Ryota raised an eyebrow as Zach stood and spoke to the group stating that they needed a leader and then going on to suggest that the leader should be either be Ryota or the Guardian. Ryota wasn't exactly too sure on how he felt about that, he wasn't exactly adverse to leading the warriors assembled here however he much preferred it when those under his command were apart of his crew and considering that at least Kris seemed to be a legitimate warrior-of-kami he wasn't entirely sure on if anyone here would be willing to join his crew. However he knew one thing, he had no intention of falling under the command of anyone, especially not the Guardian himself. He had no ill will towards the man and even respected the position he held. It was simply a matter of Ryota being unwilling to A) be under anyone's command and B) ESPECIALLY not the command of one who fell under the command of the Kaioshin.
Perhaps it would simply be better to work with Toshio's suggestion, to remain a leaderless group and simply have each member effectively hold as much sway as any other, Ryota would be perfectly comfortable with this as he had no intention of forcing these men to make him the leader of the group.
Ryota let out a laugh as Kami claimed that they were far too outclassed by Touketsuki, the Guardian seemed to be of a rather pessimistic nature as while yes as individually perhaps none of them could stand against Touketsuki for particularly long save for maybe himself assuming that the power displayed in his battle against Zach at which point it would not be long before he was rather certain he could face down Touketsuki alone. But even still Ryota was rather certain that as a unit at the very least the combined power of Himself, Zach, and Carmine could perhaps pull off the defeat of Touketsuki. They would not be without casualty's, and most likely the one to die would be himself. But he was certain it was possible.
Then Kami did something rather... odd... with a great display of power he managed to summon forth a tiny floating lizard and the ridiculousness of the act almost caused Ryota to burst out laughing.. and then Kami started speaking in a language Ryota did not recognize and the tiny lizard was rather suddenly a not-so-tiny dragon asking why he'd been summoned. "Well... I'll be damned." Ryota muttered as he stared at the massive scaled beast. He'd heard stories of the mortal realm's dragon's. Great beasts capable of causing miracles with there arrival but for the most part they were believed to be myths. His home realm had similarly mythic creatures. The fact that there was a dragon here implied at least to Ryota that perhaps it would be preforming one of the 'miracles' commonly associated with them.

Carmine watched events unfold silently. He didn't know whether or not Zach was right about needing a leader or the young Toshio was right about the group sort of leading itself. If he needed to choose a commander though, he'd go with Ryota. Demon or not, his heart seemed to be exactly in the right place.
But then Kami interrupted this train of thought. He admired their optimism, but seemed to think all of their ideas would be in vain. Carmine had sort of expected this when he mentioned the idea of allying with an alien race against Suki, but it was the only tactical option he'd thought up. When Kami mentioned needing an advantage, Carmine desperately wanted to shout at the man that he'd come up with the only feasible option for an advantage.
And then Kami performed the strangest ritual he'd ever witnessed, and it resulted in something that Carmine simply could not find the words to explain if he had tried. Floating before them was, by all accounts, an honest to goodness fucking DRAGON, and it wanted to know why it had been summoned.
Carmined left hand changed into the Galleon Buster, a nervous reaction that Ryota and Zach would have seen at the banquet, but Carmine ran his thumb over his sword bells again in a vain attempt at calming himself.
"Kami...what the hell did you just do?"

