Unlike Cell, Virion does not have a sucker on the end of his tail. He is not designed to absorb androids, though as a genetic throw-back in his imperfect forms he has the capability to do so using his chest-maw. When closed it appears as a large seam along his chest and abdomen, though it can open into a frightful, gaping, mouth-like orifice which he can use to envelope large prey whole.
He has a number of worm-like tubes around his body, some of which are capable of extending outward, though they naturally sit retracted inside him(when opening his chest-maw these are used to pull his prey inside). Through the ends of these he can implant his viral code, or extract bio-genetic material much like the original Cell’s tail was capable of. Most commonly he uses the smaller maws in his palms for this however, gripping his prey in one hand and extracting their bio-essence to fuel his own.
As mentioned, Virion does not absorb androids to achieve his perfect form. The only thing keeping him in this imperfect state is the celluar degeneration which has decimated his body. If he were to find a way to reverse this damage, he would once again be able to reach his true form.

Energy absorption: [wiki]
Similar to the androids with a receptor in their palm, Virion has learned how to use his hand-maw to consume ki energy, ontop of it acting as his means for normal bio-extraction/implantation. Storing the energy however is more difficult, so for the early stages it is mostly used for redirection.
Energy Absorption Lvl 3:
Greater mastery over this ability, enabling the absorption of more prominent energy attacks as long as they remain below his currently utilised power. Still no ability to store this energy however.
Energy Absorption Lvl 3:
When Virion absorbs an enemies energy attack, he can take up to 10% of their currently utilised pl and add it to his base for the duration of the battle. Utilising a powerful energy attack of his own could expel this excess energy.
Energy Absorption Lvl 4:
retention amount for absorbed energy increased from 10% to 20%. Same conditions and restrictions apply. Energy attacks which exceed his current PL would still overwhelm him despite his efforts, as he simply cannot absorb such power fast enough to dissipate the harmful energies. ((A stronger opponent utilising an attack lower then virion's current power can still be absorbed though.))

To travel the galaxy and achieve their goal, Virion was given a huge array of techniques and abilities. Though most of them are lost to him now, he still remembers this technique for instantaneous movement. This ability was harvested from the cells of Lord Suki.
Bio-Resonance:
(Kaioken-like Transformation)
This technique is based in part a racial ability, natural to one of the species who comprise Virion’s cell structure, it enabled them to temporarily raise their power level through a 'network' of influence shared between all members of their race.Functionally it will work exactly like kaioken* ((UPDATE: Technique now increases it's multiplier based on how many infected characters there are on the forum)), though it’s actually a transformation of that race used to utilise their combined ki. Unfortunately for Virion using this technique in his current state degenerates his cells even further, so although it doesn’t share the same strain which forces kaioken-uses to only use it in moderation, for Virion it might as well have. As such he can only use it in short bursts.
*(you defined/limited the kaioken as it is for a reason. Naturally I will respect that and am applying those same limitations to this technique. It’s only fair.)

The ability to split into a number of tangible, exact duplicates. Though there is not a set limit to the number of copies possible, the users power level is divided equally between each clone, which can become an issue if not managed properly.
Cloning Technique lvl 2:
Virion can control how much of his energy he invests into each clone.
Invisible Eye Blast: [wiki]
A discrete but effective ki Technique shot from the eyes. Virion can do a powerful version of this attack to catch an unwary opponent off guard, or attack without drawing attention to his own location. Asides from the damage it causes the only indication of this techniques use is the momentary glowing of the users eyes. In Virion's case this is red.
Invisible Eye Blast lvl 2: the power of the blast has grown much stronger, and can be used to precisely intercept enemy attacks, lancing to their core with the intent of causing them to self-detonate. In this way the technique has grown more defensive and surgical in nature, though can still be utilised for wider destruction if channelled correctly.

