Unable to reach Kami’s mind, Royd was about to vocally implore someone to do something about the dragon when the blonde boy on the ground took action. Royd didn’t know if it was the right action but at least someone had done something. Unfortunately it was more then Royd would have bargained for as the whole structure started to shake and given the telepath’s condition, the shaking was enough to send him tumbling to the ground.
Thankfully Royd knew he was going down and was able to direct his fall, ending up on his side as the shaking continued. He didn’t break anything but he was sure he’d need help to stand back up, however he wasn’t going to bother anyone until the Kami had been dealt with. Until then, Royd was satisfied to remain where he was. He couldn’t see what the dragon left behind, but was thankful the beast had departed moments after the shaking stopped. Now all that was left was to find out if the kid had intervened in time to save the Namekian or if it was even the right thing to do.

Toshio head a thump as his head turned to look at the crippled Royd landed on his side. Toshio's eyes widened. He had completely forget about Royd and the pressure he was already under. He should have known that and should have helped Royd out. Toshio wouldn't let the poor man try to get up without help. Toshio calmly but quickly rushed to his aid and proceeded to help the man stand back up. Toshio smiled as he helped Royd back on his feet.
Toshio was always eager to help out anyone no matter who they were. It was just his matter of goodwill and his heart. Toshio then spoke to Royd once he was back up.
"Royd is it? Are you okay? You didn't hurt anything did you? Toshio's words came out as if he was speaking to an old man. However, this was not what Toshio was thinking, he was just making sure that the man had not gotten injured.

Zach was still flat on his back when the dragon’s booming voice declared that the wish had been granted. The entire lookout shook rather alarmingly and Zach wondered if it would fall off of that spindly stick it was supported by. Finally though it stopped and in another dazzling light show, the dragon and the balls associated with it were gone. Only one thing was gong through Zach’s mind now.
“Did I do it? Is Kami safe?” the teen asked no one in particular. He wasn’t too concerned about what ever the dragon had left behind, only that his making a wish stopped the thing from sucking the life out of the man who’d saved his life. He was too exhausted to sit up again though and so simply asked a second time to ensure he was heard and then waited for someone to answer him. “Is he safe?”

Kami was clearly to weak to stand. His skin looked depraved of life, his eyes were bloodshot, and the mystic feeling most had felt upon arrival had begun to leave, no longer manifesting itself inside the sage.
Kami slowly let himself down, leaning his back against the stand that had originally held the dragon balls. He took a few deep breaths before speaking once more. His voice was shaky and held much age behind it. But he spoke, knowing that they would have questions.
He hadnt been able to focus on anyone other than the dragon in his time feeding it, so now was the time for them to ask him the questions that they so burned for.
"Alright....Im sure you all have questions....So speak"
He said, looking over at the sack that was sitting on the floor of the lookout. He wasnt sure how much was in it, but he knew no matter what that the dragon would supply them with adequate funds.

Carmine helped Kami to his resting spot, and then stood. He looked at everyone else, taking in their faces, then back at Kami.
"He's alive, Zach. Bit worse for wear, but alive."
And then Kami spoke.
"Questions? I'm sure we have nothing BUT questions! What the hell was that? What are we gonna do now? Why did you wait for NOW to summon the fucking WISH GRANTING DRAGON?"
Carmine stopped himself short. He had no clue why he felt such a fury inside himself, why he was so upset. Something about having to rely on wishes left a bad taste in his mouth, and yet at the same time he was also mad that they couldn't just wish Suki out of the picture. What good was money in the face of someone like him?