Royd remained silent through much of the debating that followed, however he did nod happily to Captain Ryota following his offer of assistance. Hopefully he would have the equipment needed to recharge the Anti-gravitational disk, otherwise Royd would have to risk bringing the Nightflyer down to hover over the lookout in order to pick up the disk. He didn’t want it to come to that because not only would the ship’s immense size be alarming, but it might inadvertently start a ship’s size oriented pissing contest between Ryota and himself. Not to mention the unnecessary stress the vessel would have to endure just to pick him up. No it was best it stayed in orbit until repairs were complete.
“Thank you very much Captain. When we are done here I will graciously take you up on the offer of assistance.” Royd responded and turned his attention back to the group as a whole. The conversation seemed to now be revolving around how best they could prepare for the monster’s next visitation and leadership in particular. While Royd commanded an impressive vessel he was neither a military man nor even one of action. His life had been one of solitude and routine and the only reason he commanded the Nightflyer was both because it has been the only thing he has ever known and it was built for him to command. This is of course why he was greatly relieved when the shirtless fellow didn’t include him in his suggestions for the group’s leader.
The conversation continued without Royd’s input, he was happy simply to stand and watch, although by now it was the standing that was occupying a greater portion of his concentration. Finally the Kami, as he called himself, drew the attention of the group back upon himself and in a display of light that Royd’s science oriented mind found difficult to cope with, summoned an enormous, flying snakelike creature. The presence of tiny arms and legs denoted it was not in fact a snake but the limbs were so small in comparison to the ridiculous length of the creature as to be almost vestigial.
“Well… You certainly do not see that every day…” Royd commented idly and gazed up at the hovering monstrosity. “What exactly is it?” he then asked, casting his gaze back to the green man.

Zach Sat back down with almost equal difficulty after delivering his say on the matter and lowered himself fully to the floor, laying down on the tiled surface. He took the opportunity while the others were discussing the position of leader to try the bread the boy in the shoulder pads had brought him. For plain bread it wasn’t bad and thankfully his digestive track seemed to be able to handle it. He did note, rather unhappily so, that the Captain didn’t exactly have a positive reaction to his suggestion or rather nomination as leader. The man in the blue-ish green gi spoke up almost immediately after him and literally dismissed the whole notion of having a leader, making Zach feel as though his effort was wasted.
He didn’t particularly care for the counter suggestion either, by not having some type of guiding force, the group which was already tenuous could fracture and if that happened they could descend into disorganization before the next battle even took place. Kami though interrupted the deliberations rather abruptly and seemingly without reason, turning to an alter that he’d not seen before. After speaking some strange words and producing a dazzling light show, a massive creature of some kind was hovering over them and actually spoke. ‘Ok… I’m officially losing it.’ Zach though to himself but was reassured he was not crazy as the others were having much the same reaction.

Kami concentrated, as the green energy continued to flow from his hands up into the dragon, and right before their eyes, the once lightly Youthful Kami, whom had saved zach's life, whom had split in two, whom had trained Nehan so intensley, began to age, right before their eyes his skin began to dry, his voice went from adult, to elder. His body began to shrink slightly, his muscles burning away, his skin wrinkling. This technique, as grand and amazing as it was, was killing Kami.
"Oh my dragon....We have summoned you here to see the earth, the one that you guard so heavily."
The dragon's eyes seemed to flash, as if someone had taken a picture, only with a deep red light, he turned his head slightly the the right, and the again to the left.
A growl began to come from within the dragon, he spoke again this time with less agravation, and more anger.
"The Earth Earth is in deep need of a miracle."
The beast said loudly, so loud infact that even those not on the lookout may have heard it. Kami began to struggle, putting one hand on the nearby podium that he had taken the jar off of, the other hand still draining his power.
"Eternal dragon, grant us a wish this day, and every year here after, to help us bring the earth back to the glory it once was!"
Kami dropped to one knee, his right arm still outstretched feeding the giant his energy, and the dragon nodded, as he did so the energy line between him and Kami cut off, causing Kami to completely collapse on the ground before the might of the dragon.
"Then Tenshu.....What...Is....Your....Wish"
The dragon said, his eyes fading in intensity slightly.
Kami was to weak to speak, he needed a moment to gather the air back to his chest, this would give everyone a chance to comprehend what was happening before the wish was made.

