Name: Carmine Cypress (Model number R.I.D.E.R.R. 001, standing for Ruinous Intelligence Designed Exclusively for Red Ribbon)
Race: Android
Sex: Male
Age: Somewhere around 1100, though due to the ageless quality of machines, he appears in his early thirties.
Aura color: During low-intensity battles, his aura is colorless, instead appearing like heat coming off of his body. During high-intensity battles, it retains that heatwave effect, but with a fiery orange hue to it.

Attacks:
The Cyclone: The Cyclone isn't so much an attack or technique as much as it's just a very quick, very durable, very fuel-efficient flying motorcycle. It's geared to Carmine's specific energy signature, making it kind of like a mechanical version of the Nimbus cloud. He keeps it in a Capsule Corporation Capsule.
Typhoon Kick: Much like Yamcha's Wolf Fang Fist, this attack is purely close range, but potentially devastating. Carmine leaps into the air and generates some amount of centrifugal force through flipping or spinning - the means of generating this force is less important than it would seem, as long as sufficient force is in fact generated, which causes Carmine to deliver the kick in a number of different ways to keep things fun. Once the force is generated, the impact of the blow is directly proportional to his power level. For every 5000 pl points he has, another half ton of explosive force is delivered into his target.
Limiter Override: Carmine calls this his "Gust of Wind". It's essentially an Android Kaioken, performed by temporarily deactivating his power source limiter. This does however make the technique a bit more dangerous than the standard Kaioken, and Carmine runs the risk of breaking his body down or flat out shutting down if he uses it for more than a few minutes at a time.
Photon Flare: Solar Flare with a different name due to being more technological in nature.
Galleon Buster: Left arm becomes a cannon, allowing Carmine to fire basic generic ki blasts and a charged blast equivalent to a Kamehameha.
Lullaby
Carmine opens his mouth and produces a sounds beyond the range of human hearing, which quickly puts organic creatures into a sound sleep. This can be used in an area or on an individual - when used in an area, it's effective range is much, much shorter than when targeting an individual. Of course, this technique is useless on Androids, Bio-Androids, and anything that doesn't sleep.
Scorpion's Lunge
Carmine focuses on an opponent's ki for a post, locating their energy center. Once located, he can deliver a sword lunge, pushing a disruptive bit of his own ki through the blade into their energy center, effectively cutting off the flow of his opponent's ki. At first, this manifests as a fatigue, but soon becomes a drain of their ki energy until even the most basic techniques are too much strain for the fighter to handle. The effect can be reversed through an hour of deep meditation, a few hours of rest, or a senzu bean. If Carmine misses with his lunge, he need not spend another post relocating the target's center.
Galleon Scattergun
A modification to the Galleon Buster, Carmine can turn the equivalent energy of a charged shot into a large cluster of smaller, but almost equally as powerful shots. Much like a shotgun, this setting is best used at a closer range if you wanted to do any real single-target damage, as the shots continue to spread over a distance. Though at a farther range, it likely becomes a decent crowd-control option.
KIKOUKENJUTSU SWORD SCHOOL TECHNIQUES:
Shining Sword Attack: This technique is a combination of multiple strong stikes rather than a single more powerful technique, it begins with a single strong slash with the weapon of the users choice followed up by five fast slices and then is finished off with a powerful blast of energy.
Lightning Sword Slash: The Lightning sword slash is a technique that allows the user to channel there energy through there chosen weapon(often a sword which is where the technique earned its namesake) once adequate energy has been channeled into the weapon the user can make a series of 'slashes' with the weapon with each slash firing off some of the energy.

Starting Planet: Earth
Bio:
Carmine Cypress was born and raised on good old Earth. With a knack for science, Carmine excelled in most academic endeavors he pursued. However, he came from modest means in a rural community, and upon graduation from high school was unable to attend University. Instead, he knew he would have to get a job and try to save up money to pursue his education further. He decided to get himself a job with the Capsule Corporation as a janitor. It wasn't what he really wanted, but at least he would be near the science.
