Endive sighed as she looked out upon the planet her pod was about to land on, ever since the... incident she'd always hated getting that first look at the planet as she arrived as no matter how hard she tried it always reminded her of what the others would say about the planets they were due to purge and while she enjoyed the memories themselves it was still rather disheartening when no such communications came in through her scouter. Though perhaps that was for the best, Bukin would have likely given her no end of grief what with her scouter now being actually apart of her. Endive cracked a small smile beneath her mask as the pod made impact with the planet's surface just a few miles outside of the city.
Sighing to herself Endive tapped toe button to release the pod hatch, with a hiss the pod door swung open allowing Endive to pull herself out from the cramped pod. Perhaps one of the few benefits of this body was that the pod rides no longer caused her any real discomfort though she doubted that there was any real way to make the rides themselves any less tedious. The general word from above was that if you wanted your ride to your mission to be any but 'standard issue' you needed to pay out of pocket to do so, something that wasn't exactly easy for Endive between her physical upkeep needs and the cost of raising a six year old saiyan girl.
Chuckling Endive took to the air allowing her jets to do the lifting rather than using her normal flight, it had been requested of her that she try and make some more frequent use of the jets so that they could get a better idea of how well they worked. Personally Endive didn't see why they were necessary, it would likely be far better for anyone to just learn to use the flight technique. Neither the jets nor the flight felt inherently better which was mostly why she didn't protest the request to use the jets. As Endive approached the city she rolled her eyes as she spotted a group of onlookers trying to get a look at what he pod was from afar.
They were all pathetically weak, more so than those who had made up the populace of that planet however intelligence indicated that at least a few of the populace had significant battle power's, nothing too nasty especially since she was doing this mission by herself, ever since the incident most of her mission were generally solo missions simply because she'd preferred it that way. Seeing that the crowd that had gathered seemed to have noticed her Endive shrugged to herself and blasted forward at them as her palms switched into there flamethrower mode.
Before the crowd could even properly recognize what was going on Endive had already made two passes over them unleashing waves of flames over the group, luckily for them Endive had intentionally put more into the attack than normal so they would die faster. She didn't particularly care for the pain they would have felt but she wasn't quite as sadistic as some saiyans out there. The sudden extinguishing of several energy signatures seemed to set someone off as Endive's left eye picked up one of the significant power's making it's way here, luckily it was both alone and close. That meant she could take the warrior down without any worry of the others ganging up on her with him. There were at least three others with significant power and any chance she could get to cull those numbers was a chance she would take.
Setting a few houses ablaze with her flamethrowers Endive cleared an area for the inevitable fight as the warrior arrived. The creature looked livid as he looked upon the ashes of the village, even more so when he saw the partially scattered ash remains of the villagers of said village. "How dare yo-" The man began but he was quickly cut off by an energy blast to the guy sending him tumbling from the sky and to the ground. "None of that, no dramatic hero's monolog. Lets just fight." Endive said as she rolled her eye behind her mask.
The man growled as he pulled himself to his feet only to have a knee imbed itself in his gut. Gritting his teeth the man took a hard swing as Endive's mask managing to nail her hard as he reeled back from the knee to the guy he'd taken. Endive staggered back slightly from the blow but thankfully recovered more quickly than her opponent, because she did unleashed a quick flurry of kicks and punches at him forcing the man on the defensive. Quickly using her left eye to scan the area she noted an area of rubble that she had not blasted down quite yet due to it being made of tougher stone than most of the village, it had likely been some sort of mildly important building when it had been standing.
Endive stepped up her assault as she drove the man towards the rubble, occasionally the man would throw out an attack of his own hoping to take the offense for himself but Endive would simply take the hit and keep going letting her tough metal hide absorb most of the damage. Not something she would normally attempt on stronger opponents but she felt this guy was just weak enough that it was fine. Eventually she managed to corner him against the rubble and when the man finally realized it was far too late as Endive bathed him in flames reducing him to ash just like the villagers he'd come to avenge.
Brushing some of the dust off of herself Endive turned to face the area where she had sensed the remaining three power signatures, they had evidently not decided to come to this one's rescue likely he'd been sent as some sort of distraction while the remaining three gathered up the citizens somewhere safe, it was a common protocol that she had seen amongst planets such as these and it made the mission all the easier as when this was done it meant that once the last lines of defense crumbled the citizens would be pretty much all in the same place and it meant she could finish them off quickly and be done with the mission.
