Nam stood at the top of a mountain. It was sunny in Mount Paozu today, and he was planning to engage in some serious training. Nam closed his eyes and felt the sun’s rays wash over him. The wind caressed through his body, his martial arts innuendo dancing along with that single strand of hair that always seems to drop down. He was still a bit injured from his last battle with Meishi. Sure, he used a senzu bean, but even then the explosion continued. This made him realize that there are more of those powerful foes out there. Why should we train? Why should we fight? I’ll tell you why, we train to get stronger and we fight to survive; because with individuals like that around, someone needs to step out of the sidelines and protect the weak.
Nam thought he finally began to grasp where Goku’s true strength had been coming from all this time. It wasn’t just a feeling, that he should protect his loved ones. It was more like a task, an obligation. Of course, Nam could always just choose to live for himself, but he knew who he was. He could never walk away from a person in need. Maybe it’s because he’s been the weak one all along, and helping another weakling made him feel stronger.
After meditating for a few minutes, Nam stepped off the edge of the cliff and allowed himself to fall; he was gliding down the mountain. His arms and legs were spread apart as his cloths –and that strand of hair- moving violently against the wind. His ears were filled with the sound you’d get when a person blows into your ears. As he reached the ground, he changed into a diving position; arms and legs aligned, facing towards the ground. He expanded his chi and his red aura engulfed him in a red barrier which broke through the rocky surface of Mount Paoza.
A few seconds later, he bounced high into the sky; he stood over the sun like a lunar eclipse and his silhouette was all you’d see as he launched various ki balls at a targeted mountain side. He then used his Bukujutsu technique to command the wind around him and fly towards the falling boulders, smashing them one after the other in a combination of speed and jabs. Once those boulders were turned into rubble, he continued into burying his fists into the mountain itself, making precise, round holes.
Suddenly, a much larger boulder rolled off the mountain, due to the shaking produced by Nam’s punches. He didn’t know why, but for some reason, somehow he sort of felt the boulder’s presence and looked above him. He then proceeded into performing an energy beam. The half-saiyan cupped his hands forwards and brought them back, “Kamehameha!” he said, not even bothering to charge the attack. The blue energy wave was shot forward with a swift thrust of his arms and it sliced through the giant boulder.
Nam continued to attack by sending more energy blasts to reduce the size of the rocks and repeated his barrage of attacks. Nam wasn’t sure where he was going with this. All he knew was that he wanted to get stronger. His goals? He wanted to avenge his mother’s death, for he would never forget that horrid face of the saiyan who murdered her. As the memory of the half-saiyan’s mother flashed through his head; her lifeless dull eyes, blood dripping from her mouth. A tear from the saiyan’s eyes escaped him and he screamed out in anger. His aura grew life and ferociously fluctuated around Nam’s punctured body. His screamed spread across Mount Paoza and echoed into the skies.
But no matter how much Nam yelled, no matter how much he cried. The clouds moved indifferently and calmly through the sky. The boy is screaming, the boy agonizing, he feels resentment and wishes for consolidation. But who’s listening? Who’s listening to the cries of the poor unfortunate warrior? No one.
Nam, still weeping, wielded his sword and began to slice at the wind violently; trying to satisfy his rage. He felt like he wanted to just explode and destroy everything around him, but what would that accomplish? A meaningless sacrifice –no, not even a sacrifice; it would’ve been suicide.
Nam unconsciously concentrated his wild chi onto his long sword and charged at a mountain. He struck it with all his force and watched it slice to the ground. But it wasn’t enough. Nam tossed his sword aside and began to charge another energy beam. “KA….” Nam voiced as he cupped his hands once more behind his back: a picturesque and iconic stance which had been imitated for 2000 years. “ME…” he continued. The veins in his neck and arms began to show as he spelled the words with untamed rage and anger. “HA…” his voice would not echo as they usually do, for his voice was dull and loud. Every word expressed agony he was enduring, “ME…!” Nam stood there charging the beam in his hands. His muscles were tense and veins covered him all over as if he would burst any second. It was like some kind of disease was being spread through his whole body.