Carmine watched as Kami spoke with the dragon, and the dragon spoke back. He'd heard hundreds of conflicting myths about dragons, but he remembered one that now stood out. Dragons, sometimes, were capable of granting wishes.
Which is exactly what Kami was asking for.
Carmine got to one knee and put his arm around Kami, an attempt to help the green alien right himself in front of the incredibly powerful beast. He looked up at the dragon, then at the man whom had seemed little more than a scholar, all mind and no strength, and was nothing but impressed. He marvelled at such power as to treat with legends.
"Kami," he whispered, "What can we even wish for? Can we just wish Touketsuki dead?"

Toshio watched as nobody spoke up except for Kami who seemed to really disregard his and Zach's idea. Instead motioning for a jar. A jar that within it held a rather small animal of sorts. Toshio had thought it looked like an ancient long forgotten beast..a dragon. He brushed that idea off however. Theirs no way this green man could have a dragon..besides aren't they suppose to be much larger than that? Their suppose to be a monstrous entity.
Toshio continued to watch as Kami muttered some words and the dragon grew to an incredible size. Now talk about a shocked Toshio. He tried not to show it too much, but he was shocked. Big..Big..dragon.That is definitely the dragon I was thinking of.. yea no doubt about it. He then spoke out loud.
"Well you certainly don't see that everyday...
Toshio continued to watch the dragon. His eyes turned back to Kami for a seconds and he had noticed that Kami had aged significantly .Making the dragon become large like that would have took a lot out of him..or something odd.. Toshio continued to watch and listen as the dragon spoke in a deep and aggressive monotone. Kami and the dragon traded speech and Toshio heard Kami mention a wish...a wish? Can it truly be? Could a dragon grant someone a wish? Were their rules? So many questions ran Through Toshio's mind as he continued to watch the large dragon and the now elderly Kami.

The discussion about having a leader quickly faded and the green man insisted that resisting was useless. Well what does he expect us to do…? Nam questioned. He couldn’t see any other solution, and he was starting to feel uncomfortable with the fact that there could possibly exist a path he hasn’t thought of yet. What was Kami hiding?
Before them, Kami had placed seven perfectly round stones. Their perfect curves caught Nam’s eyes, but he knew they had to be man-made. In the center there was a small jar. He tried to peer through the glass from afar, but he couldn’t see much; just light. As Kami picked up the jar, and the seven stones began to rotate around his waist. Nam didn’t have enough time to react, or form some kind of hypothesis that could explain what he was observing, because his thoughts were soon overwhelmed by the immense energy that had begun emanating from the jar as Kami removed the lid. Nam cringed and stepped back as he felt the power being released. It was something that surpassed even Touketsuki. What was Kami hiding?
Moments later, the contents of the jar were revealed. Nam’s miniscule heart attack ceased and instead was replaced with great confusion by the minute creature that was floating before them. The man known as Captain Ryota began to laugh, but Nam couldn’t manage process some sort of verbal sound. It seemed like a small lizard –a very long lizard.
The alleged Namek began speaking in a foreign language. The airborne lizard began to glow brighter and let out a scream as the sky turned dark with thunder clouds and lightning. Nam cringed as the shrill scream turned into a roar that filled the skies that hadn’t been occupied by the lizard’s vast body. Hitoshin?[i/] was the name Kami pronounced. It didn’t take long for Nam to realize the lizard was a dragon. It floated above them with its vast body, which emanated that immense power and soon its strong and loud voice. The voice of this dragon was omnipresent –It was as if Nam were surrounded by speakers. The half-saiyans eyes were now slanted on the giant lizard and his ear bypassed any remark or statement the others might have said. It was just slurred over in the background. All Nam could hear, see, and think, was the dragon.
Suddenly, all the pieces began to fall together as the recent events began to pass through the half-saiyan’s mind: Seven perfectly round floating stones, an almighty dragon. Nam was familiar with the stories and legends, but he didn’t think it was true. The dragon balls… he thought to himself.
"Oh my dragon...” Nam jerked his head towards the voice he heard. It was an elderly and weak voice. Nam looked to either side, as if looking for Kami, and then realized the shriveled up green man with tentacles was in fact Kami. He was wearing the same clothes; his voice was similar, although weaker; he was standing at the same spot Kami was once standing; and he was green. “We have summoned you here to see the earth, the one that you guard so heavily." He continued, and as he did, he seemed to be getting older. It was possible that the green energy Kami was sending to the dragon was his life force. Nam would normally just write it off as energy, but it seemed to be making the man age and life force seemed to be a better term.
"The Earth is in deep need of a miracle." Nam cringed as the colossal dragon began speaking again with its reverberating voice. Kami dropped to one knee, but the one known as Carmine rushed down to support him. Nam knew what was next. According to the stories, when you collect all seven dragon balls, an almighty dragon would rise and grant you one perfect wish. Nam didn’t know if there were rules, and he secretly ridiculed himself for entertaining the idea. But so many weird things have happened –it didn’t seem so far-fetched anymore. The dragon was there after all, and the power it was pouring down from it proved it was real and not some kind of hologram.
"Then Tenshu.....What...Is....Your....Wish" the dragon started once more with its vibrant voice. Nam was starting to get used to it though, but he was surprised to hear the dragon refer to Kami as Tenshu. So, was his name Kami Tenshu? –Or perhaps Tenshu Kami? Nam didn’t know what Tenshu meant, or whether it meant anything at all, but he knew that Kami meant ‘god’, ‘spirit’, or ‘life force’. Perhaps… Kami wasn’t a name, rather than a title?
Nam wrenched the thought away and focused on the matter at hand. Nam didn’t know whether you can just wish for the disappearance or perhaps death of Touketsuki Yakedo; maybe they could wish him to become good or to fall in love. Nam didn’t know the details. Since he couldn’t figure what Kami –er, Tenshu wanted to wish for, Nam got down and helped bring the wrinkled man back to his feet. “You okay?” he whispered.

