The sword slashed into the giant beast as the magic of Glenn's water spell cascaded down. Finally the beast... Chrono put down his book as he heard a great noise in the distance. Grabbing his wooden stick he heads deeper into the woods. "My enemy finally reveals itself." he laughs as he lunges into a giant beast. The stick breaks against the great beast. Chrono's jumps back and grabs another stick from the ground. "Magus" Chrono yells as he charges the stick with electrical energy. As the weapon clangs against the beast a squirrel jumps down from the monster. Chrono wipes the sweat from his eyes and sees the beast for what it actually is, A tree. Even so the tree has a 6 inch gash in it's trunk. Sheathing the stick he heads back through the clearing. "Some day I will be a real hero" he comments as he returns to the house.
