Quinn
Kuikku
Female
26
Black and red, lilting playfully at the edges
Quinn dons black, white, and red Kuikku clothing. Her face-mask is split down the middle, black on the left, white on the right. The left side has a white four pointed star, the right a large black diamond, connected to the bottom of her jaw by two smaller black diamonds. Her head-wear consists of three spikes, each with a beaten, bronze bell on. The right spike is red, the left black, and the one going back is black with red stripes. Her mouth is lifted on the right, while tilted down on the left. Should she cover the left side up, it would look like she was smiling. The opposite is true for the right side.

:History:
As all Kuikku, Quinn was taught early on in her life how to use ki, manipulating the intangible substance that all living things emanate, forming it into different shapes, sizes, and energy levels. While proving to be useful in some circumstances, it mostly lead to her trouble. But, some good was seen, for although she tried, and practiced, and did her best, energy basics, such as blasts, strikes, or forming objects was never her strong suit. The best she could do was to imbue other objects with ki, or her favorite, manipulate using the energies. She learned very quickly on how to best utilize her own ki energy to fly, and shortly after that, burst off with speed.
Quinn's life began on Vegeta. Born in the slums, as most of her race is on their various planets, she grew up as a trickster, a joker, sometimes for the worse. A real Loki, she would do what would amuse her, regardless of consequences. While she might perform a simple card trick one day, the next she might pull the same trick, this time ending it midway with a bang. The exploding card trick was her favorite, though it was the bane of her relationships. Quinn never minded, though. She didn't need friends, only family, ki, and "magic".
The Kuikku girl quickly rose up in the ranks, however. As she grew older, full of strength, "wisdom", and courage, her parents slowly grew grayer and frailer. Quinn had to learn how to take care of herself, as her parents passed away when she was eleven. She had too much pride to ask for help, and in helping herself, she moved from the slums to the city. She continued her education by paying for school with money made on the streets. Considered a street rat, she didn't make near enough money, having to take out loans, but she made sure that, where she could, all dues were paid.
Quinn was considered a street rat by many, though this was due to her choice in clothing. At first, she could only afford the rags she wore, but as she began drawing in more customers with her street credit, she was gaining more and more money, still not as much as she needed, but she could afford better, brighter clothing. Card tricks, misdirection, she took the whole nine yards to gain every tip, every penny that she could.
Eventually, Quinn was able to get a real job, working as a barista in a local coffee joint. By now she was nineteen, had gone through her schooling, and had mastered her arts. Fully capable of basic ki, and moderate level ki, she was the best she knew at manipulation. Intelligent, strong, she was exactly what the Vegetean rebels needed in their ranks. The cafe, while visited by locals, was a well-to-do place for rebels to meet each other, and take a load off their shoulders. It was here that she was introduced to Yuumaru, the leader of said rebellion.
Before joining, the harlequin had to take quite a bit into consideration. On the one hand, it was indeed a good cause; had the rebellion been going on longer, it might have saved her poverty stricken parents's lives. On the other, it was risky business, and she'd never had to fight before. Nevertheless, she had returned to Yuumaru, stared him straight into the eye, and given a slow nod. And that was when she realized that she had found a very special man, though she has never said anything to him about it.
This leads to the present. A quick woman, Quinn works with guerrilla tactics where needed. Slight, quick, and noiseless, she makes for an excellent spy, and is a veritable fighter for one on one. Striking from the shadows, she does not guide the pieces on the playing board. Instead, she watches from the shadows, anxious for the enemy to make one slight, fatal move.
