UPDATE: All D-52 threads will grant you full gains of BOTH Zeni and PL. Remember, ONE TARGET A WEEK. Remember to add D-52 to thread name.
Hey people, you bored? How about some bounty hunter's work?
I got this idea from an old PS2 game called Mercenaries. Basically, I created four large crime organizations and the idea is to take them out. How goes it work, Blaze? Well, basically their are nine underlings, or 'number cards' in each syndicate witch would be #2 to #10. For every three underlings you bring down you have a shot at taking on one of the three lieutenants, witch are the king, queen, and jack.
Each lieutenant, or 'Face Card' has a specific set of underlings however, and that will be explained. For each target you verify, you get their Intel. if you have intel on two underlings and another player has the last guy's intel, then you can trade other target intel with them or team up on your target. Teams work best for better grades.
Above the three lieutenant is the Ace. He runs the whole thing. You must have intel from king, queen, and jack to find him, witch likely means more trading or teaming.
Rumor has it that there is a Joker as well... a man who pulls the strings of everything. True? Only the Aces know for sure...
Ruels: Targets are wanted alive. Dead targets will trigger more work to find your intel. You can call an airship to extract your target once you beat them. An Underling can have any PL you want, usually weaker than you. Lieutenants are always within 80% of you or your teams PL. An ace is always stronger than you or your team, with you being within 60%. The details are totally up to you and your team to decide, I'll simply give a qiuck breafing before you begin.
Each player can do these on any planet, one target per week. A player can assist another player even if they have done a target already. (a team of three can get full intel on a 'Face Card' in one week this way.)
All D-52 threads will be graded for both Full PL and Zeni at the same time.
Now for the groups:
The 'Family'-
Mostly Humans, these guys are a high class group of criminals who have most of the area's law enforcement in their pocket, so not only can you expect them to be no help, but they may actually impede your progress. They dress fancy, act like douchebags, and have expensive homes and vehicles. You can expect them to be packing black market high power blasters and usually attack at a range. Usually on Earth.
Best tactics would be fighting dirty, planting bombs, surprise attacks, and destroying their image.
Bad tactics would be using air strikes or massive attacks on groups as its usually in a populated area. Head on attacks are not advised.
The Cargo Cartel
Mostly Namekians, these guys deal heavy in drugs. They are masters of producing their products in secret areas where people usually can not find them. They rely alot on crazy Namekian voodoo magic to fight... it actually works somehow. This includes mind control, telekinesis, matter manipulation, shields, and other crazy stuff. Their bases are usually outdoor farms and greenhouses of massive sizes. Mostly found on Namek.
Best tactics would be large scale attacks head on or bombardments if possible, and targeting their product.
Bad tactics would be stealth or surprise, as they are paranoid and would notice you quite quick.
Deep Ice Technologies, or DI-Tech
An illegal organization of scientists. Mostly Acrosian, even the untrained techies have a large power level that makes up for it. They don't usually resort to their stronger forms as they "Impede their concentration". They are responsible for creating doomsday weapons, genetically screwed up creatures, and live testing on innocent people. Their facilities are usually underground and high tech. Mostly on Acrosia.
Best tactics are stealth and hacking to disable power before attacking.
Bad tactics are head on or being noticed. Acrosians are easier to kill if they aren't able to power up.
The Saiyan Supremacy Union, or SSU
Mostly Saiyan, apart from a few individuals they use for other means. The SSU believe the Saiyan Race should over run the Saiyan Empire and then take control of the entire universe. They are powerful and well trained fighters who train in secret Rebel Military camps. Deadly at close range, but not very smart. Mostly on Vegeta.
Best Tactics would be technological advantage and long range attack. Target food storage for good results.
Bad tactics would be going in blind and getting swarmed. They fight in packs and fight dirty.
Basically, the targets are arranged as follows. All 3 lesser targets must be verified and intel gathered to move up. Underlings intel is free. Jack always requires intel from Underlings 2, 3 and 4. Queen always requires intel from Underlings 5, 6 and 7. King always requires intel from Underlings 8, 9 and 10. Ace always requires intel from Face Cards King, Queen and Jack.

So, we can't take on the Ace's solo then since the rules mention needing to be within 70% to have a chance?

It's just something to go by, you assume they are 40% stronger than you for the challenge where they are the boss. You can solo them if you have the intel from all the Face Cards.

I approve of this! If you need a staff member to play a role in this, I'm your man.

You can go right ahead! I'll PM you some details on this guy and you can throw together a character biased on it. I'll also play targets for others who wish to try it out.
