His body was sore from the night before, and sadly not in a good way, that damn little grey blob. What in the hell was that thing anyways, it kept acting like a bipolar freak show. Thankfully he was a pretty quick healer, as he was able to walk himself back across the scorched wasteland with little trouble. With him now in the Zuchini Forest, he was in much more familiar settings and was able to relax.
"Nothing like the feeling of home," he chuckled to himself. Strange as it was that he felt at home in this dangerous place, but the rebels made this place their home. There wasn't a safe place in the city for them to hide and he wouldn't put others at risk to keep him sheltered. This was good enough since very few people came out this way and no one thought to look for them here. A few explorers wound up getting too close, but that couldn't be helped at times. Curiosity made things a rather bit awkward.
Rubbing his shoulder, he tried to flex it a bit to get the soreness to dull as much as possible. Right now he was ready to just take a shower and crash into his bed. That was the one thing that really kept him walking despite how tired he was. Oh right, in the forest, need to keep my mind alert for anything around me. That would be a lame way to go out after giving all the elite Saiyans in the city so much trouble.
Smacking both cheeks, he woke himself up a bit more and focused his senses on his surroundings. The animals here could be vicious little things, and he didn't want to become an appetizing snack.

The forest, the place Mori calls home. The past day was eventful, at least as far as the majin was concerned. The woman Yakedo was an interesting woman indeed, not unlike the other women on this planet. Daddy instilled in him the knowledge of females on his own planet Earth, and they're much different than here. Servile, weak, and submissive to the men, they're a farcry from the girls here. Mrs. Yakedo was no exception, and Mori was curious where that one's path would lead her. In the now, though, Mori was wandering, trying to find his way home.
"I wonder how life is like here for the normal saiyans," the majin mused aloud as he walked. The path through the forest grew dense here, and became harder to see as it winded on. The sounds throughout the area grew more intense, and he knew the price the unobservant paid was death. "I need to be careful here, for sure. I don't want to be a kitty's dindin." The predators were hunting at this time of day, and he'd need to be on his guard. However, the day had more in store for the young majin than simple animals.
Through the clearing, Mori squinted his eyes to see a young saiyan walking this path as well. Rubbing his shoulder gingerly, the man seemed to be wary of his surroundings, on edge even. A normal being observing the man would have kept their distance, even found an alternate path through the area. The power emanating from this man was interesting to the majin, even beginning to excite him. The only other being with this power was mrs. Yakedo, and that was all. Was this a common occurence for Vegetans, for the majority to be weak and aggressive, with the benevolent being more powerful? Ironic, but an option, Mori supposed.
As previously mentioned, an ordinary being would grant this saiyan a wide berth, but not one as curious as Mori. Running ahead, he stopped at the side of the vegetan, maybe startling him, but probably not, due to Mori not intending to hide his movements. Running beside this man, Mori giggled before saying, "Hey there, you're pretty powerful, I can feel it! I'm Mori, what's your name?" Smiling an innocent smile towards this man, how would he react? A pink bubblegum-colored creation emerging out of the forest would startle someone who didn't know this species before, but maybe a common sight for one that did...

It was a good thing that he had his senses ready although in this situation, it didn't seem necessary. The loud movements of something getting closer and rather quickly immediately reached his ears. Turning towards the source, he found himself staring at what seemed to be an almost mirror image of the creature from last night. His first instinct was to charge up energy to blast it, but he stopped himself, he knew that this wasn't the same creature. That didn't mean he wouldn't be cautious, however.
Then it began to speak to him like a regular person might, this definitely was not the same creature. An amusing word came from it's mouth next that caused Yuumaru to laugh a little. "Yeah, I am strong and so are you, I can feel your power. I'm Yuumaru Mori, nice to meet you," he extended his hand. He wasn't sure if it knew how to shake hands, but it was at least worth a try. Plus he had no reason to be hostile towards this guy, he hadn't done anything wrong.
"Not to seem noisy, but do you know a guy that's essentially a grey looking version of you?" it didn't hurt to ask, maybe he could find out information about the other one. If not, well he didn't really lose anything either way. This one seemed like he was pretty nice though, not a raging psycho. Rubbing his shoulder a bit more, the pain had started to ease and he could move it easier.
"What are you doing out in the forest anyways?" he asked. There was concern for this person, even if he could hold his own. Yuumaru was always worried about people that were innocent in his view. This person fit that bill, and he was worried that he was in one of the really dangerous parts of the planet.

