Attacks:
Hidden Power: Tensai has the ability to tap into the hidden power all saiyan halfbreeds have greatly increasing his power level. This counts as a x3 transformation and it wears him out fast since the body isn't used to releasing that kind of power.
Charge: The user surrounds himself with a yellow aura which acts as a shield. The user then charges at the opponent using the aura as a shield to inflict great amount of damage.
Zanzoken: The user can move so fast he leaves an after-image, While attacking from another standpoint.

Tensai's father was a middle class saiyan warrior who headed to Earth and ended up having a one night stand with a scientist named Kara, who worked at a Capsule Corporation lab in Central City. The saiyan warrior left the planet leaving the Kara pregnant with his child. 9 months later, Kara gave birth to a baby boy that looked like the father, but he had her mother's dark blue eyes. She named him Tensai after her father and raised him on her own for the first couple of years until she married coworker named Steve.
Both Sarah and Steve firmly believed that a child needs to know that education should always come first and because of this, they didn't have any T.Vs or video games in their home. They had him read from a text book once a day and had him listen to educational tapes when he fell to sleep. The didn't even let him believe in Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny!
Because of this, Tensai grew to become very mature and bright for his age. But he still gives into his more childish nature when around sweets, T.V or video games. As for his saiyan blood, it didn't give him any urges to seek battle or even like fighting making him more of a human mental wise.
Like all saiyan hybrids however, he had an inner power, but he was one of the few that could tap into some of that power. Tensai first unlocked this ability when he was 5. It was several weeks after his first day of preschool and he was crossing the street to get to his mothers car. As he crossed, a drunk driver who was speeding was headed his way, and when Tensai saw the car, everything went black. The next he knew, he found himself high in the air and when he looked down he saw the car that was about to hit him speeding down the street.
He landed back on the street with no problem and his mother didn't even notice what happened since she was reading a book. Figuring that it was best not to worry her, Tensai figured that he should keep this to himself. A few months later, a bully was beating up Tensai and when he was about to attack Tensai again, he blacked out and the next thing he knew the kid was halfway across the playground. The teacher called his parents and told them that Tensai used a ki attack on a fellow student which involved him being surrounded by a yellow aura and ramming himself into the student.
Confused about the situation, his parents went to his school to see what was going on. There Tensai's parents met up with the school consular and he explained to them that some saiyan hybrids have the ability to tap into a great power that usually manifests itself when he's in danger or to an emotional response. He suggested that Tensai should learn some martial arts in order to control the power instead of having it control him. His parents refused to go along with the suggestion since they didn't want their only child to become some kind of muscle headed jock and that the best way for Tensai to handle this was to stay away from fights.
Since Tensai really didn't remember what happened, they tried to get him to believe that he just managed to get a lucky punch, however Tensai knew something was wrong with that since this wasn't the first time that he blacked out. To get his parents off his back, he got them to believe that he believed what they wanted to believe. Now Tensai is 6 years old and still has no control over his hidden power with all of the technique he knows coming from sheer instinct while under the influence of his hidden power.