He waited a few minutes before saying the last syllable, or perhaps he couldn’t. His muscles were so tense he couldn’t swallow; like a teenager trying to present his theme in front of an audience. But finally, as a drop of tears crawled down his face like razor blades, and the sunny bright sky turned into a dark ominous storm; Nam pushed his hands forward, propelling all of Nam’s emotional stress and concentrated energy in the form of a bright blue beam. But this beam was missing something; it wasn’t like the ones he usually produced. This ‘kamehameha wave’ was missing the spark of light. It was dull and misguided, as it pierced through various mountains which seem to grow out of nowhere.
Tired, the half-saiyan used what was left of his energy to slowly descend to the punctured ground, which now resembled his tainted heart. The dark clouds, full of negative energy and despair precipitated; washing all of the earth and purifying what was once black and tainted. Nam dropped to his knees and allowed the rain to wash away his negative emotions. He allowed it to consolidate and bring about piece to his mind.

The rain stopped and Nam looked up as the clouds dispersed and the sun shined on his face. He felt better somehow. He was feeling energized and motivated, even though he had used all of his ki. He tightened his fists on the ground as if bracing himself for his next segment of training and grunted as he suddenly realized the pain in his hands, from punching the side of a mountain. They were injured and the blood had already dried out. Nam looked to his side, seeing his sword lying on the ground nearby. He began to ponder about how it got there and remembered in a flash that he had tossed it to the floor just before he was about to perform an energy wave. He sucked up the pain and stood up from the ground, with the intention of getting his sword back.
“HEEEEELP!”
Nam looked around, trying to see where the cry was coming from. The landscape was rocky and disfigured; rubble and small craters were everywhere, and a road created by his Kamehameha wave. He saw his sword, which he was still intending to pick up, but he still heard the cries for help. It sounded like a little kid, and as he scouted the area he began to notice the small figure running east, behind that little boy was a giant lizard with a big appetite. Nam didn’t have enough energy to fly to the rescue, so he ran towards them at full speed, forgetting about his sword.
“HEEEEEELP!” the kid continued, still running from the dinosaur, which was about 10 times larger. Nam stepped in-between the two. The kid realizing he couldn’t hear the giant footsteps turned around to see what was happening and watched as the stranger took on the giant lizard.
“Leave it to me!” Nam said, feeling heroic as he smiled back at the kid over his shoulder.
“LOOK OUT!” the kid yelled. Nam’s eyes widened and looked forward, finding himself under the shadow of the beast’s large feet. But Nam quickly jumped out of the way, watching the dust lift as the foot connected to the ground. It took a while for the dinosaur to realize Nam had dodged and removed his foot from the spot, which resulted in a giant foot print, about 5 feet deep; rubble falling off his foot.
The lizard let out what seemed like snarl and turned around, flicking it’s long tail like a whip, intending to hit Nam. But the heroic half-saiyan timed the attack and jumped over it, landing on its large tail. The dinosaur panicked as it didn’t feel the impact and the human he was fighting had disappeared from his sight. But he soon got over it as he focused back on his prey, the little kid.
Nam ran up the lizard’s tail and bounced over its head, slamming his joined hands onto its skull, which caused mutual pain as Nam had forgotten he was injured. The giant lizard dropped to the ground with a yelp and lifted the dust once more. The unnamed kid smiled and cheered in amusement, but ran away in fear as he realized the dinosaur was still alive, for it was standing back up. Angered, the dinosaur raged and roared, moving its tail violently as it tried to remove the human whom was grabbing onto its tail. In a sudden move, Nam balanced himself on the wild tail and hopped next to the dinosaur’s face in midair and followed it with a nice side kick to the cheek bone; the hit was so strong the dinosaur’s eyes “teared” upon impact. Nam wanted to avoid using his hands, since they were fragile at the moment.
Once again, the lizard got up on its hind legs, but this time, it wasn’t going to retaliate. This time, the dinosaur turned away running in fear.
“Why’d you let it get away!?” the kid demanded.
Nam looked back, confused about the whole situation. “He gave up, where’s the harm?” Nam walked up to the child and observed him. The kid looked to be about five or six years old; he had long, blue hair that sized down to his ankles; he was wearing a black stunt suit and white shoes. It was strangely similar to a saiyan’s clothing, but he didn’t seem to have a tail; then again, neither did Nam.
“Why are you wearing those clothes?” Nam questioned, crouching down to the child’s size. The kid sat on the floor with his legs crossed and removed the big bag which he wore on his back.
“I’m Iau, I come from a village far away from here and I’m on a quest for power!” he declared. Iau then noticed Nam’s injuries and immediately dug into his bag, looking for bandages to treat his hands.