Nam stood next to the sack of zeni, observing and waiting for everyone to absorb everything that had occurred and react somehow. The now shriveled up green man rested his back on a stand.
"Alright.... I’m sure you all have questions.... So speak," he finally said. Tenshu paused a few times, as if catching his breath. His voice was old and weak, but somehow it still sounded like Kami. His energy though, it was different. It seemed to lack that vivid and warm feeling Nam would get.
It’s time! Nam thought. This was the chance he was waiting for, to get all the answers he had been craving for a while now. “…” Damnit! It was weird, but a moment ago Nam had millions of questions. Now he couldn’t bring them up anymore. He remained silent, pondering and trying to remember all his inquiries. While he did, the man known as Carmine spoke up.
"Questions? I'm sure we have nothing BUT questions! What the hell was that? What are we gonna do now? Why did you wait for NOW to summon the fucking WISH GRANTING DRAGON?" he said.
Nam gathered his thoughts and tried to think back. He thought the green man was a Namekian; people have called him both Tenshu and Kami; everyone was currently on a floating bowel shaped structure; Nam barely knew half of the people present in the Lookout… It would’ve probably been a bit too tiring to ask all of those at once. So instead, Nam decided to announce everything he’s gathered.
“Urhm…” he began, trying to get everyone’s attention. “I’m going to take a long shot here and say what I have observed…” the half-saiyan paused, waiting for it to absorb and began to walk slowly as he spoke. “I’ve heard stories about how our ancestors would gather seven spheres –the Dragonballs. Then, an eternal and mighty dragon would then pierce the darkened skies and grant one - perfect - wish. The dragon mentioned in the tale was known as Shenron, but this man called him Hitoshin…” he said, pointing at the green man lying on the stand. “I think this, Hitoshin, is Kami’s version of Shenron.”
Nam paused near Zach and turned around, walking slowly back at the sack of training funds. Some might consider it to be weird, but Nam felt he could think better when walking. “Now… I don’t know very much about what’s going on. I believe I’ve caught up to the situation about Suki, but I don’t know is who you are.” He said this direction himself to the Kami. “They called you Kami, which means spirit, or god. But the dragon called you Tenshu. I don’t know whether Tenshu has a meaning but I’m guessing it’s your real name and Kami is actually a title; I’m not sure why though… I also assume that you’re of the Namekian race and from your appearance; you were already of high age since the beginning. I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have aged if I were feeding the dragon… Forgive me if I’m wrong, I probably am wrong in many things, but this is what I think. So please, tell me –just who are you?” Nam finally stopped back next to the sack of zeni. “Also… a moment ago you said you were against fighting Suki… why summon a dragon so he could give us training funds?”

Royd didn’t spend long on the floor as one of the others quickly spotted him and moved to help. It took a titanic effort on his part, even with the other man’s help to get back on his feet and steady, thankfully he’d not let go of his cane otherwise he likely wouldn’t have been able to stand long enough for it to be handed to him.
“Thank you very much, no. I think I’m all right.” he replied in an obviously strained voice. “I may be fragile but I managed to roll with the fall.” the black haired man added and then looked to the side, hearing the ship’s computer barking at him.
“Hmmmm, my computer monitored the fall and the energy serge down here and is getting worried. Tend to him…” Royd said, gesturing towards Kami. “…and give me a few minutes to calm the computer, else it’s liable to do something rash like bring the ship down on top of us. The thing worries so much you would think it was actually a mother it’s self and not just a machine.” he then joked and turned his attention to his headset.

