Ki No Tsurugi: A Ki beam that shoots out somewhat as an extention of the hand and can be swung and stabbed to cut or pierce enemies.
Shadow: Decimus is able to turn invisible for 30 seconds, or one post. Masking his body with his surroundings, however using a lot of energy in the process.
Energy Wave: A simple, blue colored energy beam.

Decimus is the typical rebellious child, never caring for the rules. He grew up as a child of a male Saiyan and female Human. At the age of 12, he was already into petty theft, robbing defensive old ladies on the streets and such. By the time he was 15 he started getting into drugs, nothing too strong, just marijuana. After a while though his dealer started giving out things like cocaine, so Decimus tried it out. It wasn’t long before he was hooked on the stuff, and even started selling some of his parents stuff just to fuel his addiction.
1 time when he went to buy drugs, he wasn’t the only one there, a local street gang had happened to run out, and were re-stocking. They told the boy to leave or else, but this didn’t stop Decimus. The gang proceeded to attack Decimus, most some punches and kicks, but then the leader stepped forward with a tire iron, and nearly put him into the hospital. After that Decimus decided to stay away from the drugs, once and for all.
However he was still into theft, he saw it as a much safer way to release stress. However now he had moved onto to higher profile targets. He took on things like banks, and even royalty. He had even created a technique to allow himself to turn invisible for a short time. He would bring home things like jewels and necklaces, and then he would pawn them off to the highest bidder. When his father found out about this, he was furious. He was a man of pride, and honor, and never stole a thing in his life, he didn’t even accept gifts.
He decided now would be the time to begin his son’s Saiyan training. One day when Decimus was slinking back into his house, his father grabbed his, and injected a drug into her nerves which left him unconscious. When he woke up he was up in some frozen tundra, in a suit of Saiyan armor, in front of him was his dad. His father had explained to him that he was going to be out here for three months, and he must do anything to survive. Decimus asked what would happen if he left, and his father told him that his armor was rigged, which would kill him if he left the tundra. With that his father left his only son out in the middle of nowhere, however he was confident his son had what it took to survive.
Decimus noticed that in the cold, he could barely even feel his hands, and couldn't only use a basic Ki blast, as his powers were severely weakened. On his first day of wondering, he found what seemed to be flammable plants, and grabbed as much as he could, and placed them in his back pack. He found a nice cave in the ice and decided to start up base there. He put down the plants and blasted them with Ki, setting them alight. Every day he would go out and hunt for various animals and plants he could eat, he thought himself beginning to go insane with no one else to talk to.
But before long, his father returned, the three months were up. His father told him that he knew he would be able to survive, his Human side making him stronger than any full blooded Saiyan could reach. He helped his son fly back home, and placed him in bed. After this, Decimus never stole again, never did anything bad in fact, he showed true pride. He had better ideas in his head, he wanted to be a warrior.