“H-hey!” Nam yelped as the kid grabbed onto his injured hands with force and began to wrap the white bandage around them.
“You helped me, so I’ll help you!“ said the strange kid, focused on his hand wrapping. Within seconds, the child was done and returned Nam’s hands back. Nam rubbed his hands, trying to hold back the tears.
“T-thanks..” he managed. “So… are you human or…”
Iau looked back at Nam, a puzzled look in his face. “What else CAN I be?” he said; this sort of shocked Nam. Could it be there are people who still have no knowledge about other species? Nam let it go and proceeded to the next question.
“You say you’re training, do you know any moves? Or was running away one of them?” he joked. Iau frowned at the jesting remark. Iau was beginning to creep Nam out for he had not moved an inch. The strange kid began to resemble a statue. “Hey, are you alright?” Nam reached out to the child but gasped as his hands went right through; the child suddenly disappearing right after. Nam stood there confused, trying to process what happened.
Two elbows rested on Nam’s shoulders and he staggered back in surprise. “Whao… Did you just teleport? How come you were struggling with that dino?”
Iau shook his head, “It’s not exactly speed, it’s a technique called Zanzoken.” He continued, “If you move fast enough, you leave an after-image, while attacking from another standpoint, like this…” suddenly little clones of the kid surrounded Nam, each with a different gesture, frozen on the spot; disappearing after a certain amount of time. That move is actually pretty useful… Nam thought.
“Hey, let’s do this; you teach me Zanzoken, and I’ll teach you my best move.” The kid stopped. He seemed interested in Nam’s request.
“What can you do?”
Nam smiled.

Nam immediately took his usual stance, it felt like routine now. But as he tried to access his chi, he remembered he was out of energy. “Um… We’re gonna have to get some grub first…” he laughed, scratching his back head. Iau lowered his head unto his palms –a humorous gesture when taken by surprise after expecting something extraordinary.
“I told you not to let that dino run away…” the small boy reminded.
“C’mon we’ll go find it. I’ll just-” Nam reached out behind him but failed to grasp the long stick he would usually feel when trying to wield his sword, he looked down at Iau’s puzzled expression and then switched his gaze to their surrounding landscape. Nam scouted the area and soon spotted his sword lying on the ground, all alone. He had forgotten to pick it back up when the little kid suddenly appeared screaming for help a while back.
“Alright, as I was saying; I’ll just slice it in half next time.” He smiled, flashing his long sword after retrieving it from the ground.
“So… where should we look first?” Iau inquired.
“Hmmm…” Nam rubbed his chin with his left hand, thinking how they should go about this, “how about we turn this into a training session? We’ll run around until we find it.” Nam wasn’t usually the type to choose such childish approaches, but due to the situation, he was dealing with a kid and they were both looking for self-improving experiences.
Iau’s eyes sparkled to the idea. Nam was beginning to think Iau was a bit too thrilled with his idea. “Let’s go!” Iau demanded, as he darted out into the horizon. Nam followed behind.
“Hey, Iau! Try to dodge this!” Nam warned, as he launched a basic chi blast. Iau panicked and jumped out of the way as the ball of energy cratered his previous position.
“Hey! I thought you couldn’t do energy attacks!” he protested.
Nam responded with a simple jest, “Hey, if I didn’t have enough energy for such a basic ki blast, I’d be dying.”
Iau stared back defiantly and used his Zanzoken to sneak behind Nam. It took a while, but somehow Nam saw it coming, “oh no you’re not!” Nam threw himself forward, parallel to the ground, facing toward the sky. Iau passed over him, surprised to not have felt his punch connect. Nam smirked as he glided under him and hinted at his hands, releasing another ki blast. The blast hit the little kid in the chest and broke his tempo, landing back to the ground as if he had just jumped out of a car.
“You okay?” Nam said, worried that he might have gone a bit too far. Iau stood back up and dusted off his black stunt suit and immediately dashed to retaliate. Nam laughed as he dodged the kid’s rear attack. They now resembled two cars running to the finish, except they were trying to sabotage each other. Iau was tailgating Nam with the intention of rear-ending him to the ground. The half-saiyan laughed as he ran in zigzag at full speed between mountains, but looking over his shoulder, Iau didn’t yield.