Royd was finding what he was seeing to be particularly hard to believe. Being a man of science he could just accept this giant snake, lizard’s existence without some explanation as to how it came into being, and yet it was there, plain as day and holding a booming conversation with Kami, at least until the Namekian collapsed. Looking away from the dragon for the first time since it appeared, Royd noted to his horror that the Kami had seemingly aged decades. He even struggled a few steps forward before his common sense got the batter of him and he stopped before getting too close to anyone. Should any of them trip over him in an effort to get to the green man they’d have three crippled people, Kami once and Royd twice.
“Someone make him stop this before he kills himself.” the telepath instructed, not fully understanding the mechanics behind the dragon’s appearance. He didn’t know if the dragon was self sustaining now that the energy transfer had visibly stopped, but for all he knew the thing was still sucking the life out of Kami and he wasn’t about to let that happen. So concerned was Royd about Kami’s health that he blocked everything else out, including that monster’s booming voice and reached forward with his telepathic talents, touching the Namekian’s mind.
“Kami, listen to me. You must stop what ever it is you are doing. Surely you can feel what it is doing to you. Stop before it kills you.” Royd implored Kami’s mind.

Zach was flat on his back, staring up at the giant creature hovering above them, his line of sight not permitting him a view of Kami and thus he did not notice the Namekian’s rapidly failing health until Royd called out for someone to stop him. He had noted that Nam and a few of the others were moving towards the green man but he was both too distracted by the dragon and his injuries were still troubling him too much to sit back up again. However as soon as he pieced together what was going on, Zach lurched back up into a sitting position with a herculean strain and a monstrous growl of pain.
‘Oh god, that thing is killing him.’ Zach though as he looked at the Namekian’s shriveling features. His mind was racing, he couldn’t get up and do anything to help the man as he’d spent everything he had left calling for the group to band together under one leader. He also doubted a blast from his eye laser technique would disburse the hovering monster and free Kami. That only left giving it what it seemed to want, and that was strangely enough, a wish. Zach didn’t know if it would make the dragon go away or if it would expend the last of Kami’s life and kill him, but someone had to do something fast and no one else was.
‘Why’d it have to be me? What if I say the wrong thing? This dragon to kill him when it’s done granting the wish.’ Zach’s thoughts raced in a circle for a few more moments as he was caught in a loop of indecision. Finally though, the boy’s action oriented nature took over and he took the risk. He opened his mouth and the words just flowed out without even being thought of. “I wish we had the means to properly train to defeat the threats the Earth is faced with.”
The words were but a whisper at first though as Zach’s diaphragm was still pulsing with pain from his rapid ascent to the seated position. Taking in a big, agonizing breath of air, the teen looked up at the dragon and yelled the wish a second time. Every syllable was strained but loudly and clearly delivered and when he was finished, Zach dropped himself back to the tiled floor and groaned from the uncomfortable exertion. He didn’t know what would happen, how the dragon would grant such a wish or even if it would save Kami, but had to do something and now it was done.

