Leader of the Saiyan Insurrectionists, Yuumaru Mori is unlike most other Saiyans of his world. Knowing that the government is corrupt and turning its people against each other, he plans to take the fight to them. When he wins, he will restore Vegeta to its former glory and make sure that all Saiyans are treated equally. He also plans to bring Saiyans into a new age as well, but that will wait until after he accomplishes his main goal.