"Mori? You have two names, and one's mine too!" Giggling innocently again, he took Yuumaru's hand with both of his, shaking firmly. This area wasn't anywhere near safe, but the paths were safer in general, and both of these people were able to sense anything out of the ordinary. Mori was genuinely happy to find a saiyan here who wasn't aggressive or a mobster. Mori grew intrigued, however, when this saiyan mentioned another being like him. He hasn't seen anybody like himself... did his dad create more?
"A grey me?... I don't think so." Mori started bouncing up and down playfully. "I was just on the way to my dad's house to pick up a few things, would you like to join me? I could always use a friend, they're helpful you know." Smiling, he took Yuumaru's arm before walking deeper down the path, diverging slightly from the way the saiyan was walking just a few moments ago. "What were you doing out here, in the forest. I live here, but what's your excuse? The saiyans here live in the blocks down that way," Mori pointed in the direction of the city, "but not here, do they?"
The forest seemed to grow darker, the farther they went. The path grew less defined, and eventually stopped altogether. Dr. Pharaun lived away from the public eye, so it was no wonder that his dwelling lived far beyond the beaten path. "Mori, why's your shoulder hurt? Did you get an owwie?" Slowly, the majin put two and two together, and he started dancing around the saiyan. "Are you looking for the grey me to heal you? That's it, isn't it!"

"Normally, we're given two names at birth, one for the individual, and the other to signify his family. I got mine a bit later on in life though," he tried to explain. It was a strange concept to him, but he supposed it made others feel better about where they came from. He would have been fine with only one name to use, but it was Kabu that gave him both, there was no way he could refuse. The child-like entity didn't know of the grey variant running around, he'd thought as much but it was good to have confirmation.
"Okay, just figured I would ask," no harm in that. This pink kid seemed alright, so he wouldn't worry too much about any need to be wary of him. The hand shake had been amusing as well, and he asked if Yuu wanted to accompany him to his father's house. "Sure, I can accompany you and friends are always good," he agreed, chuckling as the little guy was pulling him with through the forest. Then he asked about the reason that he was out this way, and how the other Saiyans tended to live in the city.
"It's a bit complicated, let's just say that there are bad men in the city who would want to hurt me. If I stayed there, it would put others in danger, so I live in the forest myself with a few other friends," he didn't want to get him too involved in the battle. It just didn't seem right to drag another race into the war that was currently being waged between the rebels and the corrupt government pricks.
The forest grew denser and seemed to become a bit more rugged-looking. They were going into some of the less known areas, with creatures that not many knew about. Yuumaru only understood the danger since he tended to train around here. However, his thoughts were broken when he asked about his shoulder and the reason he was looking for the grey one. He couldn't lie to this kid, it just wasn't right, even if what he said could potentially be bad for him to hear.
"Unfortunately no, the grey one is the one that did this to me," he stated, trying to figure out a way to not directly tell him. Nothing was coming to mind though, it would just have to be the full truth. "He was causing destruction in the city while I was there, and I was trying to protect the people around the area. This is just one of the injuries I received from the battle."

