Namek [Home is Vegeta, but it's been destroyed]
:History:
Rayne was born on planet Vegeta as any proud pure bred saiyan would be. Her hair is a mix of silver and blue that seems to be a result of a gene mutation. Her father had a the original silver hair mutation, however the blue is new. She was named Rayne from her coloration, resembling a raining storm cloud. Growing up with her mother ill since childbirth, the young saiyan never saw her father after the age of one and a half. All she really remembers in his silver hair and the ring her mother wore. Around age 10, her mother became more sick. She was left to recover while Rayne fended for herself. She was a destructive youth. Always picking on the other children, breaking fingers and calling names. She was nicknamed the Harbinger of Pain because that's just what she did. As she grew into a woman, she decided to leave Vegeta, seeing nothing left for her there. He mother was sick, her dad was no where to be found. She took the ring her dad left with her mother out of a secret box stored away in their storage basement. If she found her father out there, she'd at least have that to show who she was.
She fled the planet to go to Namek. Shortly after arriving on the planet, she got wind of Vegeta's destruction. As little as she cared, she shrugged it off. Rayne wasn't one to show emotion even though it truly devestated her on the inside. Still assumed to be just a tyrant of a woman rather than a bully with an attitude, the saiyan woman roams Namek in search of answers to the many questions she has yet to learn and in need of a great deal of training to hone her sloppy fighting tactics and skills. She has felt more connected with the air and has started adapting to it and using it as the source of her power. Though she is able to fly, she doesn't prefer to as it drains her of her growing power. The female wanders the Ancient City. She really has no clue where to begin her search. She is aware of where all her father had been or is going to. Part of her hoping he is alive, yet wishes he were dead for leaving her and her ill mother behind.

- Wind Slash - Sends cresents of air from her claws at a high speed to cut her enemies and obstacles.
