Having killed off two Kanassans with her powers, Leta was now in a pickle. Her powers were clearly either becoming stronger or unstable with her emotions and she did not like it. Sadly, as a child, she had not been good with her training under her mother and father; although, she learned how to use her telekinetic powers it did not mean she had ever mastered them. The only people she really had the ability to train them on were Kanassans and they were often much stronger than her.
For that reason, she realized as she looked back her cave home she would not be doing much with her life if she did not leave her home world soon. Five days ago Kanassans had attacked the home of her and her mother and three days ago her mother had died defending it. The result was her mother's life gone and all their belongings too since the Kanassans scavenged them but allowed Leta to live. The only thing they had not gotten yet though was a capsule with a space ship inside it, a single bean, and a little bit of Zeni. All these were things in her pocket and it was with these thoughts she noted the next thing they would come to take is her life.
She stepped out onto the rocky ground of her cave's front entrance and tossed the capsule with a space ship in it out. A puff of smoke rose up from it and with a loud bang a battered round space pod dropped in front of her no more than ten feet away. She walked over to it and looked at it with disappoint only to clearly see said capsule had some damage to it. The shielding onn the front of the capsule was fine, but there was a clear dent in the little ship's thrust engines.
Leta sighed and opened up the front of the capsule with the voice command, "Systems Engage," the pod responded and the front opening of it rose up. She hopped inside and the on-board systems whirred to life. "Set course for a planet with non-violent life forms, water, and breathable atmosphere."
The computer acknowledged with a simple answer: Coordinates Input. The two viable options are New Namek and Earth. The closest planet is New Namek. It is recommended you head there miss.
Leta listened to the computer and pressed a button on the dash board in front of her to close the hatch of her space pod. "Set a course for Earth," she ordered, "I wish to be as far away from the rugged planet Kanassa as possible."
Acknowledged. the computer answered her. The thrust engines on her ship began to sputter and then whir to life as she quickly took off into the wide open reaches of space above her. It was still early morning so it was hard to see it above Kanassa's atmosphere, but it was there waiting for her and she now went out to travel to another planet entirely.