Carmine came and assisted Kami up, by this point he was no longer feeding the dragon energy, there was no need to. Its power was far superior to Kami's now. Similar to a kite trying to fly, at first you run with the wind to get it up, but once it has enough distance, the wind will keep the kite afloat, and possibly draw it higher, this was indeed what the dragon had done. He was stronger than even Kami could feed. However Kami was weak, he moved his mouth but words simply didnt come out. He could barely breath let alone speak.
NO
The dragon responded after Carmine asked about Killing Suki. Certainly everyone would be surprised that the Dragon answered rather than Kami. And for those who didnt hear Carmine's question it would possibly be frightening hearing the dragon bellow out the answer to a question they had not yet heard.
But the dragon continued
Touketsuki is far beyond the power of the Kami, and I am limited in strength to that of Tenshu. Therefor I could not, even if I tried, kill Touketsuki Yakedo.
It was then that Zach did something that would change the earth forever. He made a wish. The very first wish to ever be uttered to the Dragon above. Hitoshin, the eternal dragon of earth stated clearly.
I shall provide the means for training. Your wish....has...been....granted....
Suddenly the lookout began to shake, and the dragon's eyes began to glow. The tremoring ground was more than Kami could handle, luckily Carmine was there to help him keep balance. The dragon then shot straight into the air, spiraling into a circle. The seven balls that had been resting below the dragon shot into the air, and right before their eyes the dragon was beamed into these small gemstones.
And just as they had appeared, they left. With no dragon, the seven balls levitated for only a moment, before shooting in 7 different directions.
They were gone, as was Hitoshin. The sky began to change its color, and resting on the ground of the Lookout, was a sack filled with Zenni labeled neatly.

Ryota could already feel his mind racing as the dragon's booming voice demanded a wish, there were just so many possible options and he didn't even know what would be 'off limits' so to speak. Almost just as Ryota's mind went to the options Carmine asked if the dragon could be used to kill Touketsuki and he frowned. He REALLY hoped that that wasn't an option, it would put a damper on his own plans as that meant that if Earth reacted poorly to his intent to take over they could just wish HIM dead.
More than that it was just... bad... It would probably lead to the earthlings becoming reliant upon this dragon to solve all of there threats until the day one such threat found a way to stop the dragon's arrival or perhaps killed Kami as it seemed that the Namekian essentially fed the dragon the power it needed to exist as it STILL seemed to be draining the man.
Ryota then returned his thoughts to the wish as he hoped to perhaps make it, obviously it would need to be something beneficial to the group or at least Earth in general otherwise he'd likely draw the anger of the group and perhaps the dragon if Kami was amongst those unimpressed with a selfish wish.
Then Zach spoke his wish, it was quiet but Ryota had been close enough to at least barely hear it. Ryota could have tried to stop him as he wasn't sure that anyone else, especially the dragon. Had heard him but the wish was a very good one and even benefited the group as a whole just as Ryota intended to make his wish do. And so Zach called out his wish more clearly.
Then the dragon granted Zach's wish and suddenly it was gone launching itself high into the air before transforming into seven orbs that paused for just a moment before jetting off to who knows where. That had caused Ryota to raise an eyebrow. What were the orbs for? Were they another way to bring about the dragon's appearance? Were they just for show?
Then Ryota noted the means by which the dragon had granted Zach's wish. On the floor of the lookout was a bag filled with money with the words 'training fund' written on it. Ryota gave a chuckle when he saw it. The wish itself HAD been rather vague so perhaps money to buy training equipment was the best way that the dragon could produce the wish. He'd have to make sure he was a bit more specific if he ever got a chance to get a wish out of the dragon.
"Well... that was rather interesting. I'd suggest someone who isn't me heads over to check out how much money is in that bag. I'm fairly certain if I pick that thing up and its filled with any reasonable amount of money that I'll just take it for myself." RYota said with a chuckle and in a manner that would probably leave those present guessing whether or not he was actually joking or not.

