Dragon Balls: As Kami, Tenshu has created 7 dragon balls to be scattered across the earth, the dragon can only grant one wish due to Tenshu's weaker PL, this however can change.
Holy Water: Kami can create holy water once a month, and can administer it to any humanoid creature (No demons, androids, or those who are evil) This holy water will raise the users PL by X2. If this is done, they cannot have their potential unlocked by the Guru

Tenshu was born as a healer-Prince, this however was not as glamorous as it sounds. it simply meant he was the son of a tribal shaman on planet Namek. Tenshu Idolized his father, learning everything he had to teach and more, so much so that by the age of 10 Tenshu had already begun healing at an expert level, and by 15 was administering herbs to warriors on the field of battle. by the age of 19 he had learned all that his father could teach him, and continued to learn and perfect his art.
Tenshu as a person was kind, and had a friendly demeanor even in the face of irksome tasks and weighty responsibilities. He was well respected due to his humble nature, and positive outlook. This, and his natural talent, caught the eye of the GG, The Guru Guard, an elite task force whom was responsible for keeping the guru safe. (As training topics i shall expand on his time training with his father, and time spent training with the GG) By the age of 30 Tenshu had risen through the ranks, and soon began leading the GG. Not only was he masterful at healing, but also was adept at strategy. This caught the eye of the guru, and set the course for Tenshu's future.
At age 35 Tenshu began training with the elder Guru of the planet, learning the trades of a guru, unlocking inner spiritual power, and becoming one with nature. He even learned the hidden art of creating the almighty dragon. This training was highly beneficial to Tenshu's development, however his father seemed displeased with his new found power, not because he felt he was undeserving, but rather because he had bigger dreams for his son, he wished for Tenshu to protect other all around the known galaxy, not stay on this peaceful planet rotting away. And after a heart warming conversation with his father Tenshu decided that it was time for him to depart. Tenshu left Namek never to return.
Arriving on the most chaotic planet he could find, Tenshu exited his ruined space craft only to be shunned by the society. This was also followed by war, famine, and death. Although the trials were difficult, Tenshu knew that this was where he was suppose to be, he knew that his fathers revelation would come true if he only stayed here and perfected his abilities. And his talents did not go unnoticed, after nearly 50 years of wandering the earth, healing, and saving, and helping, he was contacted by a force he could not explain, urging him to go to a large tower in the north. Tenshu did as commanded, and found something he had never expected.
His time with the Ko was something he would never experience again. Ko was a Namek like himself who was nearly 400 years old. Spending 30 years training and learning his ways, Tenshu became educated in the ways of defending the planet, including the creation of holy water, the growing of senzu beans, the maintaining of the hyperbolic time chamber, and most importantly, the ability to tell true good, from pure evil. These lessons took time to perfect, however when the time of Ko's death came, Tenshu was prepared to take his place at the top of the guardian tower, Ko had always told him the legend of guardians that had led the earth, and even shared that Ko himself had been training to do so, however in his lifetime he never achieved the purity of mind that was necessary, So following in his footsteps, Tenshu took the necessary steps and became the guardian of earth. He did absorb Ko's body (As is customary for a master-pupil relationship to do in Namek culture) and took the reigns, fighting for the good of all mankind.
Of course in these 120 years Tenshu had never faced what he would face now, challenges that had never before been met by this namek prodigy, let us now see if Tenshu is capable of the revelations his father had foretold...
OOC: I am requesting Leeway with my character, he will be USELESS in combat outside of training due to his poor physical ability. He is 99% a support character, he doesn't have any large physical attacks, and is not a violent man, so outside of training he will not be in combat. So i am asking that he be talented in his other aspects (The potential and holy water). I believe i can be a strong support character who will be an important cannon if given the chance. If you feel i abuse the system by all means remove my power, but i feel you will not be disappointed. The human characters will thank you...
