The Threads
Shigo causes trouble from his planet West Kai by creating a possible storm on Earth for humans.
Shigo's storm ends up falling upon West City and terrorizing its citizens. Shigo comes to realize that not only is he bored, but he may really have terrible power to back up the reason for his bored. As he watches some humans suffer, he also realizes they are quite fragile creatures, yet he was the one chosen to watch over them.