"Two names? That's weird, Mori!" The majin was confused with this system of naming. "If people had two names, wouldn't people have the same name, like you and me?" Mori didn't quite understand the concept of coincidence, still being in such a young state of thinking. However, the brush was clearing, finally, and a relief from all the forest finally emerged after the long while walking.
"If the grey one hurt you... is he bad? I don't want to hurt people..." Mori had reservations about hurting people, even if they were prepared to hurt him. However, after his experience with the casino, it seemed his pink energy didn't hurt, it only teleported them away, to a safer place where they can think about what they've done. Like a time out!
But wait. Something Yuumaru said doesn't make sense. "Mori, you said that bad people lived in the city. So if the grey me was killing them... isn't that good?"
They were nearing the entrance to Dr. Pharaun's lab, and Mori indicated at the ground, saying so. "This is where the entrance is, but dad's a genius; there's a certain way to get in. Watch!" Getting on his knees, the majin cleared off some dust from the ground to slowly reveal a symbol on the floor carved in metal. Mori stuck his hand in the circle, and pink ki began to light up the surrounding area. Tapping into his full potential (Which Yuu may or may not have already seen due to the grey Mori,) the majin's ki made the seal spread apart, and begin to widen into a larger radius, about 8 feet total.
"Alright, this is the fun part. All you have to do is jump!" Not waiting to see if Yuumaru would follow, the majin bounced off of the ground and cannonballed down the hole, careening off the sides as he fell. The walls were made of something smooth, and gave off a slick appearance. Would Yuu follow the young majin deeper into the cave?

"It's pretty normal for a lot of people, I suppose it depends on how you grew up," he offered as a means of compromise. For Saiyans and at least a few other races it was normal to have more than one name. "That doesn't always happen, this time it was just a coincidence," he chuckled. That or this person's father had a meaning to the name as well, he wasn't quite sure on that front.
"He is, but don't worry, I don't think you're bad," he figured he might as well tell him that. It seemed finding out that there was something out there like him doing evil pained him. That was something strange to see, it was like he was still actually a child. He wasn't quite sure how something like that could work though, but he didn't really know much about him.
"Not everyone in the city is bad though, killing innocent people is never good," that was why he always tried to avoid big battles within the city. Also the reason he used guerrilla tactics, made it less likely that someone would get hurt that didn't deserve to be hurt.
They arrived and the little guy seemed excited about showing him the house, which was pretty amusing. His father had been a genius and made an elaborate method to get into the place. That was an interesting discovery in itself, why make something so in-depth to get into a house? He watched as his hand entered the markings and his power spiked to a whole new level. This opened a large hole, that was apparently the entrance to his home.
As the pink kid jumped into the hole, he told Yuumaru to follow. Well, he had wanted to show him the house, so when in Rome. He jumped down the tunnel after the kid, sliding along the metal lining to the inner depths of whatever this place was.

Seraph found himself walking (well... more of a limp than a walk) into the forest to clear his head after his brutal and humiliating defeat from that grey, used up chewing gum-like creature. He was over two times his own power but Seraph couldn't just let him keep blowing up stuff like that. Maybe Seraph had gotten in the way. If so, he couldn't forgive himself. He did start to feel stronger, sore and broken, but stronger.
Seraph had created a sling from his white shirt that held his left arm. His pants had a couple of holes but were wearable. He wore his purple and white striped shirt with is light green jacket over it to hide his numerous bruises, scrapes, and cuts all over his arms. When he stopped he felt two powers nearby, one familiar, one not so familiar. He followed it, mainly for answers. Ohhh the questions he had for him! When he got home and was able to recover he went through his stack of wanted posters he had should he need the extra money to help him and his mother pay the bills. Surely enough his face was on one of them. At first he was angry.. considering his father was killed by what we thought were the rebels, but then he got to thinking. Maybe it was just a few rogues? Seraph had to know for sure.
He eventually caught up to them to the point where the Insurectionist movement leader jumped into the cave. Before the opening could close Seraph followed and jumped shielding his arm as he did. Seraph wondered what was at the bottom, but he sure it wasn't the Saiyan's home. A slide was a little too childish for a saiyan, so it had to be the other person's home.