A malevolent smirk crossed through Nam’s face as he ran straight toward a mountain side and inches away hopped to the side. Catching the little kid by surprise as he was focused on ramming into Nam’s back, but instead he sideswiped his target and slammed into the rocky pillar. For the sake of completing car references, Iau was totaled and his hood was dented. But this did not stop him, in fact, they were just beginning. The kid surrounded Nam with mocking images of him-self.
“Can you guess which one is the real one?” Iau challenged. Nam smiled and focused on the figures, trying to follow their movements and tracking down Iau’s chi signature. At first, Nam thought Iau was moving clockwise, but he always lost him and trying following the figures counter-clockwise; this also failed, so the only logical explanation would be that Iau was moving across. With this in mind, Nam suddenly noticed the discrete wind passing through his arms. He simply lifted both arms to the side. Iau got caught by surprise and his neck crashed against Nam’s arms. The cocky boy dropped to the ground gagging as he rubbed his neck. “Nice one…” he admitted.
“Are you okay?” Nam lowered himself to the kid’s size in a crouching position, worried he might have gotten hurt. But Iau was just putting up a mischievous act as he instantly rammed his fist through Nam’s chest, he couldn’t help but smirk, feeling smart and witty to use his small stature as an advantage over older people. Wait- through Nam chest? Iau rised back to earth and exited his mind as he realized Nam’s body flinched in static and disappeared. Iau just felt as if he had punched a ghost, and he immediately knew what Nam was doing. He looked around hastily; trying to spot Nam’s position; but Nam appeared behind him and grappled him in a lock.
“When did you learn the Zanzoken!?” Iau exclaimed in awe.
Nam chuckled, “well, I guess I picked it up by watching you overuse it so much. But don’t worry, I’ll still teach you my best move once we eat.”
Iau struggled, pushed and kicked as he tried to release himself from Nam’s clutches but he was just incapable and Nam would just laugh his heart out. Suddenly, a rather big bird landed in front of them. Or was it a bird? It was a thick blue monster with a snout and a white horn sticking out of his nose; with fangs showing out of his mouth. It actually looked more like a dragon, now that Nam took a better look at it; it seemed to be a Giras, a race of pterodactyl-like dinosaurs.
Nam wasn’t sure what it wanted, but it didn’t seem to be very nice. The gira had a nasty feel about him, his teeth were showing and his eyes were slanted on the two humans. Like a hawk whose found its prey. Nam stood in front of Iau, in a protective stance. He was ready to retaliate against any sudden movements that would cause doubt. But that doubt ceased as the blue dino declared the following words, “I’m hungry.”

((WARNING! THIS MIGHT GET DISTURBING!!))
As the blue gira approached the two humans, licking his lips and its stomach grumbling; Nam braced himself and prepared to protect the little boy with both arms. “Hungry, huh? Then why don’t you go fetch something to eat?” Nam said. He could already imagine what the blue dinosaur would answer, but he asked anyway for the sake of conversation.
“I’ve already found it!” the gira roared, his eyes slanted on the little kid hiding behind the human’s legs; spitting a pink substance from its large mouth. Nam quickly grabbed on to Iau and jumped out of the way, his previous location cratering to the impact.
“What the heck was that?” Iau exclaimed.
“I don’t know, but stay away, I’ll take him on.” Nam left Iau at the top of a mountain and jumped to where the hungry aggressor was waiting.
“Nice reaction. That was my merry-go-round gum. Let it catch you and there’s no way of breaking it” the gira smirked.
This gira wasn’t normal, Nam could feel it. At his power level he’d be able to annihilate a gira. But in this case, Nam could feel its abnormal strength, for a gira that is. The blue pterodactyl laughed as it walked Nam’s way; the ground shook with every step and the rubble around him would bounce up; although, Nam wasn’t sure whether that was because of his immense power or because he was obese.
“Then I guess I’ll just have to make sure you don’t catch me with it!” Nam declared, instantly moving towards his opponent with smashing intentions. From high in the mountain Iau would begin to root for him.
“Use your sword!” he said throwing it down so Nam could get it, his voice small and low, but the echoes of Mount Paoza helped.
