:Name: Glaecer Reical

:Gender: Male
:Age: (531) 31
:Aura/energy color: Purple
:Appearance:
Glaecer Mortal Body 500 years Ago, as of the current Glaecer is but a mass of nanites, he uses his psychic power to alter people perception of him to make him appear normal.
Attacks:
Invisibility:
When Glaecer does not use his psychic powers to project himself as a icer he can become invisible, this is due to him only being a cluster of nanites, the nanites are very small meaning that when they are spread out they are nearly impossible to see.
Electrokinesis: A technique Glaecer discovered by freak accident. His psychic energy causes a static electrical imbalance and when the area around him is also imbalanced his psychic energy can create lighting or other electrical interference. Glaecer perfects said technique and can now create electrical energy from his body and can also adsorb electrical current from other objects and distribute his electric charge into objects as well (eg: perhaps he could power up a ship by taking electricity form a nearby generator and touching the depleted ship.)Futhermore he can transfer his own ki into electricity if he need too.
Advanced Psychic Powers/Telekinetics: through power training Glaecer has achieved an even more thorough understanding of his psychic talents. He has learnt new abilities and has increased his old ones by tenfold to the point of which he can redirect weak to moderate energy blasts with his mind. Another new ability he has gained is delving into other people mines from close range, this will allow him to see what they are thinking and even watch their past memories within a few seconds, Although Glaecer has a sense of privacy and will never use it on allies.
:Starting Planet: Arcose
:History: Glaecer was born into a family of great military prestige, having been core members of the Kold military’s Elite Squadron for 4 generations. Like his family before him he was expected to join the elite squadron aswell when he had come of age. Despite exceling at tasks deemed for soldiers at a much higher power grade than his own, he was ultimately rejected.
“Your tenacity is to be commended, and your performance considering your… power division, impeccable. However, the elite squadron is a group of Kold’s most powerful warriors, soldiers destined for greatness. Your pedigree alone got you this far, but we cannot allow you to be passed beyond this point on family reputation alone.”
It wasn’t fair; he was just as great a warrior as many of the stronger combatants they had allowed through, defeating a number of them in training despite having a lower strength than them. However they would hear nothing of it. His failure was a stain upon his reputation there was no way he could return to his family after having failed in this task, that much his father and made abundantly clear
Bitter and dejected he wanders the corridors heading towards the complex’s exit and an unknown fate beyond. Walking past one of the many identical rooms he noticed one of the doors partially ajar, a shadowy figure lurking against the far wall.
“Didn’t make the cut, did we?” murmured a gravelly voice.
Anger welled up inside Glaecer, was this man mocking him?
“Though it’s not surprising… short sightedness is common among the recruiters of this division. They seek only those who already possess power, overlooking the vastly more important aspects”
“hhmph, and what would that be?” retorted Glaecer, a self-mocking edge to his voice. He was in no mood for some old fools ramblings.
“Potential, my dear boy. Power is fleeting, easily bestowed, and easily taken… In an instant a man can be robbed of everything. His strength, his youth, his beauty, or his future”
The man stepped forward, revealing his scarred features.
“I was watching you back there; I saw your performance”
“You saw my failure” It annoyed him that this stranger had bore witness to his dishonourment on this day, and that he would throw it around so lightly
“You are from the Reical Family, a vastly prideful lineage. I doubt they would take your failure here lightly” a sly twinkle in the Icer’s eyes
Glaecer’s own eyes narrowed, as he struggled to suppress his fury. He turned on his heel and began to walk away, he had no interesting in tolerating this affront anymore.
“Don’t you get it?” came the voice, growing loud at his retreat
“I’m offering you another chance, another way… I present to you an opportunity to transcend the shackles placed upon you by these feeble minded fools!”
Glaecers head turned, and he began to walk back.
On that day his Fate would forever be changed.
The scarred Icer’s name was Koriza, a brilliant scientist, his proposal; to transform Glaecer into some kind of superior warrior, using the technology of his research division. The scientist began injecting him with all types of chemicals, genetically altering his cell structure with his vast machines and drawing out hidden depths of power Glaecer never knew he had.