Ryota chuckled to himself as the group seemed to get more than a little rowdy as Kami or 'Tenshu' as the dragon had refereed to him asked the group if they had any questions. The green man still looked rather worse for wear after the summoning which Ryota couldn't fault the man for. He'd likely been giving more than just ki to 'feed' the beast, considering how exhausted the man was and the power Ryta could sense in him he'd probably been giving a bit of life force over to the beast. He had to wonder if this would happen to Tenshu every time the dragon was summoned. It could serve as a good way of dealing with the man if he refused to be logical when Ryota finally came to take control of Earth. He didnt explicitly WANT to have to 'deal with' Tenshu, despite the fact that the man seemed to lack faith in those assembled here and even his own student to deal with Touketsuki he was likely a 'good man' and considering his job likely wanted the best for the planet.
"I can't speak for 'who he is' but if my own information is correct, you are right the 'Kami' name is just a title, one that is linked to his other title, the 'Guardian of Earth'. Guardians are a position created by the Kaioshin, one of the lower positions in the 'gran scheme of things' but still quite important. I don't know any specifics but I do know that a Guardian is supposed to protect and look into the best interests of there planet. Usually a guardian is of the native race of the planet though I believe Tenshu is an exception to the rule." Ryota said giving pretty much all the he knew of the Guardians up for the group. Likely when Tenshu chose to respond the the inquiry's he would give a more detailed explanation but he decided to put his own information out there on the off chance that Tenshu decided to try and be closed lipped about his position.
"My only real questions are A) what exactly is it that will be done with the money. And B) What's next. I have business I'd like to attend to so if there is some sort of planned 'meet up' time or something I'd like to know assuming you do still need or want my aid." Ryota said with a sigh, he didnt exactly have particularly pressing matters but there were most definitely a few things he'd like to get done sooner rather than later.

With the news that Kami was alive, Zach felt he could finally rest. He didn’t care that the dragon had actually granted his wish, only that it had stopped sucking the life out of the man that saved his. Kami was safe, he was safe, it was time to rest. The pain hadn’t let up this entire time, more to the point it had gotten worse with his exertion in sitting up and yelling out his wish. Now it was time to escape the pain, at least for a little while. It was just as well Zach wanted t sleep now, as he was starting to find it very difficult to keep his eyes open. The battle with Suki had exhausted him and the process of healing was sapping still more energy out of him that he didn’t have.
The tile floor of the lookout was cold and not the most comfortable of surfaces to sleep on, but that didn’t stop Zach’s weary body from sinking away into the peaceful and thankfully pain free depths of slumber. He didn’t know if they would move him while he slept or what would be discussed, only that they were safe for the time being, the dragon and Suki were gone for now and hopefully the craziness of the day could be left behind them, at least until he was feeling up to dealing with it again.
{I’m taking Zach out here as it’s unlikely he’d be able to contribute anything of use and is more likely to fall asleep anyway. Applying for the moneyz.}

Toshio listened as the weakened man known as Royd spoke to him and told him that he was alright as he had rolled with the fall and avoided any sever damage. Toshio then listened and nodded his head as the man told him to see if the Kami was okay. Toshio then turned his attention to the green man and hear Zach mention out loud if the Namekian was all right. He watched as the android tended to the now much older kami and helped him lean against the stand that once held the strange mysterious balls. The android known as Carmine told Zach that Tenshu was all right, but a bit energy deprived because of what had just happened. Tenshu then opened his mouth and spoke.
The half-saiyan Master listened as the green Namek beckoned out to everyone and telling then he is willing to answer any questions of there’s, as he assumed they had many. Toshio had a few questions in mind, but decided to let everyone else go instead. He listened as the android let loose a few rather abrasive questions. He seemed to be rather quite mad…Toshio’s ears and eyes then reverted to the boy known as Nam as he relayed what he thought was the story. He mentioned stories that involved ancient ancestors that gathered sever spheres, much like the ones that were just here. He continued to listen as Nam mentioned they were called the DragonBalls. Makes sense since they happened to summon a dragon.. Nam went on to explain what happened when the dragonballs were all captured and that the ancient dragon’s name was Shenron, but this one had a new name. Toshio wondered if these ancient warriors were the one’s he had read about in his library. They seemed to have a resemblance about them.
Nam went as to try and understand who the kami was and why he summoned the dragon to give them training funds. As Nam finished speaking, another began. This time it was the captain like figure known to him as Ryota. Ryota went to explain on whom kami was in more detail. He finished up with two questions. What was to be done with the money and what was next? Toshio pondered on this for a few minutes before speaking up himself.
”I have a idea of sorts of what to do with the training funds. It would have to be something that would provide training and support to all of the people here. Something that can be used often enough to train but not too frequent for it would break and leave use with nothing. I’ve come across the mentioning of a ‘gravity machine’ that can bolster the gravity up to 150 times that of earth. I believe a machine like that would greatly benefit our training efforts for when Suki comes back. It costs a hefty price, but I’m sure there’s enough money in that bag to accompany the funds. This all of course, is up to you Mr. Kami. It was your summoning of the dragon that went on to grant the funds by Zach’s wish. It should be you, who ultimately decides on what to do with the money. I can only hope that my idea helps with that decision.”
Toshio finished speaking and waited for a response from Kami, or anyone for that matter

