:Name: Lucia Archer (Lady Lotus, Poison Phyta)
:Race: Noran Duiecite
:Gender: Female
:Age: 22 in appearance, actual age unknown but well into the hundreds
:Aura color: Lucia's aura doesn't have a specific color. Instead, her markings glow.
:Appearance:
Lucia stands at a petite 5'5, a tiny little thing with hidden strength. Her skin is lightly tanned and sun-kissed. Her eyes are almond shaped, surrounded by long, black lashes. Her irises are startling silver, piercing and mesmerizing in color. She has high cheekbones and full, pink lips. Her hair is raven black with long bangs that are usually swept to the left of her face. The silken strands flow down her back in soft waves, stopping mid-back. Her body is curvy and toned, athletic from years of training. Her shape is that of a soft hourglass, her legs long and lean. Along her body, she has what at first glance appears to be emerald green tattoos. In actuality, they are her mark of the Duiecite. Along her arms she has what appears to be curling ivy, extending down to the underside of each wrist. On her back the vines twist and turn to almost form a lotus shape. She's often seen clad in a simple form-fitting t-shirt and dark black jeans. Black boots with a small heel end her typical outfit of choice.

Things aren't always how they appear to be. People aren't who you think, what you see isn't often real. If my mother, and I use that term with disgust, taught me anything, it was that. After all, I'm one of those people, one of those things. My life was filled with false faces, mine among them.
My story began hundreds of years ago. Cliche I know, but at least I didn't say "once upon a time." Though, my beginning was more a "on a dark and story night" kind of tale. My mother was a witch, a sorceress, and frankly, a bitch. Her name was Lady Magdalena; Duiecite of Spirit, Queen of Mirrors, Witch of the Woods, the crowns number one most wanted. She, like me, was a Duiecite, blessed by the Goddess Aster. She was alive for thousands of years. Had been around during the Purge (and started the whole shit storm if rumors are to be believed). Apparently, she was once good, a woman who used her gifts for the better good. That's what the books say but honestly, I don't believe a word of the shit they're selling. My mother was wicked, as evil as they came and a heart blacker than...well...something really, really black. She started getting into bad magic. Aka, blood magic. Shit you seriously do not want to mess with. Fast forward through the centuries and she became what she was when she had me. An old hag who stole the life force of maidens to stay forever young. Yeah, I bet you're starting to see where all those fairy tales come from now. She lived in the woods and everything. But anyway, onto my real story.
One day, my mother summoned the three Fates of our world. (What? You think the Greeks of Earth were the first ones to get them? We were so here first.) Through them, she learned of three prophecies, each involving her two children. Yes boys and girls who read the history books, I said TWO, not ONE. To have us, she mated with Keenan the Fangless One. A man as creepy and vile as they come. So really, they were a match made in heaven. Or hell. I'm leaving that one up for debate. He got my dearest mother knocked up and she had twins. My amazing self, and my twin brother. Most know his as Blake of the Darkness. I know him as Booger. Why? Because he was one. And a prick. And a jack ass. And a bastard. (Literally! Hah!) And a--
Right, story, sorry.
Either way, Magdalena had two children, just as the Fates predicted. She kept us both close, teaching us spells and torture and all kinds of messed up shit. I mean seriously... I try not to think about my childhood a lot. Often times, we stayed with daddy dearest, but those weren't much better. The best part? Hiding in the lush garden there. I always found the best hiding spaces and no one could find me until I wanted them too. At the time, I thought the plants were hiding me. Turns out, they were. But, i'm jumping ahead.
When Blake and I turned thirteen, our affinities started showing. To the joy of mother, our once blue eyes turned silver and things started happening. I flourished in the forest. Blake flourished in the dark. I learned that I could grow things with my blood. Blake learned that he could kill things with his. As we grew, so did our powers, and our markings. Mine, emerald green, the truest sign of my Earth affinity. My mark of Aster's blessing and Deshara's favor. Blake's though...they grew black. Black as his and my mother's heart. A sign of disfavor from Aster, and claim of Crom. Things changed after that. Blake and my mother became obsessed with the dark arts. And with the Princess. Amaranth something-or-other. Why? Who knows and who cares.
About six months later, the war broke out.
Now, I did the smart thing. Changed my last name from Luxun to Archer and got the fuck out of Dodge. Dodge being the Water Court in this case. I traveled a lot for a while until the war ended. Blake was dead, so was daddy dearest and mother was gone. And good riddance to all of my fucked up family. About a month later, a woman came to me. she looked a lot like my mother, but different at the same time. Her name was Velvet, and she was my aunt. Turns out that she was a Duiecite too, one also blessed with spirit. She was also as old as my mother and looked younger. Thankfully, she was all pure good. No sucking life force to stay wrinkle free. She took me in for a couple of days, taught me a bit about the Duiecite and when I was ready she took me to Merrow Island.
Yeah bitches, this place is real. And the whole "Here be dragons" bit they always write on the maps? That's because there are real, legit dragons! And Merrow (duh) and a whole bunch of other magical stuff. It was there I met their Queen, Anastasia. She wasn't just a Duiecite, but like, the ultimate one. She had pure white markings all over her body and power radiated from her. And not "oh shit, don't mess with this chick" power, but like "warm hugs from grandmas smelling like fresh baked cookies" power. From that day on, I lived there. I learned, I studied, I grew. Eventually, like all others of my kind, my aging slowed. Turned out that I'd only age one year for every twelve. Cool, huh?
On that island, I was separate from the things that happened back on Nor. The arrival of the Saiyans, the war we got dragged into. Everything. At least until Princess Amaranth came to the island. Turned out that the chick became a Duiecite, first one created instead of born since, well, ever. Also the first Dreamwalker in centuries. But again, different story and not one about me. She convinced Anastasia that the Duiecite needed to come back to Nor. That the world needed magic again, and that Nor needed to disappear. Apparently, some bad shit went down during that war. Like, planets blown the fuck up bad.
The Queen agreed, and just like that, it happened. Merrow Island became visible. Magic flowed back into Nor and the people actually welcomed it. A lot had happened in the ten years I was away. As the Lady Lotus (my super awesome title) I worked with the Queen and four others of power. There was Amaranth the Dreamwalker, spirit. Temperance the Truth-Seer, water. Malkom the Dragon, fire. And Reyes of Judgment, air. Together, we literally HID the planet. Official story? A meteor destroyed our planet. But Nor was still there, accessible only if you knew how. And the beauty of it? Whenever a Noran left after that, they knew. But couldn't say anything. The secret, and the planet, were safe.
The years passed by in a blur after that. My life was pretty cool. I played in three Hie's, won two! Earned not just the prizes, but immortality. What it turns out my aunt had too. (Once again, yay for not sucking life force!) Life was good. Too bad it all had the change.
Remember the Fates? Those premonitions they told mother? Well, fate does not blow bullets, as Darius like to say. I was summoned. And by summoned, I mean I was kicking it was Mel one minute and BAM! with them the next. And they are creepy! No eyes except for the giant one in the ball. Shifting between ages all of them. Scenes of time playing out on the walls made of threads. Again, creepy. As it turns out, I wasn't to remain on Nor for long. Poison Phyta as they called me, was to be on earth. Why? I don't know. Did they tell me? Of course not! So, guess where I ended up when they whisked me away? You got it.
Earth.