The process was painful but, as a way of becoming the ultimate fighter he had always dreamed of being, it was worth it. Even from the very beginning he could feel his power growing, developing, and surging. Soon he was at a level tenfold above anything he had ever known, and still it kept growing.
This was the power Koriza and promised, and Glaecer loved every bit of it! But Koriza insisted that Glaecer could go further, and ever further. The scientist was not content with stopping at merely ‘superior’, he was pushing to create the ultimate warrior!
After over a year of these genetic manipulations, test after test, it finally happened.
The power was amazing. He had heard rumours of Icers being able to transcend past their base form, but he took them as mere folk law.
But now, now it had happened to Glaecer himself. He transformed into his 5th form. The power was unimaginable, he felt as if he could destroy planets with an ease unheard of among his kind. He was ready, finally ready to prove beyond any doubt that he was the ultimate fighter.
Koriza however seemed reserved, almost suspicious, as if he were hiding something. He insisted that he stayed here and be monitored for the next few days, and perform a few final tests before revealing himself to the world. So Glaecer did as he was told. The scientists of Koriza’s division monitored him constantly, placing his through what were by now a number of almost routine tests, though pushed to a level befitting his new found strength.
It was then everything began to unravel.
During one of test something changed. His energy felt different somehow. He felt tired, drained, and yet his energy seemed to grow stronger. He continued the test, but deep down knew that something had gone very wrong. From the corner of his eye he saw a stirring among the monitoring team, one going up and showing koriza something, who nodded in affirmation.
At first they maintained that there was nothing to concern himself with, but Glaecer could feel it within himself, something off, something rotten. He pushed it to the back of his mind. His closest friend, one of the scientists on the team named Metia, whom Glaecer had come to trust like a brother, assured him it was nothing to be worried about. Surely he wouldn’t lie about something so important?
But after a few weeks the truth finally came to the surface.
“The experiment is over” rasped Koriza, a cold gleam in his eyes,
“What does that mean?” asked Glaecer, looking from the emotionless features of Koriza to the other scientists before him.
“You are no fool Glaecer, I think you already know exactly what I mean…”
Glaecer’s gaze feel upon Metia, whose expression remained downcast. He seemed to not want to make eye contact.
“You’re dying” Metia spoke the words without shifting his gaze, and as he continued Koriza, and the other scientists began to file out of the room with a chilling indifference.
“During that test, I know you felt it.” Metia continued, shifted his eyes to the far wall, again avoiding the pleading gaze of his friend.
“Pft, it’s your body, I mean ofcourse you did”
He licked his lips before continuing,
“The... change, that was the last of your ki being spent by your body. We’d been monitoring the changes this whole time, the gradual exhaustion of your ki energy. This crossing of the threshold was the thing we had been waiting for. To see weather our new methods would take effect…”
Metia finally met his gaze, a hunted look to his deep, sorrowful eyes. It appears as though he had not slept in some time.
“Your energy now is stronger, you may have noticed. That’s because your no longer using Ki. What your body is now accessing is your lifeforce itself, more powerful that regular ki energy, but it comes at a terrible cost.”
Glaecer was entranced, hardly comprehending the horrible truth his friend was revealing to him, and yet knowing all along that this is what he had felt, that he knew this was coming.
“Your current form needs a constant steam of ki to be maintained, by fuelling it with your life force you are causing irreparable damage. Years, months, each time you use that energy you are cutting short your own life span.” Metia seemed to be gaining momentum, the words tumbling out quickly, as if following the principal of a band aid; tear it off quickly and get the hurt done and over.
“Normally, to avoid this one would simply revert back their natural state, and allow their body to recuperate. For you however this is not an option, for as you well know a side effect of your artificial augmentation has been an inability to contain your own power within a lower form.”
Glaecers face was filled with horror as Koriza’s words echoed in his mind ‘Power is fleeting; easily bestowed, and easily taken’
“I’m so sorry Glaecer, this is all my fault. I’m the one to blame!” He shook his head “Koriza’s cold indifference, his lack of care when it comes to toying with peoples lives… I should have stopped him, but he kept pushing for more, he has this way of just… getting in your head. It’s so easy under the pressure of your peers to compromise your own integrity. At first I thought I was doing good here… but now…”
“But you see that’s why I’ve come up with a solution, I’ve come up with a way we might be able to save you! I’ve been working on the theoretics of it for the past 4 days straight, and I think we might just able to to pull it off!”