The dragon Hitoshin, spoke in his vibrant voice, explaining why he could not kill Touketsuki Yakedo. So… there ARE rules… Nam thought. It appeared that the dragon could grant you any wish, but only if his creator had the power to do so. That was sortof a deal breaker to know, because they wouldn’t need the dragon if they could do it themselves. At this point, Nam saw the dragon only as a means to accelerate the process of obtaining something.
The dragon then announced that he had granted their wish. This was news to Nam, it seemed he didn’t hear Zach’s wish during all his thinking. The Lookout began to shake violently. Nam crouched as it did to keep balance. The dragon, Hitoshin, began to glow and within seconds seven glowing spheres spread out; each in a different direction across the entire world. The skies also cleared up from the dark clouds and lightning ceased. The Dragonballs… he thought, as he stood up straight, not realizing the shaking was over. Nam couldn’t believe he actually experienced such a fable first hand. All he had to do was gather all seven dragonballs and the dragon would grant his wish. But then, this brought Nam to another question. What would I wish for… if I had another chance like this?
When it came down to it, Nam just didn’t have anything worth wishing for –or perhaps, there were so many wishes he just couldn’t decide. Trying to think of a wish for himself was hard, but it was easier for him to think about wished for others. He could have wished for Central City to be returned to its previous, flourishing state. He could have also added that wish that everyone would forget about the Meishi incident and so, they wouldn’t ask themselves how so many people were brought back to life. If that happened, it’d originate countless religious cults and ridiculous beliefs.
While Nam was creating his own mental wish-list, he was brought back to earth as the one with green short hair, Captain Ryota, began to joke about some bag with money. Guiding himself by the position of the elegantly dressed man, Nam’s eyes gazed at the tiled floors of the Lookout, finding a sack. Nam walked closer to the bag and read, ‘Training Funds’.
The bag was large and full of Zeni. It covered about two white tiles on the polished floor and reached up to about Nam’s knees. Who wished for money? he thought to himself. Nam looked above from the sack of training funds and stood to observe everyone around. He concluded that this was probably the best wish –that is, next to directly killing Touketsuki. This last thought made Nam want to consciously evaluate himself. Was he really okay with just wishing someone dead? Even if it’s someone like Touketsuki Yakedo? It was against his persona…
Nam shelved the thought for later and gazed at the people around them. He looked at Tensu, whom was still recovering. SAY SOMETHING! he told himself. The half-saiyan swallowed his saliva, as a way to buy time for him to think up of something to say. He wasn’t really required to say anything, but he felt it was about time. His mouth was starting to get dry from being so quiet all the time and his head felt really silent and annoying –if that made any sense. But he understood himself.
“Well…” he began as he glanced back at the aged green man. “We’ve got the funds. I think we should start training immediately.” Once Nam finished that sentence, he realized how illogical this all was. Kami had just told them that he was against facing Touketsuki. A moment ago the man was supposedly going to present them an alternative. This meant one of two things. Someone wished for the wrong wish, or this sack of zeni wasn’t really what it said. They weren’t training funds, but in fact, life insurance…
Was he really planning to pay Touketsuki the tribute?

