Once upon a land untouched by the spoils of human hands, there existed a great arching plain of snowy mountains. These mountains where on the map, but their unique dome-shape has forced any and all humans to shy away from it. But today, and interesting fellow is going to be blatantly intruding in on the mountain's solitary design. He is a Majin called Meishi, and he enjoys flashy touch-downs. This one could possibly go down in history as the flashiest of the flashy, and some may even smack their palms to their foreheads when hearing that. But it happened-and it was exuberant. The Majin was speeding through the air, carelessly burning the energy that he presumed to be bottomless. But the little demon was not used to the cold climate of the mountains, and evidently was starting to slow down. This added to his over-use of his energy started to make him feel weak, and he dived straight into the "mouth" of the mountainside. As he sped down, his eyes where shut from the blast of cold, white air and he crossed his slightly-muscular arms over his head, knowing all too well that this was going to be a crash landing. One he was not prepared for.
Anyone would have been able to see the crater if they where two miles way. It left a nasty impact on the side of the mountain, and Meishi was stuck waist-up in the face of the snow like a cartoon. But this was no laughing mater. Meishi's body was hit harder by the frozen climate and surroundings more than the actual impact, which rattled his pink skin tremendously. In fact, his physical self alone was not able to remove his body from the now-crystallizing ice. He needed to open his palms and smash a few Ki orbs into the mountain to remove himself, and although that saved him from one excursion, there was another looming on the horizon. His impact added to his flashy removal sparked a large echoing from the mountainside, and Meishi floated a few feet away from the snow to see what was happening. Avalanche...wait, AVALANCHE?! Meishi heard the rumbling cloud of white, dense snow and ice before he saw it, and when he did, it quickly proceeded towards him. Without a moments thought, Meishi bolted down the side of the mountain with his legs pressed together and his arms outstretched in front of him. He looked like Super Man. But he used up too much energy, and began to slow down. Anxiously, he glanced over his shoulder to check on the progress of the raging blast of white that was chasing him. It was so close it could almost touch the tip of Meishi's boot. This was bad. He turned his head forward and closed his eyes, veins pulsating from his forehead. He pumped as much energy as he could into his flight, and in a moment or so, he proceeded about and inch from it! Progress! But when he turned back to check, a small pellet of ice fell from it's resting spot at the exact moment and smacked him in the eye!
His balance was thrown off and his flight was canceled, and starting to spiral out of control! He was sucked into the storm of snow like a vacuum sucks up a dust mite, and was thrashed about by the snow and the ice until they collided with the bottom. But wait...was that really the case? It may seem like that to someone on the outside, but that is not what happened. A closer look suggest quite the opposite. Meishi was frantically and enthusiastically deflecting the solid mashes of ice, punching through the tight clouds of snow. His movements looked like a blur to anyone not on his level, but he could feel the smile escalate on his face as he did so. But soon(very, unfortunately) his energy reserves became zero. Zilch. Nada. Meishi was pelted by two gigantic "rocks" of ice, and quite a few small "bullets" of snow, topped off with an earth-shattering smash into the rocky base of the mountain, where the thousands of pounds of ice crushed his body. He could not move, whether it was of pain or of being frozen-possibly even of fear, he did not move from this spot for the rest of the day. It felt like being trapped in his space-pod, constantly going through the stars until he landed on earth.
NO. He was NOT going to let that happen anymore! Light was shining through the smallest of cracks in the mound of frozen debris as the energy levels inside increased-but we'll get to that part later. Now I must tell you about mister San Hosu. Hosu and his partner where collecting information on this mountain-remember it was not civilized by humans-when they stumbled across the mound of frozen debris. Oh, the wonder! Only 'been traveling for around fifteen minutes and already made a discovery! And whats more, it was glowing too-huh? This thing inside...what was it...uh oh.
"GET DOWN!"
He swung an arm around at his partner, who curled into a ball and ducked. As Mr. Hosu turned back at the mound, he shielded his face with his arms. There was a blinding purple light, and then a scream that could have pierced the heavens. But the resulting actions seemed to happen in waves. First wave was a wave of hardness as bits and pieces of ice and snow battered the husky scientist, he could feel an especially painful surge up his left arm and it fell limp. Damn, dislocated...but that was only phase one. The second and final phase was one of an engulfing purple array of light that blasted the unsuspecting man with the force of a thousand rays of energy, sending his smoking and sparking body rolling into his partner-then past him-and finally into a much smaller mound of snow. He was out cold(No pun intended), and he was lucky for it, because his partner was not. His name was Patric Carry, and he was an exchange apprentice who just arrived a day or so ago to work under Hosu. But just like most other younger boys(looking to be around fifteen years old), he was arrogantly foolish. After standing up, he was the first to lay eyes on the battered, energy-ridden Majin. And boy, was he beaten-he was covered in welts and bruises, burns even, as well as seemingly very deep cuts.
Patric started to slowly back as Meishi scowled at him, slowly floating towards him and holding a painfully-pulsating arm. But this is where the boy screwed up. Instead of running off like he should have, he picked up a large piece of ice and chucked it at Meishi! But he giggled a bit and used the Majin body's power to extend a punch straight through it and grasped the boy's head so tightly he could not move his eyes! Wincing from the pain in the arm that he let dangle, he quickly retracted the arm and brought the boy a mere few inches from his face. Then he smiled, and his body formed into mush, and surrounded the boy! No matter how desperately he tried, he could not break free. He was just another meal for the Majin. After absorbing Patrick was completed, he popped back into his normal form, noticing his pants where now dark-green with a brown and black camouflage color. He got no power increase from this absorption-well he did, but it was too low for him to care-but what he did enjoy was the fact that it healed a lot of his wounds without him needing to regenerate! Demonically laughing, he took of above again, blasting away leaving only a trail of purple energy in his wake. Kai help the one whom may encounter him next....