Metia went to describe how his original speciality, before joining Koriza’s research team, had been in the field of suppressing an Icer’s power. It had a number of applications, the most notable of which was in regards to Class E criminals, enemies of the empire and high powered crime lords who had once been a great military concern requiring many intricate and expensive countermeasures.
Using this technology however, they are able to forcefully lock an Icer into their lower forms, restricting them from accessing their true power. This made these high powered criminals far more manageable, and it was a technology pioneered by Metia and his associate Algid.
Using this same technology, Metia hoped to increase the output of the device, increasing its suppressive power so that Glaecer could finally return to his normal form. They left the laboratory, taking one of the space pods out to the orbital prison colony above the planet Frost III.
Metia showed his pass to the guards and the two of them continued into the suppression room. The device was a colossal machine, a technological monstrosity stretching upward into the vaulted column that made the orbiting prison’s central shaft. Metia walked to the control panel, a fond look in his eyes as he beheld the marvellous device he had created once more. He gesture for Glaecer to enter the device, and Glaecer obliged.
“Are you sure you know how to work this thing?” asked the Icer, slightly nervous within the oppressive chamber of this machine,
“Of course I do….I was the one who helped build it remember?” replied Metia as he activated the machine and sealed Glaecer into the chamber.
“Now, you might feel a sliiiiight twinge…” admitted Metia, as he prised open the console, plugging in a small computer of his own and tapping away at some keys. After a few moments he looked back over, and turned a large dial
“Ok, here goes…”
It was like a knife going through Glaecer’s body, the pain was like nothing he had ever experienced before, not even in Koriza’s labs. He tried as hard as he could not to cry out, gritting his teeth as an incredibly oppressive, crushing feeling. It was like he was being squeezed, both physically and mentally, and overwhelming force crushing down upon of him. He could feel his strength shrinking, but not diminishing per se. It was more like a piece of rope, tied into a knot that was being pulled tighter and tighter. He couldn’t hold it in any longer, he screamed.
The explosion echoed through the vast room as the containment device failed. Energy burst in every direction, Glaecer’s body pushing back against the machines efforts when it could be suppressed no longer, knocking Metia against the far wall.
The Icer withered on the ground, raising gingerly. He could see a silhouette in the smoke, but his heart sank as he identified the familiar bulk of Glaecer’s usual figure. Their eyes met, and Metia he could see it, the eyes of an Icer who had lost hope, who had accepted his fate.
No, Metia thought, what right does one icer have to steal another’s life away from them? Koriza has cheated Glaecer out of his future, and I won’t… no I Can’t stand for it!
It was then that metia made a vow to do whatever it takes to save his friend, to give back to Glaecer what had been robbed from him.
Metia spoke out loud, approaching his dejected friend,
“If this cannot supress you, then I will make a device that can. I’ll… call in a few favours, get a team together. I promise I will give you more time Glaecer, I won’t let you die“.
A full year passed as metia and his fellow scientist created and implanted a suppression device that would allow Glaecer to hold back his own energy. Shortly after having it implanted, the device’s influence began to take effect. He noticed a slow downsizing of his bulk. Unfortunatly, it still could not convert him back to his lower forms. The technology, although highly advanced and a marvel in its own right, could still not overcome Koriza’s insidious manipulations… Still it would help.
The suppression was successful, but it came with its own costs. Glaecer could no longer manipulate and control his own energy, not while the suppressor was active. Metia therefore gave Glaecer a gauntlet, one that was capable of creating artificial ki which could be used in place of the real thing.
When this was finally done Glaecer, his hope restored, thanked Metia. This second chance of life was a blessing, and Glaecer was thankful to have such a friend. Metai had given up a great deal in leaving Koriza’s team. Fortune, prestige, rank and influence, he would not be able to return to these things that he had given up, but in a way he had regained something far more valuable. His honour. Glaecer could see the change that had come over his friend, like a great weight had been lifted from his shoulders. The haunted look no longer lurked at the edges of his eyes, and as Glaecer left he felt reassured.