Carmine was well into his 20's before he had enough money to afford his higher education, but he didn't care. He enrolled as a Biochemistry major, with a secondary major in Engineering. His advisors didn't recommend such a course of action - he'd need several years of schooling in order to graduate with such an ambitious courseload - but Carmine had never been one to be kept from what he wanted. He would simply have to try just a little bit harder than everyone else.
Within three years' time, Carmine had managed to complete the lion's share of his courses, and was set to graduate much earlier than expected. He'd managed to pay for his schooling by winning several scholarships, allowing him to save the money he earned at Capsule. He was widely considered to be a genius, and was gearing up to start an internship in the actual scientific sector of Capsule Corporation, working on new capsules and developing new technologies. His dream had become to find a way to transport living things such as plants and livestock safely across the planet via capsule, effectively solving much of the world's hunger.
This is where everything took a turn for the worse. One night while coming home from a study session in the University library, Carmine was jumped by a group of thugs in khaki military uniforms with a red symbol on it. He would later in life discover that it had been the Red Ribbon Army's thugs.
He woke on an operating table, a wizened old man standing over him. He introduced himself as Professor Hakase. He explained that Carmine had been taken to be used as an experimental subject in the creation of a human-machine fusion, an android of incredible power. Hakase was a low-ranking scientist amongst the Red Ribbon army, and envied his superior Dr Gero. He wanted to prove that he was the superior scientist, and would do so through the creation of a mechanical super soldier! He explained that he'd chosen Carmine for the power of his mind. Such an intelligent specimen would surely produce an even more potent result in combination with his newly rebuilt body!
The process of transforming Carmine from flesh to machine was painful and slow. It was clear that while Hakase was in fact a brilliant scientist, he was also either sadistic or ill-prepared. It took over a year to complete the process, and by then (though Hakase didn't know it), Dr Gero had already developed his own process for the creation of a bio-mechanical android. Hakase was hasty to bring his creation into the foreground and prove himself the superior scientist, and didn't notice the brainwave anomalies that had registered during the final stages of the process - the stages that should have ensured Carmine's loyalty and obedience. As it turned out, Carmine's intellect and determination had resisted the indoctrination where his body could not. The moment his restraints were released, Carmine descended upon Hakase, wounding him mortally and attempting to escape the Red Ribbon headquarters. He didn't get far, however, as Hakase's last act was to initiate Carmine's emergency shutdown sequence. The now-android collapsed in a mechanical stasis in the ruins of the Red Ribbon's HQ.
Fast forward a good, long time to the last decade or so. A group of young martial artists styling themselves as urban explorers made their way into the depths of the Red Ribbon Ruins, stumbling across none other than Carmine, laid out next to the skeleton of Professor Hakase, covered in a nice thick film of dust and cobwebs. As luck would have it, one of the youths had a hunch about what Carmine was, and after a bit of scrounging and jury rigging, managed to figure out how to reactive him. Being young and reckless, he did so without a word, and Carmine was brought back into the land of the living, though he was sorely in need of an oil can, and much of his memory had been damaged by the sands of time. He remembered his name, and he remembered that he'd been a janitor, he remembered what he'd become, and he retained almost all of what he'd learned in University, but that was about it. His family, Hakase, and his lofty dreams were lost to the ether. He didn't lost his manners, however, and thanked his saviors before staggering off to find civilization and the nearest scrapyard, where he could salvage a bit of machine oil and spare cables to fix himself up. When the scrapyard owner spotted him essentially stealing parts and quickly turning them into working bits of machinery, he offered him a job instead of calling the police.
Carmine worked at the scrapyard for seven years, and in that time built the Cyclone as well as studied his own mechanical composition. He puzzled out his basic limitations and found himself much more capable than the average human being. He learned every electrical pathway, essential and secondary, and he learned how to shut down his own failsafes to overclock his power for a brief time. In a sense, he conducted a few years of quiet, isolated training all while breaking down old junkers for a few extra bucks on the side.
One day three years ago, Carmine stood up from his regularly scheduled rest period and knew that it was time to move on. He thanked the scrapyard owner, whos name was Tendou, and rode off to see the world. In his adventures he learned that not only was he a capable fighter, but he enjoyed it, and as a result he's been earning his money in competitive fighting rings (both sanctioned, legal gigs and completely illegal ones) while waiting for the next big thing to happen to him.
