had been, each of them detonating with a small explosion that would have left the android rattled if she had been caught in the middle of them.
As she moves backwards from her starting area Eva also launches an attack of her own as two beams blaze from her eyes with little warning the attack was coming. The twin beams sizzle right for the closest of the training devices with enough power to obliterate the metal sphere.
The time she had taken to dodge the attacks sent at her was all the orb needed though, the small ball weaving its way to the side, the two beams missing it. Gritting her teeth Eva turns and takes off towards the edge of the arena, the 5 spheres close on her heels. The android dips and twist as she moves, multiple blasts from the orbs flying past her. A couple do strike her, one in the back of the thigh and the other on the opposite shoulder. The force of the blasts causes her to twist in the air some, but she does not drop to the ground as she gets close to the wall.
Feet from the wall she banks hard, her chest and stomach almost dragging against the side of the arena as she turns. The spheres were smart enough to turn as well, avoiding any type of collision with the wall as well, but that had not been her plan. Just after completing her turn Eva stops in the air, the speeding orbs not expecting the sudden halt in movement as they start to sail past her.
With a grin she spins, extending both of the blades she kept concealed in her forearms, each one slashing out to the side to try and cleave two of the balls in half. One sphere is fast enough to duck out of the way, but the second was not, her blade slicing it almost perfectly in half. The loss of one of their circular comrades had no effect on the devices, the remaining three going on the offensive while her arms are out to the side.
The three lunge in at her, each one slamming hard into her, the impact jarring her frame and almost knocking her from the air. A little frustrated she swipes at the closest one, but it ducks to the side as she does. Surrounded by them now the android was not able to dodge the blasts as they start to pummel her with them. The attacks were not all that powerful, the point of her exercise not to test her endurance, but to test her ability to fight multiple opponents.
Against such quick and small opponents she found it hard to connect with them. Even her eyes beams had missed while leaving her open for the others to attack her. It was time to try something new. Still in the air she moves her back up against the wall, putting all four of them in her front arc. Sliding her blades away her hands lift up, her fingers spread wide as her hands face forward.
From the tips of each of her ten fingers small red beams lance out, each one traveling in the direction her finger was pointed. The spheres attempt to weave between them, but she had spread them so that they could not. Two of the remaining four get small holes burned through them from her first attack, the android then fire the ten beams again to finish off the final two. The attacks were not powerful, but worked well against multiple targets and if multiple beams connected with one target the accumulated damage would be significant.
Pulling away from the wall she turns upright again and sets down on the floor. One sphere lay in the ground in two pieces, the other four still smoking from the small holes that had been burned through them. Grinning she kicks one aside and heads for the door, pleased with the newest addition to her arsenal.

(New Technique – Crossfire Beams: Eva is able to fire a red beam of Ki from each over her finger tips. These beams are not as powerful as something like a Deathbeam, but since they are fired from all ten finger tips the area they can cover is quite wide. Very effective against multiple weaker opponents the attack can also be quite effective if numerous beams are focused on one target.)
