Alright, from here on out, I'd like to let everyone... member, admin, whatever, know that I will take the role of Complaint Department. Any issues can be brought to me to avoid drama. Please PM me with anything you want to bring up including (but definitely not limited to) any form of frustration, filing a complaint against a person, reporting unfairness, etc.

Please delete one of the advertisements by Bleach Execution RPG under the advertisement page. Their members had the guts to post the same advertisement twice within eleven hours of each advertisement for their site.

Saimin no Jutsu, which I'm using on a player character for the first time seems like an unfair attack I realize after discussing it somewhat with the other person in my thread.
Saimin Nno Jutsu: Used to hypnotize someone and affect his or her mind. Can be used to various extents at higher powers, but can only be used to distract at lower levels.
This is how it is listed under the canon attacks, but it says not a word on how long it lasts or how one can defend themselves from such an attack. If a person simply has a 40% percent base power level difference that is possible, as is in the thread "Awakening", with Lucia Archer and I. Then the attack is clearly unbalanced since I can apply the attack in my first few posts as I am trying to do and brain wash Ammy's poor character in the first turn of usage through simple eye contact.
I propose a turn limit for this technique. Plus some kind of secondary mental based system for psychic techniques that would not cause such an imbalance in thread. That way this problem is fixed.
