((Virion's new character. Seeing how little posting Param does made me realise that I could probably make a second character and still have time for Virion after all, so here he is.
Also yes Screw is aware of this and has said it's all ok with him))
Name: Grand Elder Bazantar
(named after a custom-made string instrument similar to a double-bass)
Race: Demon Namekian*
Gender: N/A
Age: 496 years old
(He’s oooold)
Aura color:
a dark purple, emanating in a sluggish, smoke-like manner.
Appearance:
Like many, this clan of evil namekians has become twisted by the dark influence that spawned them, and the demonic energies which permeate their prison. The Porungkal clan all share these traits:
Techniques:
((Bazantar is a support character, and so isn’t much for combat techniques, however he does know a number of very powerful mystical/demonic magics, which he is known to use in his characteristically passive-aggressive manner.
He is however of a notoriously unreliable temperament, or to put it more bluntly ‘an outright infuriating old bastard’, who will often be much more unhelpfull then he otherwise could be, even to his 'allies', simply for the amusment of watching others squirm - ))
Unlock Inner Evil: [Wiki]
A demonic incarnation of the Guru’s ‘unlock potential’ ability. Same benefit and restrictions apply (which as far as I’m aware is a one off x3 boost, unless they have a transformation with a multiplier above 7 in which case it’s x2, and can only be used on people below 40,000. Is that right?).
Abyssal Binding:
Perhaps his most powerful technique and ultimate trump card, Bazantar can temporarily lock away a warriors highest potential using a powerful magic, robbing them of their ‘full’ strength. It is a very draining technique, but when successfully cast disables player transformations, forcing them only to use their base PL.
(so don’t get cute or he’s stick your powers in time out and give you a stern talking to)
Dark Eye: [wiki]
A defensive/movement ability, that allows the user to transform into an intangible mist and move around. This technique can be used on both himself and other objects. As such he commonly nicks things right out of peoples(allies) hands and often uses it to escape the smack in the face he so arguably deserves.
Mental manipulation: [wiki] [wiki] [wiki] [wiki]
Abilities such as detecting lies, mind reading, mind control, levitation, telepathy, etc. Obviously he’d need to overpower the individual for some of the influencing type abilities to work, though he is highly adept at reading lies the ‘manual’ way and so doesn’t always need to read the persons mind to tell.
---------
'Free' Techniques: (The ones that don't take a technique slot)
Basic Ki Control: [wiki]
The ability to control his own ki energy, including the ability to suppress or raise his own power, and use normal ki based attacks.
Ki Reading: [wiki]
The ability to sense power levels, life force and the locations of others, as well as making judgements on the 'character' of the sensed Ki.
Magic materialisation: [wiki]
The ability to conjure material/items from nothing, one of which is a crystal ball which does your normal crystal ball divination tricks - like showing stuff that’s going on or vague premonitions of past, present and/or future.
'Demon weapon': -
Demonic Threads: [wiki]
A restraining technique used to snare an opponent in threads of energy, usually used to string up nuisances who get on his nerves, or otherwise defuse undesirable situations.
---------
Guard Techniques:
((I will give bazantar's guards the 'master of the demon clan' techniques, and the 5 timeskip techniques))
Explosive Demon Wave:
a powerful wave, stronger than the Kamehameha,
Darkness Eye Beam:
a stronger variant of Eye Lasers
and Kiai Cannon:
an invisible surge of ki used to blow away the enemy.
--
Razor Threads:
Like Bazantar's demonic threads, though unlike their elder's these insidious ki strings are designed to slice through flesh and bone, rather than restrain a target.
Mystic Shooter: [wiki]
a barrage of red energy disks.
Zanzō Majutsu: (afterimage)
Allows the user to project an after-image of them-self, tricking opponents into attacking or defending against this intangible projection. It can be used to avoid an opponents strikes or otherwise attack unexpectedly.
Death Wave : [wiki] [wiki]
a blade-like energy wave technique created with a slicing motion, can be channelled through demon weapons, or even the arms/legs.
Eye Flash:[wiki]
Similar to solar flare, a blinding flash of light which comes from the eyes.
Starting Planet: Namek
History:
The Porunkal (Dragon of Wrath) were an ancient, evil namekian tribe, who lived around 450 years ago. While small in number their great strength and the powerful magic of their sage saw them feared even by the mighty warrior caste.
However, a second evil clan, the Porunshi, individually weaker but much larger in numbers, also existed during the same era. Due to their clashing ideologies the two rivalling tribes became more focused on fighting each other than attacking the regular namekians. Utilising this too their advantage, a brave hero managed to seal both tribes away within a deep cave, guarded behind a mountain shrine.
They were not the first, and certainly not the last.
A dark prophecy, given by none other than the first Guru of New Namek over a thousand years ago, foretells of a mighty super namekian, who would plunge the world into darkness, leading his all-powerful demonic clan to rule as a god. A number of tribes have risen over the millennia, led by evil and believing that their own master to be the ‘true’ demon lord of legend.
It is for this reason that the namekian people became so paranoid about the return of ‘super nameks’, For this reason that brave warriors continue to train as warrior clansmen(even if history has forgotten its original purpose) and for this reason that the mountainous cave and it’s scattered shrines exists. Though all but forgotten now, these dark tribes remain locked within their tomb, fighting among each other in a barbaric and unending civil war, none ever rising above the others for long, and with no way to escape to the outside world from within their dark prison.
With the Gueren dead, the namekians believe the prophecy to have been fulfilled and overcome, the ‘demon namekians’ rein having come and passed, leaving their world in peace once more. However, the demon tribes still lurk in the depths, slowly growing in numbers and honed into fighting condition through torment and bloodshed, and while they remain fractured the day might yet come where a Uniter will come to rule over this vast hoard, unleashing them onto the world once more.
---
Bazantar himself is the oldest Porunkal tribesmen left alive, last member of the first-born and arguably the greatest sage of his era. Although he acts as elder to his people he is not their ‘leader’ (instead leaving that title to someone younger and fitter). Despite this he is revered and respected by his own people. Four warriors accompany him, acting as a guard to protect against the many assassination attempts that come from rival tribes. Despite this even his clan tends to tread carefully around their mystic and his notoriously fickle nature.
Bazantar often expresses the sentiment that he is already past his time, a dead man only hanging around for so long as it suits him. While ready for death whenever it ultimately takes him, he continues his life with a kind of spiteful amusement, watching the struggles and schemes of others as if they were a spectator’s sport. He observes the checks and passes, the trials, tribulations, mistakes and successes, occasionally stirring the waters just to see how things play out or otherwise withholding his aid or insights for no other reason than simply because he can.
If (on the rare chance) he takes a shining to you however you may just earn yourself the double-edged sword that is his favour... for the moment at least.

((*I’d actually request the use of the demon race as the template for this character rather than the normal namekian race template, as he is a member of a twisted caste of evil ‘Mazoku’ namekians who as you can see [image at top] are much more demonic than their ‘regular’ namekian cousins
I’d also like to request his Shiroi transformation be listed instead as “Bazantar’s Guards:”. He is not a warrior himself, so instead this ‘transformation’ will represent the combined pl of the four guardsmen who accompany him. [which I’m tentatively naming: Violone, Cello, Kontra and Bas].))