The forest was dark and full of terrors, but Mori paid it no mind. For when he jumped into the hole, he was met with a slide made of a soft, slippery material. When he landed, he heard Yuumaru jump very shortly after. Content that his new friend did in fact follow him, Mori turned his attention to navigating this slide to the bottom. He was going fast, but it was a long ride. Waving his arms in the air, he shouted to Yuumaru: "Enjoy the ride! It's fun, see?" Punctuating this with a short laugh.
Mori liked this new person, he didnt' even think the majin was bad! Most of the saiyans here with the exception of 2 or 3 hated the pink boy, for reasons even he couldn't ascertain correctly. Was it just his skin color, or something more? He wasn't too sure, but maybe his dad's lab would have some answers. His father wasn't one for coincidences, and always believed everything had purpose in the grand scheme of things. Why Pharaun created Mori, he couldn't be sure.
The ride finally ended at the bottom, where Mori hopped off. The bottom of the area was a tunnel that was lit with torches, and the hall ended with a metal door. Mori gleefully hopped up to the door and said, "Valar morghulis." Slowly, the door creaked as it split open. Looking back to see if Yuu made it okay, he walked through the door, where the previously dark room inside illuminated itself with a bright flash. Mori walked to the left, where a bundle of clothes lay there, unmoving. "That's my dad, he's... asleep, I think."
Throughout the rest of the lab, there are beakers, containers filled with liquid splayed against the walls, and against the far side, books lined along a bookcase. Mori pointed to them, saying, "My father kept all of his work in those journals. Maybe those have some answers for you?" Mori suddenly became aware of another presence, quickly homing in on their location. It was powerful, but unfamiliar. Pointing to the now open door, he quickly said "valar dohaeris!" With a quickness, the doubledoors began to close again.
"Do you know who this power is? Is he another friend of yours?"

It was strange that such an extravagant way of coming into the house, but he wasn't one to complain. It was rather fun to come sliding down this contraption, never one to pass up an opportunity to have a little fun now and then. If one tried to focus to hard on everything seriously they would never be able to enjoy their life. It was something he learned a while ago himself, he had been a dumb kid back then too.
When they reached the bottom the pink guy spoke a strange couple of words that began opening the door and turning everything on. When he walked to the left, towards the bundle of clothes, he made a comment about the person sleeping. Yuumaru moved a bit closer to examine it, pretty sure that there was no sleeping going on and that it was something a bit worse. It was a shame that this kid hadn't realized what was going on, and he didn't know if he should say anything regarding it.
"I'd like to read those research notes and learn a bit more, if you wouldn't mind?" he probably wouldn't understand the higher knowledge aspects of it, but he might get the gist. Maybe he could get some insight into what this kid and that grey creature were. Then maybe find a way to make sure he never had to deal with the grey one again.
Those thoughts were broken when he sensed another power coming, one that his new friend Mori sensed as well. Stepping away from the doors as they closed he faced the slide that was the entrance. Ready to deal with whatever it was, if it turned out to be hostile, the power did seem familiar though. "It seems familiar, but I'm not exactly sure who it is," he answered the question. Best for them to be on their guard in case they were about to get attacked.

Before Seraph could enter, the door shut, trapping him down here. Well he could fly back up, but he was sure the passage was closed by now. The only way was forward. Seraph stepped forward and knocked on the door with his unbroken arm. By now they should notice his presence, so trying to escape was futile. He was sure the two inside would forgive his intrusion.
After knocking he took a step back and adjusted his arm, making sure the sling it rested on was tied. It would be a shame for the sling to come undone.

