Rapid Rush:
Rave focuses his Ki to his skates and propels himself forward at incredible speed and acceleration. At the speed from this attack, Rave mearly appears as a blur followed by a neon-blue trail of Ki.
Burst Shot:
Rave fires multiple quick bursts of Ki in the form of thin beams. He usually performs this attack during some sort of aerial trick.
Hypersonic Blitz:
Upon using this technique, Rave's body begins to vibrate at high speeds, causing him to appear blurry. When transformed, Rave's power level is doubled, and his speed increases to supersonic levels, allowing him to run from one point to another in the blink of an eye. Also, when one comes into proximity with Rave, they experience dizziness and and headache from the air waves emitting from Rave's body. Using this technique too much can result in a monumental strain on Rave's body, in addition to nausea and vertigo.

Bio:
Rave is always riding his inline skates. His speed is exceptional, and his physical strength is above average. He never cared much for close range defense, and his long-range skill is decent. He's rather loudmouthed and overconfident, but he has a certain admiration of Jeff Phoenix. He also loves graffiti.
Rave was always a delinquent, getting into trouble and involving himself in gang fights in Central City. He developed a passion for graffiti at the age of 10, and has perfected his art ever since. When he was 14, his best friend fell victim to cancer, leaving Rave with no one except his father and mother, who were ashamed to have such a disobedient boy. As a dying gift, Rave received a pair of inline skates from his best friend. To this day, Rave almost never takes them off except to shower or swim. One day at the age of 16, Rave decided to leave town for a while to observe graffiti in West City. He made saw some interesting art, but when he arrived back at Central City a year later, it was completely destroyed. The city whose streets he called home... All gone. Soon after he arrived, he was contacted by Jeff Phoenix. Rave gladly joined Jeff's gang in an attempt to rebuild the city and kill whoever destroyed it.
