I see you are going for the role of North Kai Blaze. I will need you to do this:
1) Elder Staff: I need you to choose which abilities to keep. The others will be locked and, if you choose Healing, it will no longer be mastered. You've been dead for 500 years, so what would you heal?
2) Soul Search: You already have Telepathy, so there's no need for this to be there.
3) Transformations: Since you're going the Namekian route, apply those forms.
4) History: As we discussed, I would like to see a much more in depth history on how exactly a Namekian is getting the North Kai role. This is unprecedented because the fact that someone that is neither Kai or Kaioshin is becoming the North Galaxy's Kai.
5) As soon as you are approved, keep in mind you automatically gain the abilities available to the North Kai. In other words: True Kaioken and Spirit Bomb get added.

One last thing and you'll be good to go.
1) You will have to start with the standard amount of abilities available to yourself, which'll be 3. In this case, why don't you combine your telepathic abilities into one? That can be something you learned to do in Other World from King Kai.

Well telekinesis and Telepathy are very different abilities. I'll leave Telepathy there for now, as i'm just going to re-add it after the thread anyway. For the record, we'll say that telepathy is not approved for now. Everything else should check out.
