He wears a plain white vest over his torso. Requies has brown, shaggy hair. His eyes are light blue. He has a a partially long and straight nose. His skin is partially tanned, but retains much of its white color.

:History: The man, Requies Artog, was born to Charles Artog and Irene Artog. They were among the lower middle class in life, having to deal with threats of eviction and unsafe neighborhoods, despite humanity having advanced much in the one thousand years since Humanity began to involve themselves with the furthering of space programs and negotiations with the people in the world. He had a life full of torment from bullying and unhappiness. This served as fuel for him to better himself, forcing him to learn more and get stronger. Despite earning the respect of those around him, he wanted to make sure everyone did and heard that the military was seeking more people to defend the earth. The forces received much respect for their efforts to protect the earth from threats against the sanctity of the world's peace, which made Requies eager to join.
Requies joined the military at the age of 22. He had started out a private and tried to ascend through the ranks, but it proved very difficult, despite accomplishing great feats in his service. Requies decided to discontinue his service under the military and seek a different means of becoming a well respected individual.
He had heard, over the many seasons of service, of the great martial arts tournament, where great warriors from around the globe and, from some rumors, even around the galaxy, which really attracted his attention. Entering this tournament would get him the respect he had desired, but he didn't know where to begin. There had been contestants with many strange powers and, from what he was told from people who went, cracked the stadium and fought in mid air at incredible speeds! It was probably best to search for someone who could teach him these techniques so he could at least be on more equal footing with these people.
He began a search after retiring from service 5 years after military service. Requies asked one of his commanding officers, to see if he knew a place where the young man could start. The officer told him to search near what used to be East city, since it occasionally had strong fighters. With that knowledge, Requies made his way over to the area. During this time, he had heard of a temporary treaty with some of the powerful interstellar organizations and the Earth. He felt regret leaving the service, but this was a decision he made.
Requies's search took him a month before he found a master worthwhile to learn under, though the lessons were a tad expensive, especially since he had to make sure he had a place to stay at and be able to get food, which also meant he had to find himself a job, to maintain monetary flow. Requies underwent his lessons for the next few years, becoming adequate in the usage of energy and even learned to fly. The lessons he took were the type popularized by some woman from a thousand years ago. He learned some of his lessons from an ancient book that was quite popular around the world, which served to help his lessons during his time as a martial arts student.

- Bulwark Destruction: Requies created a technique involving his knowledge of forming beams from ki. The beam is condensed into a very tiny point at the center of Requies's palm. He then rams it forward, exploding the ki outward into an expansive cone. The closer the target is, the more damaging they take.
- Bane of the Dragon: This technique utilizes the ferocious confidence of the user and their power to manifest flames that fires out in a line/beam from the user to the target, either withering away from the ceasing of the user's energy being poured in or reaching certain distance. The flames feel like those spewed from a great dragon's breath.
