• The Dark Arts: Flight - Jicama uses his ability to use Black Magic to make the air under him cause him to levitate, the ability being known as Flight.
  
  
• The Dark Arts: Witch Craft: Since Jicama is unable to use ki, his abilities come from the magic within him. But with witchcraft, he can use basic forms of telekinesis.
  
  
• The Dark Arts: Black Out- The user points their hand towards the target with one finger outwards, then they send a black, pencil thin beam of energy to the opponent.

:History:

This young Saiyan was born to a father who worked under the Royal Family as a Royal Guard his whole life, and a mother who is an alien from another planet where Witch craft/black magic is not frowned upon amongst the people, actually it is encouraged. Jicama's father, Rambuto had impregnated this woman after kidnapping her from her people. After Jicama was born, the woman placed a curse upon Rambuto to die a horrible and brutal death, due to the fact that Rambuto had came to claim the child before he threatened to kill her.

He killed Jicama's mother right in front of the baby, but Rambuto tried to raise Jicama and act like he NEVER had a mother. Jicama was no fool like his father and knew better, he knew he had a mother ... His mother's memory was left in his mind after she was killed, she had enchanted Jicama with the ability to feel his mother's emotions and use her same method of fighting, magic....

The Saiyan hybrid left home after training with his father for YEARS to become a member of the Royal Guard. He recently joined the Paragus Rebels in hopes to get revenge on his father and with full hope of restoring Planet Vegeta to a place of peace... But the demon invasion had disrupted his mother's plans and made him an impatient child. For now, he is roaming the planet, hoping to eventually take out the Royal Family, his father, and all of the demons ... All before his mom's remaining family comes to kill him .... (She had also sent a distress call to them when she knew she was going to die).

In order to train himself properly for his mother's family to come for him, he moved away from Planet Vegeta on a ship to go to Earth... Hearing about all the strong fighters there from the other Saiyans, he found hope. He's still on Vegeta, but one day soon, he's gonna go to Earth ...

Alright, the history is fine, but I have some problems with the techniques.

Flight is fine and dandy.

The second seems like it could be easily abused. I suggest changing it altogether, but if you're adamant, you can use this technique on NPC's only, or on player characters when the player agrees to it beforehand. In other words, it must be willing.

The third is an (albeit cool) copy of the solar flare, which is a reserved technique for the master of the New Crane School. If you could choose a different technique, that would be ballin'.

Other than those nitpicks, this character is almost ready to be approved!