Kami had taken the time to regain his breath. While others asked questions, or rather mostly made blatant statements, Kami focused his remaining power is slowly rising up to the podium and leaning on it, so that by the time Toshio had finished speaking he was standing up, eye level with most of those on his lookout.
However rather than answering each individual question, Kami spoke as if telling a story, that mystic aura slowly returning with each word he spoke.
"Long...Long ago, my people discovered that all of life's power could be converted into something greater than ourselves. It started first with finding, and unlocking the inner potential of a person, but from there it only got better. It was one of my grand ancestors, from thousands of years past, that discovered the guardian of our people, was a dragon"
Kami held out the small glass jar that had held the once small hitoshin, there was a small painting on the jar that looked similar to the dragon on it.
"These dragons seek to protect planets from things that seek its destruction. However they require energy, and power. I come from a special clan within my Namekian heritage that allows me to feed these dragons, and bring their potential to life. That is what you witnessed here."
He paused for a moment to catch his breath, even talking seemed to take it out of him. This helped the illusion giving them time to process all of what Tenshu had said.
"The dragons however do not fight, they are peaceful creatures who do not wish harm on others."
This would likely surprise them, as the dragon looked anything but peaceful and friendly when it was staring down at them from above
"Therefor rather than fighting to protect the earth, they offer a mystic power, one that only the dragons can harness. They...grant wishes"
This was where Kami would begin to explain further, finally answering the burning questions many of them had.
"Because the dragons are peaceful creatures, they will not kill with their wish. They also will not mess with the mind of a person, such as changing their allegiance, or causing them to fall in love. They are also limited in strength to that of myself, So they cannot grant more than one wish...For now..."
Kami was certain that these rules would seem like a lot, however with these next stipulations, perhaps they would see the true power of the dragon.
"Hitoshin however has many powers, whether it is providing Money just as we saw here, bringing the dead back to life, or granting unheard of amounts of power. Regardless the dragon is strong, and can do many things."
Now that he had marveled them with what the dragon could do, he would need to explain the dragon balls
"Unfortunately the Dragon can only do this once per year (1 month irl). Once the wish is completed, the dragon will enter the small magical sphere's you saw moments ago, they are the dragon balls. After a month these dragon balls will be active once more, and you can begin to gather them for a wish. Once you have found all seven of them, simply putting them together and calling Hitoshin will bring out the dragon"
Kami had finally finished explaining most of what he had meant for them upon arrival, however there was one last thing of importance to cover.
"I gathered you all here today because you are the most capable fighters on the planet. With your combined efforts, this planet can be protected. However I didnt want you to throw your lives away fighting suki, you are not yet ready to face him, but you will be..."
Kami turned to Nehan, whom certainly had been listening the entire time and said
"Nehan, take the money and go into satin city, I know of a man who creates many things, one in particular, a gravity device. Bring back that device."
He would purchase a gravity chamber for training, this was not the only thing they would have at their disposal but would likely help.
"Be warned, I have set up a time line for us. When the dragon is active, he will grant wishes to anyone, even suki himself. So we must be cautious, and use this to our advantage. But we must never let it fall into the wrong hands"
Kami was wrapping up his speech, and would give a final thought for them to consider
"You are welcome to train here at any time, I have many things that can without a doubt bring you closer to your true potential, and to test your very will as a man. However for now let us rest, Suki will return within a months time, and we must be ready for him."
With that Kami slowly lowered himself back to the ground, he had finished addressing the warriors, he had explained their purpose and reassured them that it was not his lack in faith, but rather his knowledge of the enemy. He knew that these fighters were capable, but only if we played it correctly.
"I hope you will meet here before confronting Suki, it will play best into our hands if we meet and discuss before attacking."