“No!” The sword pierced through the ground, embedded. Nam ignored it and used his new move, Zanzoken, leaving an after image of him dashing towards his enemy just before the blue gira let loose one of its power packed punches, which went right through. To someone watching from the sidelines it would probably seem like Nam had just teleported behind the aggressor, but Iau knew what was happening. The gira on the other hand, was just as confused as when Iau first used it on Nam. “I don’t use my sword unless my opponent is also armed!” he finally responded. Hearing his voice, the gira panicked and turned around quickly, just to meet Nam’s right hook on the cheekbones of the pterodactyl’s face, if it had cheekbones that is. Nam wasn’t very familiar with the anatomy of dinosaurs.
“UNARMED!? Just look at that thing’s claws! You call that unarmed?” Iau protested, pointing at the dinosaur’s sharp claws, -not that Nam was looking. Either way, as stubborn as Nam can be at times, he would not wield his sword. It was a sense of honor and pride that lived within him. He didn’t know where he got it; he’d always think it was probably inherited from his father’s genes; him being a saiyan and all. Nam thought most saiyans were pretty self-centered and arrogant. But that wasn’t his only common aspect when compared to full saiyans. He didn’t like to admit it, but no matter how dangerous, he always got this adrenaline feel when getting into fights. It was sort of like a little boy playing video games.
The gira growled at Nam, rubbing his flushed face from the blow. “I’ll show you!” The angered dinosaur spread its powerful wings, using them to boost his speed as it hastily dashed at Nam with open hands and skin shredding claws that shined. Dinner crouched and the predator’s slashing fork sliced through nothingness as the human flesh moved up with an upper cut to the chin, -or where the chin would be if his opponent were humanoid, lifting the gira slightly in midair, following with a series of jabs that practically rebounded off its jelly stomach and sent him flying into the air with a back flip kick. But Nam wasn’t planning on letting his combo end right there; upon making contact with the ground once more, he followed his body down into a squat and used the momentum to lauch himself into the air, since he had no energy for flying.
“What goes up, must come down!” Nam yelled; He was trying to act theatrical for Iau’s entertainment. Approaching the blue gira as it slowly recovered from the blow and attempted to stop himself with its wings, Nam slammed his joint hands onto his skull, and so humpty dumpty fell straight to the ground. The impact cratered the landscape and dust lifted, cutting Nam’s vision from the ground.
“HURRAY!” Iau cheered, calling out Nam’s name and dancing in the mountain he was left on. “Looks like this dude’s gonna be our dinner tonight!”
Nam smiled waving back at Iau as he calmly waited for gravity to bring him back down to the surface, unaware of the gooey substance that was closing in on him from the smoke below. Seeing this, Iau’s eyes widened, “watch out!” but his warnings came too late. Nam was caught off guard and the pink substance caught him. He struggled, but he just couldn’t seem to break free and so crash landed onto the ground.
“Hahahaha!” The blue gira’s laugh spanned the mountains as his silhouette walked out of the dust, revealing his punctured body. “Looks like you got cocky and let yourself get hit by surprise. It’s over, there’s no way you’ll break free of my merry-go-round gum.”
Nam panicked and desperately struggled to break free. But it seemed that the more he fought the pink substance, the tighter it got. The pterodactyl frowned as Nam continued to try. “I said you won’t break free!” he yelled, pounding Nam on the gut. Nam let out a grunt and blood gushed out of his mouth, it’s been a while since he felt one of those. The gira smiled, “Now it’s my turn…” he grabbed Nam by the ankle and began to slam him on the ground from right to left, Nam screaming in pain with every hit.
“STOP! LEAVE HIM ALONE!” Iau yelled. But the gira ignored him and continued slamming the sack of meat. Desperate, Iau jumped down from the mountain. “Leave him alone, you’ll fight me now!”
The gira dropped Nam on the ground and turned to find a 3 ft. child stand up to him. “Alright, I’ll play with you a little bit…”
Nam’s vision was blurred, but it recovered in time and he soon saw what was occurring. “N-no… Iau… RUN!” he advised, stuttering with his words. But Iau was also stubborn, and he would not retreat.
“Don’t you forget I’ve been training too!” Iau declared. He then immediately charged after the aggressor and gave him all he had. He used his zanzoken, surrounding the gira, whom was calm and still. He jabbed him from all sides and would occasionally let loose a kick. But Iau wasn’t seeing what Nam saw. The blue gira was smiling all along; Iau’s attacks were being absorbed by the fat cushion that is the pterodactyl’s belly. Soon Iau tired and his movements got slower and sloppy. “Are… you… getting tired yet?” he asked, trying to catch his breath from the exhaustion and constant use of energy.