The ability to manipulate things with one's mind. It has a vast array of possible applications. Virion's specific variety of psychokinesis is a genetic capability from another of the obscure races that comprise part of his celluar structure. As an extension of his telekinetic ability to lift, restrain and propel objects with his mind, he can also lift himself. As such he is able to fly at blistering speed when necessary without having to release his ki, thus potentially remaining undetected.
Psychokinesis lvl 2:
Virion can bind an opponent, either trapping them completely if they are weak enough, or decreasing their movement speed if they are more powerful. Hypnosis can also be used against opponents lower then 20% of Virion's base power, putting them into a deep sleep they would be unable to wake from within the duration of the thread.
Psychokinetic Barrier:
A series of protective barriers crafted from Virion's powerful Psychokinetic energy, often utilised in a clustered overlapping fashion. They can be efficiently manipulated to block or deflect incoming attacks, and can only be visually detected from distortions and secondary effects of such impacts.
Infected Healing: [wiki]/[wiki]
Another of the useful utilities in Virion's arsenal, this ability allows the user to restore the life force of an individual, and recover them from injury or exhaustion. Virion's particular form of healing is a subset of his infection ability, manifesting within the receiver a combination of different regenerative abilities from various alien races. This bestowed ability is temporary, it's duration dependant on the dosage of bio-essence Virion uses on the receiver.
Body Morphing: [wiki]/[wiki]/[wiki]/[wiki]/[wiki]
The ability for Virion to transform, adapt and change his shape in many different manners, both functional and aesthetic. This can manifest in a vast array of possible ways, such as increasing in size or stretching, growing extra limbs or appendages, rearranging bodily features or simply taking on physical traits/characteristics similar to another race. Currently this ability has not been redeveloped enough for him to properly mimic the form of another being, meaning that he still maintains a general close resemblance to his natural shape.
Body Morphing Lvl 2:
Virion can retain these modifications for longer when adjusting his shape, and refine his appearance to closely resemble a specific individual when assuming a 'disguise'. Unlike his infected possession however, he does not have access to the assumed forms 'mind', relying instead of his own concept of how they may act.
Ignition Star: [boliko]/[wiki]/[wiki]
A death ball variant created by Boliko Koregutsu and harvested from the legendary saiyans DNA, later proving to be one of the more powerful and flexible forms of massive Ki ball attacks. As such it can be used in a number of ways, ranging in power and even intent.
Rogue Ignition Star:
A enhancement of the Ignition Star technique, this version of the deathball-like attack is invisible save for a slight distortion in the air at it's core, and is all but impossible to detect through ki senses even when fully formed. All bite and no bark if you will.
Foes must rely on their wits and secondary signs to confirm the dimensions of this attack.
Technique spoofing:
Another trick ability in Virion's arsenal, this technique allows Virion to 'spoof' other energy techniques, either his own or ones he has witnessed. Outwardly they appear near indistinguishable from the real thing, but they are completely non-combative, and thus harmless.
Technique spoofing lvl 2:
These fakes can now (potentially) house a blinding payload which releases an intense and sustained burst of light(like the solar flare) capable of blinding opponents.
Technique spoofing lvl 3:
can blanket an area in a storm of ambient ki-energy, screening out the ability to sense through or within the area of effect.
Mastery of this ability also allows these 'fakes' to be tuned so they they radiate an increased amount of ki, attracting greater attention or otherwise appearing much more powerful than they really are. Having no real destructive power behind them they can also be changed incredibly fast, making for an intimidating bluff.