After a few years, Glaecer finally managed to track down the illusive Scientist. It seemed that Koriza was a hard man to find, and an even harder man to catch. But Glaecer was determined to see this through, to find Koriza and put a stop to his twisted schemes.
Glaecer had been struck down nearly 500 years ago by the very success of Koriza arrangements .
Over the years before his demised he had been both a rebel and high ranked General of the Acrosion army, while at the same time his life force degeneration had been cured by nanites used to save his life after an encounter with Lord Touketsuki. Even with all these achievements Koriza still eluded him until finally when Kold was taken over by the saiyians Glaecer met the success of Koriza insane experiments, Virion , A battle was fought but Virion managed to win adsorbing Glaecer for the much need DNA and discarded the inactive nanites.
Similar to all good Warriors Glaecer was transported to other world, here he began training with the Kai working his way up until he finally he confronted the Grand Kai for his ultimate training. He was rejected the grand Kai stating that his intention where still driven by power lust. Glaecer although frustrated kept a level head and instead requested that he can return to the mortal world. Again the Kai refused, Glaecer frustration welled over and he rocketed away hell bent on getting back to the living world anyway he could.
Glaecer over his training had felt a creeping sense of a broken part of consciousness still connected with the other world a part he assumed was still with his deceased body and he hoped that he could exploit this and transfer all his presence through this, fundamentally forging a path to the mortal world.
It didn’t work, Glaecer was trapped in the limbo between the two worlds his conscious jammed being able to obtain neither body. He simply existed but as time grew on his conscious became more dispersed losing its self-awareness until finally just before Glaecer faded from existence he made one final push that broke through.
Several metres under the ground something stirred, a large amount of grey liquid oozed from the fissures on the surface. Glaecer yet again saw the world but not standing tall but at the same level as the ground itself, this seemed reasonable but as Glaecer tried to stand up he knew something was wrong he could move his body. He couldn’t even feel it, His attempts to stand up had only shifted him slightly and as he surveyed himself he realised what happened. The nanites, his body was long gone and now only the naintes remained. He had transferred himself into the small machines that kept him alive not his true body, with this knowledge Glaecer dispersed himself into a gas and rose up.
“This is rather inconvenient turn of events” Glaecer observed looking at his arms which in turn were only nanites he shaped into some sort of arm style column.
“This will draw unnecessary attention to myself” He said formulating a plan in his head, his abilities would allow him to change how people physically see him and as such he can have them perceive him as a normal Icer when infact he was not.
It was only now that he finally looked at his surroundings, the once proud landmass bordered with villages and cities was all but in decay. Several building was just rubble while the other had not fare well against bitter winds and was covered in holes and crack. Glaecer almost trance like began walking through the building survey each one by one
“W-What happened?” He said shocked
He kept the pace up entering the once proud Icer city; it had also fallen into despair and in ruins in the centre of the city stood the WTO central building. Glaecer walked inside, the walls had long stopped keeping the bitter winds out and all signs of life were gone but as Glaecer headed downwards underground he found a single room, a massive terminal he had once accessed still stood. Shielded from the cold outside and with a small arc from Glaecer it hummed back to life.
Glaecer began typing on the keyboard attempting to find some answer to what had happened he searched the computer but could only find one entry labelled ‘Arcose reinhabiting’ The entry only showed the coordinates to a single location in space. The Location of the planet Arcose and one other small detail, the time the file was created, with that Glaecer finally understood, the words slipping through his lips.
“I have been dead a lot longer that I thought”
He rocketed into space the coordinates imprinted into the nanites at the speed he was going he would reach the planet in a few days. ‘Then what’ Glaecer thought ‘then what?’

Transformation
These are permanent transformations, i only have the Nanite Overdrive to describe the appearance change as he powers up. So he can go anywhere between his base and x10 but as he gets closer to x10 he begins to distort as stated.
Base (20 000)
Base form: Glaecer default appearance as seen in above picture, his nanite function at normal capacity and his power make him perceived as solid and a normal Icer.
Nanite Overdrive (up to x10)
As his power is amplified the nanites begin to heat up and vibrate distorting the psychic projection that Glaecer uses to make himself look normal until when he gets up the x10 the projection becomes just a blur. The distort vibration effect only starts taking effect from x5 onwards.