“Iau RUN!” Nam insisted, still attempting to break free from the merry-go-round gum. But the kid just wouldn’t listen.
The gira smirked, “it’s my turn now…” he grabbed Iau’s head and lifted him from the ground. The boy was so tired he didn’t even struggle to free himself. Laughing, the gira propelled himself in the air with his hind legs, still holding onto Iau. After reaching a certain height he began to rotate to glide back down, ramming Iau into the ground.
“NO!” Nam yelled.
Next, the pterodactyl tossed the little boy with all his might toward a mountain, but quickly flew beside him and began to grind Iau against the ground below and finally finished it off by jamming him into the designated mountain side.
Nam began to panicked and yell in horror as he helplessly watched Iau get pummeled by the dinosaur as he continued to struggle against the pink gum restraining him. His eyes widened as the aggressor pulled out the deep-rooted sword that Iau had tossed earlier. “H-hey! Let go of that!” Nam demanded, but the gira didn’t listen. Now Nam was hysterical and tried to break the merry-go-round gum with all his strength. He then shut down and the gira embedded Nam’s long sword through Iau’s gut. He could only hear the boy scream in pain as the blue dinosaur continuously stabbed and steered Nam’s sword on the child’s body. What? You thought Nam was going to save him? You thought he was going to be the hero? You’re dead wrong. This was yet another scar emblazoned onto Nam’s heart. The memory of how he was too weak, -no, too naïve, that he wasn’t able to save the life of an innocent child.
Iau had big dreams, he was going to be big and strong. He was going to learn the Kamehameha wave. But all of those wishful thoughts were torn apart, ripped in half, and erased as they dispersed to reveal the face of reality. The blue pterodactyl-like dinosaur, liking Nam’s long sword, which was tainted with blood of an innocent child; Iau’s blood, while Nam was tied down like a dog. Nam’s eyes dulled and his heart froze, -or perhaps it raced so fast that it seemed to stay still. It would make more sense, since a frozen heart would mean certain death.
Nam’s eyes began to change from sad to anger, from anger to enraged; his teeth grinding against each other. The gira panicked as it seemed as if Nam’s power level was rising. But it wasn’t spiritual energy, it was pure will power and hatred that created the illusion of Nam’s chi rising. The merry-go-round gum began to crack and soon turned into rubble. The blue dinosaur ceased from licking the blood off Nam’s sword and dropped it, petrified that Nam had gotten taken his second wind and stood back up from the ground. Nam’s only regret was not doing it sooner.
“YOU BASTAAAAAAAARD!” he screamed as he darted towards the paralyzed monster and rammed his fist into his snout, breaking his teeth, nose, and that little horn sticking out of it. “WHAT DID HE EVER DO TO YOU!?” Nam continued, as he jammed the gira’s face to the ground, just as he had done with Iau. Right now, Nam was worse than a giant rampaging ape, he was god compared to that; or at least that’s what the scene implied.
The half-saiyan looked down on the blue monster as its blood flooded the floor and he showed no sign of movement. In the blood, he saw a reflection; the reflection of another monster… -himself. He soon began to reason and calm down. This is the moment when his tears would begin to flow out and he’d feel the pain and resentment. I’m no better, am I… he thought, dropping down to his knees. Nam looked up to the sky. He hadn’t noticed it was already night; the moon was smiling at him, but he had no idea why. He didn’t deserve it.
Nam gazed far to the left, where the remains of Iau lied. He decided to bury the little guy. Then, he made a fire a cooked the blue gira. It disgusted Nam, but he had to move on. He needed the energy. In the morning, Nam greeted Iau’s grave and spent a few nights to recover, while taking the time to remember the short lived moments with the kid. Meanwhile he would spend the day performing minor training methods like push-ups, squats, pushing boulders, etc. And he fed on the dinosaurs that resided nearby.
And so, that’s life. Terrible things happen, but no matter how bad it is, time will keep moving forward; waiting for no one. And unless you move with it, you will forever be trapped in an endless pit of sorrow. No, Nam will not let this incident take him out of course. He will use it as an incentive to keep on pushing forward and fighting for that little kid he met in Mount Paoza. He will train and never give up, he will avoid any similar deaths for as long as he breaths.
You wanted a purpose, a reason for the things you do every day… Now you’ve got one.
