Saimin No Jutsu, mind affecting: Aquanus has a fair command of the manipulation of other's minds. Depending on the PL of others, he can easily take over their mind, and bend their will to do his bidding for a short while. If there is a 15000 difference in PL, he can direct the target to do anything for two posts without the victim noticing. This is akin to the Jedi mind trick; he can weave this power into his own voice, projecting what he wants into his voice.

Bio: As a young Child, Aquanus always loved the Frieza stories he was told. The stories of intergalactic conquest and power always interested him. However, there was one part about Frieza's fable that terrified him as a kid: the super saiyans.
Because of Frieza's terrible and gruesome defeat at the Saiyan's hands, Aquanus always harbored a hatred of the monkeys, even moreso than the Icer race usually imparted on themselves. He wanted to see every one of them destroyed, for good.
Being in a line of lesser nobility really restricted his plans, however. He was by no means rich, but he, along with his sister Aliza, might make enough funds to destroy the race once and for all.
His personality could best be described as vindictive. One of his signature powers, the Saiman no Jutsu, is used distract his foes while he gets whatever he intends to steal, or is sometimes used to give him enough time to use his Fissure Slash on them. He enjoys toying with his foes if he has time, but isn't foolish enough to hold back if his life is in danger.