Igniting her jets Endive took to the sky launching a few decently powered ki blasts at the remains of the village effectively reducing what little there had been left to nothing and as well doing a good job of blasting away the ashes she'd left behind. Turning away from the village Endive flew towards the area where the three powers had converged. From the map layouts she had been given it seemed that they had converged upon the largest 'village' though due to it's size it was really more of a typical city though unlike Saru City it lacked pretty much anything in the way of technology due to this planet's underdeveloped society.
As she arrived at the village's outskirts Endive smirked as she scanned the area, the three warriors and the majority of the town's population were holed up inside of a large and rather well defended building. Probably a bit too tough to take down with ease... however, she knew that if she did enough external damage and made it painfully obvious to the three inside that if they wanted to fight her they would need to come out here and fight her where SHE wanted fight. With a shrug Endive swooped over the building several times bathing the outside in fire and energy, the blasts of energy were strong enough to take out several large chunks of the building and it didn't take particularly long for her eye to pick up on the fact that the three warriors were moving to head outside.
Positioning herself just outside of where the three seemed to be heading she waited, once her eye picked up that they were just outside of one of the heavily reinforced doors she grinned a predatory grin as she took a few steps back hearing the sound of them opening the door. One side of the door opened slowly as a head peeked out to check out the surroundings. Once Endive saw the creatures face she leapt into action leaping at the door and nailing it closed on the creatures neck with a hard kick, with a sickening spurt of blood the creatures head was removed from it's shoulders and Endive could sense the other two signatures backing away from the door, however they weren't running, simply giving themselves room.
Beneath her mask Endive raised an eyebrow as her eye picked up that the two remaining warriors began to raise there power levels rather dramatically, they were still manageable but they wouldn't be going down quite as easily as the other two, especially considering they would be fighting together most likely. Endive backed away from the door as she sensed the two warriors form there energy attacks and blow the door off it's hinges. "You monster, how dare you come to-" One of them began but he was cut off as Endive launched a series of blasts at him. "As I told the first one of you who I encountered. None of those stupid heroic last stand speeches, just fight me." She growled before launching herself at the two.
The two almost seemed disappointed when Endive wouldn't allow them to speak, as if they had been preparing the speech for just an occasion such as this. Perhaps though they had, they did live rather close to the Saiyan home world, it was only natural to know that one day your planet might be the next in line for extermination. Endive however didn't much care for there disappointment, she attacked the one who had been speaking dead in the chest with two quick jabs before twisting to block a swipe from the second man. A pattern of Endive striking one of the two a few times and then moving to block the other quickly formed and no matter how the two warriors tried to mix things up she still managed to keep the flow in her favor as they only managed to hit her at best once for every three hits she landed on them each.
Finally the two warriors truly became fed up with how completely Endive seemed to be able to control the battle and after one last exchange they managed to pull away from her breathing heavily from exhaustion. Endive sighed to herself as the two pulled away, they were tough, she'd only managed to keep control of the fight as effectively as she had because she was able to ignore the attacks she manged to let slip through because of her metallic body. Had she been a normal saiyan attempting this she likely would still be better off than them but she'd likely have accumulated at least two broken ribs and innumerable bruises.
"It's time to end this." It's time to end this. The warriors and Endive said/thought in almost perfect unison. The two warriors began charging there energy for some sort of blast style attack, likely something like what they had used to take down the door. While Endive simply activated her flamethrowers and pointed her palms at the two warriors as they seemed to have fully charged there combined technique. "Burn." Endive said as the two men opened there mouths to proclaim the name of there technique. As she did so a torrent of fire was unleashed upon the two men and in the resulting confusion they lost control of there technique causing a massive explosion that both killed the men and sent endive flying out of the building through the open doorway.
Endive awoke a few moments later having temporarily been knocked out by the force of the attack. Not detecting the two warrior's energy signatures any longer she nodded to herself as that was confirmation enough on there demise. Now she simply needed to eliminate the rest of the population and head back home. With any luck the ride would be short enough that she'd have enough time to tuck Beaa in for the night.