Kris flinched in shock when Kami yelled at him and Nam. "I appreciate your willingness to fight, but has this taught you nothing!?", Kami said in a powerful voice. Kris looked down and clenched his fists. Kami was right, the Earth would certainly be destroyed if Suki was allowed to live. But what were they supposed to do? Fighting Suki now would only result in them getting killed, and taking time to train would simply give Suki time to get stronger. There had to be some other way... The Hyperbolic Time Chamber, perhaps? Kris thought silently as Kami went around the circle, explaining each fighter's value.
Kris then nodded in agreement as Carmine explained how there was no way to resolve this issue without conflict and violence. Kris remained silent as Zach took the bread, but didn't to eat it. Ryota also gave his thoughts on the matter. The others continued to speak until Kami walked to an alter-like object and picked up a jar. Upon opening the jar, Kris felt a rush of intense energy emitting from it. He watched as Kami uttered some strange words (Likely from his native language) and revealed a small dragon, who would then grow to an extremely large size before asking Kami why he summoned him.
Kris was a bit stunned by the beast's presence, but not entirely surprised. With the powers that Kami possessed, it didn't seem unlikely that this was happening. The other fighters commented on the dragon's emergence, but Kris remained silent as always. The dragon then spoke and asked what Kami's wish was. Kami collapsed onto the ground, and couldn't speak. Kris knelt beside his master and prepared to help him up if need be. Kris then wondered what they would wish for. Were there any limitations to the wish that could be made? If so, why was Kami worried about anything? They could simply wish that Suki would disappear, or wish that the fighters gained great strength.
Carmine whispered to Kami and asked if they could simply wish Suki dead. Kris was thinking the same thing, but the dragon denied the wish. Zach then suddenly made his wish, causing the dragon to grant it a moment later. Kris stared at the sack of Zenni that appeared as the dragon vanished, the stone orbs dispersing across the sky. He waited for someone to collect the Zenni, and hoped Kami would offer them wisdom as to how they should spend it.

Toshio watched as the humongous dragon floated in the sky. He listened as the android whispered to the kami asking if Suki could be wished dead. A good idea...if it’s doable. Toshio inkling was answered as the dragon claimed that killing Suki was out of his power. He then heard the weakened Royd say that someone needed to stop Kami before he kills himself. This concerned the half-saiyan as he cared about the namekian, even if he had just met him. He was about to step forward and help the now old man but Nam and the android were already there before him. He didn’t want the kami to feel crowded and lose even more energy so he stayed back. What happened next caught Toshio by surprise.
Zach blurted out a wish rather loudly. Toshio listened as the young boy wished for them to have means to properly train and defeat any threat that would threaten Earth. Toshio smiled. For something blurted out so quickly, Toshio had to admit that at the spur of the moment that was a good wish, He listened as the dragon granted the wish and the lookout started to shake. Toshio was in great shape and has a pretty strong stand so the shaking didn’t disturb him or throw him off balance hardly any, if any at all. (OOC:Oh yea. He’s like Arnold whatever his last name is. He’s strooong. Lol)
Toshio watched as Carmine kept Kami from shaking around and then his eyes reverted back to the dragon. The dragon’s eye’s started to glow and then shot into the air and started spiraling into a circle. The seven balls that had been resting below the dragon shot into the air and right before Toshio’s eyes the dragon was beamed into the small balls. Toshio continued to watch as the balls, now orange in color, levitated for a few seconds before shooting in 7 different directions. Toshio then watched as the sky started to change back into its regular color, as his eyes then slowly lowered toward a bag that was left behind. It was labeled training funds. Toshio smiled and thought to himself.
So he’s leaving us Zenni to help? I wonder how much is in there. It’s best that Kami gets back to health and touch the bag. It was after all Kami’s idea to summon the dragon. I sure hope this didn’t take too much out of the man. Toshio then listened as other’s spoke about the training funds. Toshio just remained quit, waiting to see if the Kami was all right. He would help in any way necessary if the green man needed any help.
