That's right, folks. To make the beginner's presentations easier and more representative of personal skill, they're being modified from a battle to a solo adventure of your choice that you have to write.
This update won't apply to those of you who are currently fighting, but those of you who have yet to be responded to can change to this format. You will then be assessed by admins (nothing to worry about, we just like to see the skill levels of our members).
This is to make the process must faster, get a better representation of your personal skill and allow you to get to the actual roleplaying!
Thanks for reading.

So is this solo adventure, NPC'd by ourselves? Or by a mod? (if it needs an NPC)

Just by yourselves.

Hey Boliko, why not make it so people have the option between a Battle and an Adventure(or at least an adventure with someone), some people tend to to better when they are with someone else(I'm usually such a case) so you'd probably end up getting a better gauge of how 'good' someone is that way.

Indeed, I paused my introduction topic where it currently is, expecting to be able to interact with one of the other members, not write a novella on my own. The shear length of the post alone indicates that I can do that, but it's boring.

Well unfortunately the admins are tightly stretched right now so if you do want an interaction thread you're going to have to wait some time.

Boliko, if i may
This is the exact reason that people make Battle mods, if only for the purpose of beginner battles. You have several members who are on all the time, just pick 2 or 3 who you trust and then beginner battles will be much easier for you. Disclaimer; This is not me asking, just suggesting lol

Suki is right, battle mods aren't a bad Idea. In fact, I'll volunteer right now to be one if you wish, I'd be happy to~

idk, i kind of like the solo presentation style. It gives you a chance to get feel for your character and add some history to begin your adventure with. This way you can start however you want without being steered by someone else.
