Techniques
Alexis bites her foe and drains them of their blood. This technique relies on her own body strength, which is dependent on her power level. The more power level you have the tougher it will be for her to bite you. If she is far below the range of your character's own power level feel free to act like your character is a brick wall to her. I.E. you are immune to this technique.
An Example: Alexis has 25,000 PL you have 62,000 PL, therefore, you are immune to Blood Feast due to the combat rules on the inability to overcome such a fight easily, in her case.
Note: Alexis with this technique cannot drain a person in one post. The more blood she drinks the more sluggish she gets, but the more powerful she seems to get as well in the eyes of the opponent. It takes one post for her to be slightly full, one more to be partially full, a third to be half full, and a fourth to drain three-fourths of a person's blood. A fifth successful bite will nearly completely drain all blood in her target's body. This induces a complete body shut down, at which point, Alexis may deliver a sixth and final blow to kill her opponent if she chooses to.
Blood Transference
Alexis is able to keep someone who is bleeding out alive longer by transferring her blood to them. She can only do this by using an open wound on herself and the person person to begin the transfer process. She then uses her ki to move her blood into this person's body. If she is attacked, or she and the person are moved the transfer of blood stops completely and person she is trying to keep alive dies. While in this state of blood transfer she drains the blood from her body and has the probability to die from her own technique occurs frequently.
If using this technique, the user may only use it three times per thread and must post once a week to make sure the process of blood transfer continues. If they do not follow these conditions they may end up dead along with their patient at a staff member's discretion.
Blood Metal Smith
The vampire in question uses her own blood mixed with her ki to make metallic bolts for her bows, build armor, and also uses it to repair her armor or other items. Anemia will occur if this technique is overused by Alexis.
Echolocation
A technique that allows one to locate enemies without ki by using sound waves and bouncing them off objects and people to find them. This allows the user to quickly pick up an attack and potentially dodge and block it, although, it is not always useful for combat since a person's voice is best suited for using this technique and they must emit a certain high pitched frequency.
Vampire Claws
Alexis is capable of using ki enhanced claws to shred through materials such as steel.[/ul]

History
“Wisdom infinite, held tightly in my grasp, my sword a thousand battles strong. Ageless I remain, beyond the reach of death, indebted by my soul.”
It was many thousands of years ago. Long before the advent of advanced technology. Humans lived in a realm of superstition. Legends abounded, of witches, lycanthropes, and other magical beings. Few of them panned out, many were just the cause of mass hysteria, and religious zealotry. This was a simpler time, when simpler forces were needed to protect the populace. The Blades, as they called themselves, dedicated themselves to rooting out the creatures of the night and forcing them back into the hell they crawled out of. They found little of this, except from the tribe living deep in the mountains. They were a withdrawn sort, gaunt. They brought their trade and their livestock to the towns, and they talked little. Their all were heterochromic, one eye red, the other a natural color. This was but a harbinger of their true nature.
“Between the lines, of dead language tongues, before the dawn, our hearts they shall hunt...”
They had been geographically separated from actual humans from time immemorial, and at some unknown time in the past, long after diverging from them evolutionarily, encountered them again. Changes in their body made them into very efficient predators, and silently, they began to prey upon these weaker beings. Their isolation had made them into masters of the killing craft, having to hunt dangerous animals in order to survive. They came into direct conflict with the Blades, leading to a long and drawn out war known as the War of Hell's Gate. The vampires had reorganized themselves into a hierarchy, worshipping a Blood Tyrant, one who was meant to lead them into glory and the subjugation of the lesser races. This was Konstantin. Born into a noble family, he soon proved himself to be the most prominent hemomancer in centuries. He single handedly cut down legions of marauding soldiers, cruelly drawing the warm ichor from their bodies, revelling in it, glorying in his conquest.
“Sacred weapons, to the sacred revealed to be unleashed upon this council of hell...”
It seemed that the war would go to the vampires, they slowly encroached upon the inner territories of the Blades' theocratic empire. It was then that the Blades fulfilled a prophecy, that they would be the ones to purge the Earth of a great evil. They opened a great vault, in the bottom of their largest, city-wide cathedral. In their hallowed halls, they drew out their most powerful weapons. A set of 10 weapons handed down to them, it was said, by angels, many years ago. Forged of immaculate silver, and with slivers of the celestial metal alloyed with the precious silver, these weapons were handed to their most powerful warriors, warriors who were able to wield the power of the light. The only one amongst the vampires capable of fighting these ordained demon slayers was Konstantin himself. He fought valiantly, as his kin and his people were cut down around him. They forced him back to his own castle, and put it under siege.

For the longest time, this was the history Alexis lived by and knew of her people. She had been at the battles with Konstantin a couple thousand of years ago, however, then she was a very young vampire orphan of seven. She and her people were slaughtered by wayward humans and he became one of the last people standing with her, out of pure luck. She though was a rather big target on the battle field as children of the vampires were very hated things. If the child of a vampire survived to adulthood it was said two more took their place. As a young orphan, she had no notable parents, if she did they likely joined the battle for their own reasons and died there or elsewhere. It was because she had no parents though that her death resulted in her going to H.F.I.L. No one in her life loved her and she loved nobody around her.
She was mercilessly cut down on the battlefield long before she could even get a real good glimpse at the man who became the hero of their vampire race, or rather did not become the hero. After all, everyone else was killed, including her, and he got the special treatment of being sealed away. To her, after she found herself in the Underworld, that did not feel right. She wanted to live again and do something with her life, but the ki of the Makaioshin around her was so strong it tainted her far more than she would of liked. Thus causing her to slowly lose her desire to return to the world of the living. Her normally pale white skin too on a bluish gray color and her ears grew longer than any normal vampire's she had ever seen. Her tainting in the Makaioshin's world was causing her to become one of them.
She would not stand for, and after considering she had only a thousand to two thousand years left of torment, took the opportunity to steal Makioshin weaponry and run. She used it to open a portal to another dimension and hopped through as the guards in H.F.I.L caught onto her ruckus and followed her onto the planetary station of Epoch Star. This was five years before the current time line this happened.
She managed to cross the other dimension safely, into a strange space station called Epoch Star, but the demons followed her and desired to drag her back into their home. She knew she would not be able to return and had no idea what to do because the instance she left the underworld the equipment she had taken had become useless to her save some of the money she managed to find, two beans labeled "Magic Beans" and a strange, yet cracked capsule device. She found none of these things were likely to be useful to her, so she tried to fight them hand to hand. Demons were strong though and beat her up until a group of people calling themselves the Neejara found the fighting had tripped their alarm system.
They brought out their weapons and served some justice that day slaying all the demons and helped Alexis out only because she absolutely denied she was a demon or a monster. To prove this, she was given a crossbow and told to shoot at five targets. If she missed even one they would lob her head off, since only Neejara or other humanoid creatures could use weapons of true value. Alexis managed to pass the test, but she was then told she would be in-scripted into their military. She hated this idea and ran away since she did not want to serve under anyone after being trapped in the tormenting land of death so long.
Since then, she's lived in the lesser known parts of Epoch Star to keep from them drafting her randomly in a military position. She likes to keep to herself and on her identification cards, if necessary in said society, identifies herself as a citizen or commoner instead of as a warrior. Although she has great skills, she tends to keep them secret and tries to live off non-humanoid blood. Unfortunately, from time to time she has to drink this kind of blood and takes this matter very seriously, picking out those who are weak and fragile rather than someone whose death could get her in trouble.