Virion can manipulate his ki in a flexible range of deceptive capabilities. To begin with this includes the ability to control 'Displacement', the shifting of his energy out so that it appears to be coming from a different location to it's true source.
In a sense this ability is the antithesis of Ki detection. Given time this can be more finely tuned and developed, but for the moment he cannot successfully emulate the exact ki of another being nor permanently hold any of the more elaborate ki deceptions.
Ki Deception lvl 2:
This technique has developed further, enabling two more tricks:
Complextion, making his ki feel more evil/good than it's true character, or enabling him to emulate the natural ki 'vibe' of a specific race.
and Enhancement/Reduction, the appearance of his energy being lower or even higher than it's true value,
Ki Deception Lvl 3:
Virion can replicate the specific ki signature of another, effectively impersonating the individual in question to any who are relying on ki-senses to identify them. He (somewhat obviously) can only impersonate the ki of people he has met/sensed before.
Advanced Ki Sense:
Virion can detect with scouter-like accuracy a warriors strength, and feel the 'residual imprint' of higher transformations/power levels upon their form. His range for detecting powerlevels has also expanded significantly, allowing him, for instance, to utilise Instant Transmission between planets ((it says you get that last ability automatically, at 100,000 pl, so this is more an IC explanation))
Advanced Ki Sense Lvl 2:
Virion can detect notable power levels from across the entire galaxy, such as that of a super saiyan or other powerful being. Using his infected as a relay can also expand this ability to monitor strengths, 'boosting' the local signal to pick up more keenly on lesser power levels also.
Zanzō Majutsu [wiki]
A technique of Makaioshin origin, it allows the user to project an after-image of them-self, tricking opponents into attacking or defending against this intangible projection. It can be used to avoid an opponents strikes or otherwise attack unexpectedly.
Zanzō Majutsu lvl 2:
Rather than a static projection, the image can perform a limited number of movements. This means it can either mimic the 'real' virion's actions or perform a pre-set continuation of his current movement based on his projected path.
Zanzō Majutsu lvl 3:
The projection can move fully independently of Virion, much like one of his clones, although still retaining it's intangibility and unable to perform a true attack(though it may utilise false projections of certain attacks).
Ki Fuses:
when physical contact is made with an opponent, Virion can embeds a form of latent energy upon this point. These markers can be detonated with a strength similar to Virion's basic ki blasts or punchs, though obviously with numerous fuses Virion will have at his disposal a barrage of awaiting attacks which he can trigger at any time.
Infected Possession:
((with player characters, permission must first be obtained from the owner))
Virion has an ability to 'remotely control' one of his infected brethren, speaking and acting through their body. If their pl is lower than Virions, then up to 10% of Virion's base pl is added to their own base for the duration of the 'possession'. During the experience the body's owner will 'blank out', often finding them self in a mental realm of empty space, in the presence of Virion's own mental projection.
Infected Possession Lvl 2:
Virion can emphatically tune himself with his infected, retrieve their memories directly. He can also emphatically sense when they are in trouble, and unless otherwise distracted can automatically become aware of important events they have learned of. This drawing of virion's attention does however require the other to be aware of the event's importance.

Virion is a bio-android from the future, created by a team originally working under the World Trade Organisation. Unlike Cell he does not rely on absorbing androids to attain his perfect form, instead being born straight into it. They were created to eradicate all life in the galaxy, as well as the kais, (read: ‘and they would have gotten away with it to, if it weren’t for those meddling kids’).
However, their cells degenerated over time, which is why Virion is now in an imperfect stage. After being defeated in his own time, Virion leapt through a portal and found himself within the hyperbolic time chamber. After an unknown amount of time he finally found his way out.

Virion can emphatically tune himself with his infected, retrieve their memories directly. He can also emphatically sense when they are in trouble, and unless otherwise distracted can automatically become aware of important events they have learned of. This drawing of virion's attention does however require the other to be aware of the event's importance.

Virion is a bio-android from the future, created by a team originally working under the World Trade Organisation. Unlike Cell he does not rely on absorbing androids to attain his perfect form, instead being born straight into it. They were created to eradicate all life in the galaxy, as well as the kais, (read: ‘and they would have gotten away with it to, if it weren’t for those meddling kids’).
However, their cells degenerated over time, which is why Virion is now in an imperfect stage. After being defeated in his own time, Virion leapt through a portal and found himself within the hyperbolic time chamber. After an unknown amount of time he finally found his way out.
He emerges from the doorway and finds himself at The Lookout, many years before his own time. If he can figure out some way to reverse the celluar degeneration he has received, then he will once more be able to reach his perfect form.
