Envy jumped north, then west, trying to find what she came for. ’ Great, Sandra’s probably laughing at me from Other World by now.’ “Oh how right you are, En.” Envy stood up carefully and stopped all of her movement, she shook her head slowly and removed the black piece of cloth that covered her neck and face. ’ My my Sandra... Are you still trying to read my mind?’ She projected her thoughts in her head, thats the only way Sandra could hear her was if she was direct. ” Tyring? Not exactly, I’m more concerned with watching over your training. Have you found a new partner yet my dear?” Envy shook her head then walk forward a few paces before putting the cloth back over her face. ” Well then... I’m dying for you to come back to me, I miss your company.” ’ I’m not going to die just to see you again. In fact after I get my voice back I’m going to make certain that I gain immortality, even if I die trying.’ ”Nice thought... However if you die wont you need a living person to bring you back? And not to be rude but, you cant control the dragon with your thoughts so I still don’t get how your going to be able to get a voice...”
Envy stopped for a second before she jumped off the cliff and landed directly on her finger tips of her left hand. She pushed against the ground then hurled herself into the air, before landing smoothly on her feet. Envy closed her eyes then straightened out her body so that she looked like a stick, she then breathed in slowly and gathered up her energy. ’ Sorry Sandra... Time for work.’ She thought before clouding her mind with thoughts of concentration and training.
Her focus crept to a small rat, an unseen smile then appeared on her lips as a Prussian Blue aura surrounded her body. She took another deep breath then focused all of her energy into a burning ring around the small creature. The rat was trapped and she was free to practice her next sequence. Hopefully before the ring exploded. Envy started to move her arm in an elliptical motion, from a distance it looked like she was using smoke to write something in the air, however close up it was like a spider web. After the web was constructed she removed her mask and blew on it and immediately it went towards her target. The web slung to the rat and started to smoke, then her chi ring exploded. Sending nothing but light and fire into the peaceful night sky.
As soon as the blast cleared she reinstated her mask and walked forward, picking up the small rat’s destroyed body as she walked past. ’Well Sandra how did I do?’ she thought holding up the dead creature by the remains of it’s tail. ” Disgustingly fantastic. Too bad you were never really much of a challenge when I was alive...” ’ So I guess that’s why you were the one dead ri-’ Before she had time to finish Sandra’s voice broke in, as calm and slightly angry as ever. ” I let you win.” He said coldly. Envy shrugged and went back to her basic training time, sadly right now she was no longer in the mood. Perhaps going into Satan City to reek havoc would lighten her mood? Killing some wanna be hero, and then asserting her dominance by killing some innocent as well. After all Central City was completely obliterated by that Majin character, and she was sad that she wasn’t around to see it.
’ Might as well.’ She thought smiling as the ground started to rumble underneath her. The energy had been storing was now ready to release, and since she was now in one of her moods Envy would release it full force. She looked at the cliff west of her, then focused her attack, aiming directly below her. As she placed her hands against the ground, a massive flow of energy was released into the Earth’s surface. Envy watched as her drills broke through the surface and the cliff exploded into tiny pieces, her mood was now brighter. ’ At least now I wont have all that extra energy.’ She thought smiling as she got up and adjusted her gloves.
Envy smiled, thinking to herself that perhaps she could get in some physical exercise. It had been awhile since she had sparred with someone, however an invisible opponent wasn’t much of a challenge neither were trees or rocks. ’Why does life have to be so complicated? If I had a voice I’d scream.’ Envy cracked her knuckles then popped her back and rolled her neck around on her shoulders. ’I wonder what would happen if I tried some of these attacks on myself, after all if I ever teach someone these skills then I’ll have to know how to counter them right... It’s settled. She smiled then prepared herself for the first of her encounters.
She put her hands against the ground and focused all of her energy into her hands, allowing a blue aura to surround her hands only. After about ten minutes of waiting, Envy’s technique was ready to unleash. She forced all of her energy into the ground beneath her, fully expecting it to move back towards her from wherever it came back up. Not wasting any time to see where it came back from, Envy focused her chi to make a ring of energy to trap herself. ’Everything is now in place.’ She thought happily.
After using most of her power to stack the odds of survival against herself, she had decided to focus the rest of her energy into her defense. She crossed her arms in front of herself and looked for her drill blasts. As she expected they came up in four different directions, however they hadn’t collided with anything yet. Except now they were all coming towards her, and were bound to meet in the middle where she was standing. Besides that her chi ring was just about ready to explode, she timed it to burst about when the drills would reach her skin.
Envy powered herself up, a Prussian Blue aura surrounding her body. The drills entered the ring all at once, and exploded on Envy then the chi ring imploded on her as well. As soon as the blast was done, Envy found herself inside of a huge crater with her tossed to the side. There were no more trees around the area, and hardly any smooth ground left, the air itself seemed to be nothing but dust and smoke. ” Anger issues?” Sandra asked is voice was like nails on a chalk board. He’d often used his telepathy to try and enter her mind, however since he was in Other World at the moment his powers weren’t as strong as they usually were on her. ’ It’s just training. I need to be more powerful If I’m going to take on Kami’s special forces and steal the dragon balls after they’re created.’ Envy thought carefully about what she allowed to echo in her mind, after all her mind was mostly clouded with thoughts and past action making it harder for him to read when she didn’t want him to.
” A little ambitious En? Not to mention that your methods are slightly archaic, considering that your only a teen you seem to have a lot of issues.”
’No. More like stealing from a thief.’
” Who’s the thief and what are we stealing?”
’Not we, me. The thief is everyone, and I’m stealing the world. As crazy as that sounds, you know the past and you know why.’
” Indeed, well. Isn’t laying on the ground with multiple internal injuries kind of painful?”
’ Kind of. But It could be worse.’ She thought directly before returning to her clouded state of mind and slightly remembering what she was doing at the moment.
She sat up and moved every muscle in her body to make sure she didn’t have any fatal wounds. If this was a battle then she would have been able to fool with her opponent by making them think that she hadn’t gotten hurt at all. She smirked before standing up and brushing herself off, Envy was a bit of a neat freak and didn’t like to be filthy. She yawned and stretched her arms thinking of what to do next.
