Hydromancy: Able to create large amounts of water using ki and able to manipulate the water. This innate ability has allowed himself to swim superbly and breathe in water.
Aqua Jet: Propels himself through the water at high speeds with a spinning body of water around him. Able to do this in air as well. (This essentially is like flight)

Torrential Blades: Using water above the enemy, he can cast down ethereal ice blades unto the enemy in an attempt to overwhelm with impalement.
Ki Wave Bossa Nova: Tapping into his innate hydromancy skills, he can summon a series a waves from his body. Each wave on impact splashes the enemy with heavy amounts of ki and can stun the enemy (possibly even freezing them)
:Transformations:
Dragon (x5): Nodontes transforms into a colossal sized marine reptilian sea monster with increased strength, ki, and speed.
:Weapon:
Fathom Scythe: A scythe made in the deepest fathoms of the ocean through arcane enchantments and blood rituals. The scythe has the ability to harness the power of his ki and the blade can change sizes and shapes (as long as he can handle the amount of ki needed to produce the shape). The only permanent (and consistent) feature is the pole. Although he doesn't the scythe to manipulate water or fight, Nodontes prefers to use it and is comfortable with it.

The Spada bloodline is an ancient and dark one, lost forever in history. Long ago, the seafaring nobles had come across an evil spirit named Fera who traded their lives for their eternal servitude. A curse was placed on their bloodline. They were given the ability to control the waters of the deep as their own but at the price of doing the demon Fera's bidding and they transformed into horrific sea monsters.
They sacrificed, destroyed, and cursed others in the name of their master. The curses usually had to do with transmogrification (the same type of hex that had been place on their own bloodline).
After centuries of servitude and generations came and went, the royal Spada bloodline had been narrowed down to one maiden. An angry 13 tailed golden fox spirit (named Ike), that had been cursed by the descendents of the bloodline, hunted and devoured the last of the Spada. However, when the fox demon Ike was to finally kill the last member, a beautiful maiden, he was seduced by the maiden who was a siren. After Ike had finished planting his seed and realized his great error that the Fera had planned it all out, the demon master Fera banished him to another realm.
The maiden soon after died giving birth to her's and Ike's child. Fera couldn't have been more pleased. The child had the centuries worth of raw rage from his father Ike and the demonic gifts of the Spada bloodline from his mother. All of it instrumented into the body of a mortal boy. The boy was the final piece in Fera's plan so long as the boy's rage in which he inherited from his father would ignite his potential.
The baby boy was sunk into the dark of the sea where he was raised. Unlike his predecessors before him though, he was defiant of his inherited master, Fera. Fera did not predict that the boy would inherit the defiance from his father. The boy lived running away from Fera's demonic minions and his destiny, constantly in a struggle to suppress the rage within him. His attempts of a normal life have been bleak and dull for him so he resorts to a life of thievery to feed his kleptomania. He is nomadic and is constantly wandering from city to city along the coast.
He is mindful of having transformations far out at sea since his gargantuan monster form brings unwanted attention. Across his pickpocketing, partying, and seducing in the cities, he has heard rumors and news of the ongoing conflicts on Vegeta. He had never left Earth before and he had always wanted to see what the cities in Vegeta were like. And so he stole a space pod. He now had a heading and new journey...