A knock arrived at the door, and Mori was less scared and more excited. "Yuumaru, it's a visitor! "He can't be mean, he knocked! If he wanted to hurt us, he'd yell and attack, right? I love visitors!!" Walking up to the metal slab or a door, Mori uttered the words Valar Morghulis to open the door yet again. The door creaked and shuddered, but would open up just fine. Walking over to the vast encyclopedia bookshelf of knowledge, Mori looked at the spines of them, seeming to be searching for a particular volume.
Finding the right one, he took out a book and handed it to Yuumaru. "This is near the end of my creation, I think. The date is rate, at least. Dr. Pharaun was a stickler for writing down everything he did and why, so you should find everything he knew in there." Sitting crisscross applesauce, Mori waited for the doors to finally open, where a figure stood, another saiyan by the look of him. But that was to be expected, they're on Vegeta, after all. Mori waved the new arrival inside, happy and eager to show him around.
"Hey! I'm Mori, pleased to meetcha!" Standing up and running towards the new saiyan, he extended his hand with the intent of shaking the newcomer's. Yuu would be busy with his bookthing, or so Mori assumed.
((It's alright, I literally just woke up, so don't feel bad. I have some Muse-juice in the fridge.))

The person came tumbling down to find a closed door, but then decided to knock on it. What kind of stalker knocked on the door? Mori seemed to be excited about the prospect that it meant whoever it was had to be friendly. "Just be careful, Mori. We don't know if he's just trying to get us to lower our guard," there were plenty of people that would do such a thing. He just wanted to make sure that if this person was one of them, they were ready.
The door opened to reveal the kid that had been around yesterday with the attack of the grey creature. He still wasn't quite sure what Mori was to be honest, maybe the book that was pointed out had some answers. Walking over to the selection, he picked up the last one and began to flip through the pages slowly. If there was anything that could be learned it would be in these books.
Mori went to shake the Saiyan's hand and Yuu watched them for a moment, "So, why have you been following us?" There better be a good reason for it, usually people were wise enough to not follow him. Then again, not everyone knew who he was either, so to be following him he might just be one of the few that does. In which case, he wouldn't be able to head to the base. Not with someone that could be a potential threat to the entire group.
Not looking up from the book, he didn't feel threatened by the other to shift his complete attention. The most important thing here was learning what he could to make sure the next time he encounter that grey bastard he could fight him better.

Soon after he knocked, the door ooened. What was standing in the doorway caught him completely off gaurd. It looked like the thing that attackd the city the night before, only this one was pink instead of grey. Seraph decided the thing was kind hearted unlike the violent majin seraph was brutalized by. Seraph met Mori's hand half way and shook it with his unbroken arm. It was a relief that the majin thought seraph as a friendly, not a hostile. Seraph wasn't in a very good position to defend himself.
"Pleasure to meet you mori, my name is Seraph. Sorry if I intruded on your property. I guess my curiosity got the better of me." Seraph said, scratching his hair nervously as he took a step inside. The place was neat, but not like the average saiyan's home. He recognized the other as one of the ones that fought the grey majin. "I guess I wanted to thank you. If it wasn't for you and the other lady, I wouldn't have made it out of there alive, and tons of innocent civilians would have been killed. I owe you more than I can give." Seraph said with a respectful bow. The timing of his thanks may not have been the best, but Seraph wasn't really good with these kind of things anyway. ((Sorry for the wait. Mori's face lit up when he figured out for sure that this being was friendly. "More friends, yay!" Addressing Seraphim's arm, Mori ran towards the back of the lab and opened up what seemed to be an inconspicuous cabinet. Rummaging through it for no more than 10 seconds, he ran back with a tube in his hands. "Daddy said that these would heal most wounds. He called them senzu paste." Throwing another one towards Yuumaru for his back, Mori began to talk.
"From what I recall about my creation, I was made using some kind of mix of science and magic, something otherwise unheard of. Yuumaru has the book of summoning, he won't find anything in there other than some of the words required to complete the conscious. There's a brief description behind each chunk of magic words, describing what they're for."
Oddly wise words aside, Mori was unaware of the ending of the magic tale the book told. For his "father," Pharaun, intended to imbue Mori with evil and corruption, easily controlled by the scientist turned wizard. Racked by the pain of the process thus far, he died before making Mori what he intended, fully able to live up to his name.