:Aura color: Lucia's aura doesn't have a specific color. Instead, her markings glow.

She's often seen clad in a simple form-fitting t-shirt and dark black jeans. Black boots with a small heel end her typical outfit of choice.
:Techniques:
- Red of Tooth and Claw: It is said that Lady Lotus can grow claws different than others of her race. Thorn-like claws grow, razor sharp and able to cut through most metals. The most dangerous aspect of her claws is the poison that run through them, giving the receiver of poison a most painful death. Luica's claws are triggered usually by strong emotions. Anger, sadness, grief, fear, etc. They are brown like thorns and carry poison within them. She has gained enough control to stop that flow of poison if she wishes. Death is not instant unless large amounts of poison are poured into the victim. When poison, tremors rack the body, a sickly pale color coming to their skin and pain moving through their muscles. Lucia can remove the poison through another's body by piercing them with her claws again. Small amounts of the poison will cause pain and sickness before the body sweats it out, only considerate amounts of it producing death if not treated. And she rarely removes it. (In battle, it takes three posts for her poison to flow through her body to her claws)
- Trapped in the palm of her hand: Chosen by Deshara, she is said to have power over all that roots or blooms. She takes energy from plants and can make a forest with her essence. A Duiecite marked with Earth, Lucia's affinity manifested its self in a very unique way. With her thoughts, she is able to control any plants that she grows. Though plants near her are often seen moving closer, as if drawn to her. In terms of what plants she grows, this can be anything from a seed she nurtures, or the plants she creates with her essence. Lucia is able to place her essence in her blood and by literally bleeding onto fertile land, she is able to grown plants and trees, or bring dead ones to life again. They grow incredibly fast, that rate increased by how much blood she gives. Since it is her blood doing this (and small drops of it hardly due anything) it makes her very weak, especially when growing her trees (she often will cut her wrists and bleed on the trees several times to get them to be a real threat). More often than not, she will create an area of attack filled with her plants and wait to attack when the time is right. Since her plants are filled with her essence, whenever they are attacked, she does feel pain when in close proximity. (She is only able to use this for seven posts in a fight.)[In an area not prepared, it will take her one post to grow her vines (since that is her most practiced weapon of choice), and four to grow her trees. Growing her plants does NOT count toward the post-count of using them. When reviving dead plants, it takes her one post. With dead trees, three.]
- Behold the bringer of Doubt: Legend states that she is not like others of her kind. Where other Duiecite marks are just that, they say that her's are real. They saw that she lures you in, mesmerizes you, and strikes. While the marks on her back are simply markings, the ones trailing down her arms are not. The vines on her arms can slip from her skin, becoming tangible and real in every way. This gives her an advantage when she has no plants or way to grow them. They are covered in sharp thorns and her best surprise. (It takes two posts for her vines to grow to their full length, three feet on each side from her shoulders to their tips)
:Weaknesses:
- "Sunny and green? You have no chance. But rain? A plant with no sun is weak, and already I can feel it."
Like plants, Lucia gets energy from the sun. She thrives in warm places with lots of fertile land and vegetation. But block out that sun, and she's considerably weaker. Rain and night time can deplete her stored energy quickly. In a scorching desert or a place of eternal winter, she's weaker than a mortal.