Kris had indeed been listening carefully, but was keeping quiet as usual. He watched as the fighters expressed their concern for Kami and Roys, as well as their amazement and confusion about the recent sight of the dragon. Kris was a bit concerned for Kami, but he wasn't worried. He knew Kami could handle himself, and that there was little real danger. Still, he helped Kami stand up when he decided to speak.
Kami explained the dragonballs and their limitations for wishing. Kris nodded and contemplated what the dragonballs could help with in the future... Kami mentioned the fact that they could grant a person "unheard of amounts of power". Kris' full attention was focused on Kami when he heard the request to purchase the gravity device. At that, Kris nodded and walked away from Kami, making sure he was steady before approaching the rather large purse of Zenni. He gripped the top of the bag and hoisted it over his shoulder before slowly levitating off the ground. Without a word, he simply waved at the other fighters before blasting off towards Satin City, where he would search for the man who could sell him the Gravity Device.

Carmine pursed his lips. A gravity device? He wasn't unfamiliar with the idea - they had one on the Galleon, though not so powerful as the one Kami was going to purchase. Not a bad plan, but far from the best one he'd heard. A better idea would have been to wish for this incredible power - to champion one man and aid him in the battle against Suki. It would be faster, more certain. If the fighters reached any sort of training plateau now, they'd be fucked when Suki returned.
However, Carmine decided not to voice his disapproval.
"You mention 'many things' for training purposes. Aside from the incoming gravity machine, what exactly do you have here? Ryota and I have several things to train for, both immediate and long term. If you can offer us facilities we haven't already got, we'd appreciate it."
He knew of Ryota's big plans, and he had plans of his own. He knew that when the times came, they'd need to be as powerful as possible.

Carmine was one step ahead of Kami's plans. He smiled as Nehan left to grab the gravity device, as he knew each warrior here had potential.
"Indeed, For each of you whom I invited I have a gift, Although they will be gained in due time. Each of you will be contacted by me in the near future in order to recieve your gift, unfortunately I havent the power to give it to all of you at once"
With that Kami looked to Nam, whom had been fairly quiet for some time.
"Nam, if you will stay a little longer, I have your gift ready now. As for the rest of you, return to your respective trainings, and know that together we will stop this threat."

Nam remained quiet as the green man clarified everyone’s thoughts about the current events, but he was a bit disappointed that Kami had completely avoided answering about his identity. The man known as Ryota had already clarified it for him to a certain extent, but Nam felt the need to hear it from the man in question. Nam wasn’t going to let that bother him too much, though; he crossed his arms and listened intently as the weakened Namekian spoke. Tenshu then mentioned a device they would be using for their training –whatever they were going to purchase with the zeni. Nam didn’t understand it very well, but apparently it was a machine that… uses gravity? The half-saiyan didn’t have the slightest half-idea of what they were talking about, but Nehan seemed to know as he grabbed the sack of training funds and flew away without questions. The man whom Nam still couldn’t feel his presence, Carmine, spoke up about something the Kami had said, but Nam didn’t pay much attention until the green man spoke of a gift he had for everyone. Nam then noticed his head was subconsciously lowered during his thought process and lifted it back up to face Tenshu as he uncrossed his arms. The Kami called upon him to receive this ‘gift’. He wondered what it was that he could only give to him at this time. Nam couldn’t bother himself to actually speak; he couldn’t decide what to answer: Yes? Okay? Thank you? Why me? So instead he made an affirmative hum, just loud enough to be heard. Nam nodded just in case they didn’t hear the humming noise and walked towards the green man. (NOTE: I’m almost positive this is the Pure Water –or whatever its name is… Sacred Water? Anyway, note that I have purchased the heaviest weighted clothing, but I haven’t had a chance to introduce it ICly yet… xP Would you like to be the introducer? )
